Bought a travel trailer from Haley and Terry. Had an awesome experience. They were super fun to work with and their pricing was way lower than everywhere else I went. Apparently with social distancing everybody is wanting to camp and travel more so dealers are raising their prices. Not here, though. Mike helped with the financing and found me a great rate through a credit union I didn’t think I would even qualify for! They have an excellent delivery process as well. Spent an hour walking me through the trailer so I knew how to use everything. Would recommend to anyone!

We talked to a salesman who we told we would be using a Subaru Forrester to haul a travel trailer. He informed us that he believed our Subaru would be able to haul the travel trailer. So we bought the travel trailer and, when we went I to check when they were going to have our trailer ready.The owner; whom we had never met before, informed us that our Subaru would not be strong enough to haul the trailer, and that we would have to sign a waiver. I replied, Hell no! I told them I didnt like how they did business, and that I didnt want to talk to those salesman anymore. They are crooked people who tried to dupe us, saying that we couldnt get our money back when we clearly did not have the right vehicle to haul what we just bought. They wanted us to trade the 2016 Subaru we just bought from Titus Will in Olympia for a 2011 Dodge Ram with over 165,000 miles on it. So, we went to the dealership where we bought the Subaru, and they took our Subaru back, transferred the warranty to a new truck, and now we get to drive into Carstars to show them what we bought SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Because Carstars DOES NOT deserve our business or yours!! Their moral compass is CLEARLY of!! I regret doing business with them. Hope this reviews helps you avoid getting duped.

These guys went way above and beyond to help me out. Long story short, the first vehicle I bought from them had multiple issues that came up about a week after my purchase. And like an idiot, I didnt buy the warranty. None of the issues were their fault, but it was getting expensive quick. Instead of telling me to take a hike, which they absolutely could have, Jenn went out of her way to help me. They took back the original vehicle as a trade in for THE PRICE I ORIGINALLY PAID, and hooked me up with, arguably, a better one than the first. None of this was done because I had ANY leverage, but just because they are honestly good people. There are plenty of corner lots out there to beware, but this isnt one of them. Ill be coming back for future purchases for sure. And yes, I did buy the warranty the second time around. Thanks again to Jenn for really caring, and Manny for staying after closing to make sure I had a vehicle that I could rely on. You guys rock!

Recently sold my car to there and was t necessarily given my fair shake. Agreed upon amount but then they changed the price because of some paint that was messed up. Even more upset that they have marked the vehicle up more than 6X what they purchased it. From the owner of the grand Cherokee 98 “it’s not worth that much and has it’s fair share of problems and costs that money need to constantly be put into it”. I wanted to drive my car a while before leaving a rating. I had gotten into a car accident that totaled the Saturn I loved and after giving my price range to Mike he helped bring the Saturn I am now the owner of into that range! This was my first time trying to finance a car. I was getting denied by companies and getting high interests rates, even though I have a good credit score. These guys worked with me when I had barely any money to put down, they worked hard to find the lowest rates and they were patient with me the entire process! I am in love with my Jeep and I would definitely go here again in the future!

The Carstars Roy location sold me my first car. Other people I know have had positive experiences buying their cars here so I gave it a go. They salesmen are friendly and follow up, the buying process was quick and easy. My Car broke down about 20 minutes after buying it, but the salesman who sold me the vehicle came out with his mechanic the following business day and they replaced the alternator and oil filter free of charge, making my car in good running condition. While I did not trade it in for another car on their lot, they gave me the option to and we’re willing to work with me.

Do not buy the extended warranty they offer. I left there thinking the car I purchased would be covered. Through some fine print, loophole BS the warranty will not cover the one part of the transmission that failed. I got royally screwed. I paid $18k for the car, $2k for the warranty and now owe $13k in repairs....6 months and 6,000 miles later. If I never drive to Roy Washington again it will be too soon.
