They did a good job of giving the screen on my wifes phone but thats where its stopped. The employee that was helping was rude and insulting of other customers that were there before. He made it a point to keep let me know how much of a bother it was to do his job of fixing the phone, and others phones that day. There was a problem with the extra batteries I was buying and he was rude about my simple joke of it being free. Overall, the lack of emotional intelligence and customer service, even in the simplest of forms, means I will never be back to this location. I give it 2 stars only because they fixed the phone.

Because they made me pay them for breaking my phone. Plus they raised the price on the repair to what was advertised on their website. And I did not get a discount for scheduling my appointment on their website. And they wanted my passcode. They should have examined the phone before working on it; because it was not bent with a gap when handing the phone to them. I see sales are down. I should have read the reviews first.

I went here with my partner to get their cell phones screen replaced. We dropped it if without incident, and were told it would take a couple hours. Five hours later, we were wondering what the status was, so we called the store. We were told that the phone was ready. We were annoyed that we hadnt received a call, but such things happen, and we made our way back to the store. Upon our return, we were told that typically the new screen would want to be left for 24 hours, but they knew we wouldnt want to be without the phone for that long. This was aggravating, because at no point was that discussed; we could have planned around not having the phone for that long if it meant that the phone would be good. As a makeshift solution, they wrapped the phone in rubber bands to keep the screen in place, and told us to stack books on it. I hope you can feel my frowny face right now. This was followed by being told that they didnt have the warranty information handy, and couldnt release the phone without some sort of payment. Bear in mind, they took the phone without communicating this. It felt like a bit of a shakedown, with them intimating that we were going to have to pay out of pocket for repairs that had been prearranged. They reluctantly offered to call their store manager, because they had no record of any warranty claims being received. We resolved the issue by having my partner sign into their email account on my phone, and give them the information they were originally sent. Theyre getting two stars because the screen did stay on, so theres that. All in all, it was a pretty unsatisfying experience as a customer, and I plan on never going back.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. They were also cohesive, and eager to provide assistance to not only the customer but each other in achieving that goal. Always nice to enter an establishment and feel the welcomed.

We brought a dead phone in for advise. Initial contact was great, new guy is very good at customer service. However, after 6 trips up there, and us having to initiate contact to get a non-progress report, they say they switched the screen, (which was not the problem) and another part that regulates battery heat, (also not the problem, as well, they ordered that part before talking to us) and now wont return the phone to us w/o charging $250 to get our unrepaired phone back. They had said if they couldnt fix it, there would be no charge, there was no mention of keeping our phone. I want the original device, in its nonworking state, returned. It gives me no confidence to return there for service, the policies are not clear. We had to ask them to take our other phone number down and call THEM to find out what was going on. The technician was fine, but the guy we dealt with after initial drop off was not pleasant or forthright, we seemed to be bothering him to get clear communication.

My cell phone wasnt holding a battery charge very well, but otherwise performed flawlessly. Ive been in several times for both batteries and bulbs and the staff has been incredible every time. One of them just correctly guessed the lightbulb I needed and another helped me with the intricate battery in my watch. Very happy with my experience!

I scheduled an appointment and took the 2 hour trip only to get there and be told that my appointment meant nothing and that I was last in line looking at a 4 to 5 hour wait time. I need my phone fixed as soon as possible and I was told first come first serve! I scheduled my appointment for 12:30 leaving them over an hour to finish the repair because i had to be to work later that day. I didn’t have 4 to 5 hours to wait around. Why have me scheduled an appointment when you won’t take me at the scheduled time?!?! That doesn’t make any sense and I’m Very upset.

Do not fall for their overnight shipping scam! I ordered an external battery charger on a Wednesday afternoon and payed 15 dollars extra for overnight shipping. I planned on receiving this most likely by Friday as I ordered at 4pm EST after their shipping hours ended for the day. I even called on Thursday to double check on my order and was assured everything was as it should be. Today is Monday and I have yet to receive my overnight order. My town even has Sunday delivery of mail so thats 4 delivery days gone and still no charger. Ive double checked my address in the system and its correct as well as having been charged already. Thanks guys. I guess well roll the dice and see if Tuesday is my lucky day. You really should warn (right next to the 1 day option) that by 1 day you actually mean Whenever it gets there...Adding on that its now Tuesday still no delivery.

I just left batteries plus and the three guys there were super helpful! They checked my battery and told me it needed to be replaced and then installed it free of charge. It was 90* outside and I have a Jeep Wrangler that had a very complicated battery installment. The three guys were great and took their time to ensure my battery was good to go before I left. Poor customer service, lack of information when the batteries would be shipped, even the store personnel could not tell me when to expect the battery order.When you place the order on line and note to have store pick up, if they dont have it in stock then they call you to see if you want to order the item. Also they left no message when they called the first time to say what they were calling about.Even the Manger of the store did not come out to talk to me, left it all up to a clerk to handle things.Just piss poor service and poor fulfillment by Battery Plus.
