Great folks & a great car!! Very professional! Thanks!!
We had a great experience at Bruce Titus Nissan. We originally came to look at a different vehicle but it wasn’t going to work so we looked around and drove a Rogue and loved it! Our salesperson Tira was AWESOME and did everything she could do to make this a great experience. Thanks so much!!!
I took my 2017 Sahara in for service and my husband surprised me by calling Joseph to ask about a trade-in. It was after 5pm but when I picked my Rubicon, the whole team stayed to see the sale through. John prepped the new Jeep himself, so that we could drive it home that night. I felt terrible keeping everyone out so late...they knew we were on a time restriction and pulled all the stops to make it happen, but were never pushy in any way. I thought I was a Sahara girl, but I am in love with my Rubicon! Thanks to all who helped us! And on a side note, the color I got looks so much better in my yard than the flashier blue I had been ogling. 🙂
We have bought several Jeep’s from here for years ! I decided to get something different and found what I was looking in line. I went in and Collin helped me. He was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He was straight with me and I did buy the car that evening. The entire staff was friendly and very respectful of my time. I got to take the car home even with my husband still having to sign the next day. Nice experience !
Charlie was great. He let me take a car for the day to make sure we were able to keep it from being sold before I was able to get my husband into the dealership after work. We got a great deal on a car and we were in and out in 2 hours. Mike was super fast and also very easy to work with. Charlie followed up with us the next day. We appreciate all the help and the great deal!
Today, I had to go back and forth with your rep for 20 minutes about she being unable to find that I have an extended warranty because, according to her, she did not find it, and according to her, I had no warranty. When she finally found it, said it was going to be 45 minutes, and after 2 hours of waiting for a alternator check, a battery replacement and a change of tires, They did not even bothered to check the brakes, so, as Im writing this, I am still waiting for them to give me my vehicle. This is a great place, but today, they got 0 stars for service. Get better. I know you guys are better than this. Good day.
We had a great experience buying our new Jeep. Salesman John was patient, informative and helped us through a stressful situation with our trade in vehicle, as we learned we had not been given pertinent information when we originally purchased it from a different dealership. In the end, we were able to get a fair trade amount for that vehicle and leave with a good experience, and a great new Jeep! We will be back!
Great people, great service. Highly recommend them
My Husband and I went to the dealership and I can honestly say it was the most relaxed no pressure sale I ever had. They made sure we were happy and bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted with no muss or fuss to get us back on the road. Awesome terms Awesome service Awesome all around experience. Five stars and a big fat thumbs up to Shawn Flodstrom and every member of the team at Bruce Titus!!
My husband and I stopped by Bruce Titus a month or so ago and we had a very pleasant experience. We are planning on buying a car in the near future and wanted to get a good idea of what kind of car we could get within our budget. James Gazora assisted us and was AMAZING!! My husband explained our situation and James was not pushy at all and it made my husband and I much more relaxed. He showed us several option that would fit within our budget and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back and purchase from him! Such a kind person! Keep up the good work James, you made my husband and I feel like appreciated customers, even though we weren’t purchasing that day! Look forward to working with you!
We had a great experience from beginning to end. They were knowledgeable, helpful and they came through for us when we needed it the most. Thank you for all your help. Sir Monte went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and thanks to him we will go no where else.
Great experience : Saleman John K was awesome, very friendly and professionally,. The finance manager, Tyler G work those number like magic. Chris C was awesome,. Time was good .
Both Heather and Chris were very professional and helpful in my new car purchase. I got a great deal on my new Nissan Kicks. I’d recommend to anyone who is shopping for a new or used vehicle.
This dealership has no respect for their customers. I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 50,000 miles on it. 33 days after purchase the clutch had a sudden catastrophic failure in the middle of a highway in Canada and ended up being a $1,400 repair (plus towing expenses). After speaking with my mechanic and confirming that there was no maltreatment to the vehicle on my end, and that this clutch was bound to fail/had never been worked on in the past, the dealership still has been trying to frame the damage to make it look like it was my fault so they don’t have to pay for the repair. I’ve had to call, email, fax, and file a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau. This dealership had avoided, stalled, and manipulated me, leaving me in tears on multiple occasions and still with no clear answer after two weeks of calling almost daily to try to get answers. I still don’t have any clear answers from them as to if they will pay for the repairs or not. The lack of communication and follow through has been disgusting and I have learned my lesson to never trust this dealership with my business again.
Michelle and Tony were absolutely fantastic to work with. We purchased a new JEEP Grand Cherokee and the process was quick and free of pressure. The real bonus for us was the honesty. I highly recommend you go check them out when you are researching your next vehicle purchase.
My son bought a car and the experience was great. But for 2 weeks we have been trying to have a problem taken care of with a promise of a manager calling back twice and never happened.
One does not expect a big ticket purchase, like a car, to be an easy or fun experience. For me, it was both. This is a quality dealership, with quality employees, including Sarah Rice and Mike Abbott. I now have a lovely car that meets and exceeds the expectations that I went in with. Thank you both for providing a quality experience!
We came, we saw, we test drove the Murano and fell in love with the vehicle. Then the salesman said he wanted to Wow us I said, go ahead and try. I was surprised when he did. It was the nicest experience I ever had at purchasing a dependable car I really like. I highly recommend getting your vehicle at Bruce Titus Automotive. You will be surprised to if they Wow you like I was.
Jerad was a great person to work with in the dealings of looking for our car. Pleasant and no pressure. I will be asking for him again.
The process for purchasing my new Altima was very pleasant and efficient. I love my new car and I am happy that I decided to go with the Altima. The trick key entry and ignition was a bonus. Two car keys came with my car even more of a bonus.Tony was a very nice salesman and made my experience shopping for a new car, a good one. Mike the finance gentleman did a great job finding me a loan within the payment range he projected. I enjoyed working with the Bruce Titus Automotive sales team.Oh, and I love the added benefit of a free car wash and vacuuming the inside of my new car by the service department today, as they installed my new license plates.
Our son Justin has bought vehicles from Bruce Titus for years. He recommended we buy a vehicle from them years ago. He suggested we contact Mike Abbott. We did and weve been buying our cars from them ever since. This past Monday my wife decided it was time for me to get a different pickup truck so she looked online, found a NICE Ford F150 up in Port Orchard. My son Justin told her to contact Mike Abbott at the Olympia Bruce Titus Automotive Group to see what he could do. She did and told Mike what she wanted to do (trade my little 2008 Ford Ranger 4x4 that we bought from him several years ago in on a Ford F150 Crew Cab 4x4). Mike told her they had a used one on the lot that I might be interested in and she told him about the one in Port Orchard. She made arrangements to look at the truck on the lot that they had. He called her back and told her hed have the truck in Port Orchard brought down to Olympia so we could look at it by 6:00 p.m. So, we went up to look at both vehicles. The salesman, Shawn Flodstrom showed us both trucks. He was the one who drove the truck back from Port Orchard. After looking at them, etc. I preferred the newer one from Port Orchard over the one they had on their lot. Shawn and Mike worked together to get the deal done. It was a seamless sale experience. Im not one to sit around in a car dealership waiting for financing, answers, re-negotiations, etc. Mike knows I only show up to check out the final product and if I like the vehicle Ill sign the papers and head home in our new vehicle. Shawn and Mike got it done as usual... little or no fuss and honest as the day is long. We expect that from this place and theyve delivered every time. Thanks again!
My husband and I bought a new jeep wrangler from Bruce Titus in 2004. It was the worst car buying experience of our collective lives. 4th new car purchase, not our first rodeo. Do not trust these lying psychopaths. We are buying a new car again this month, and I am pleased to say that it will not be from the Bruce Titus Auto Group.
Sales people and Erin at the financial was amazing. They were very helpful and I got a vehicle I wanted it for price I wanted !
Took Jeep in multiple times for a drivability problem. Kept telling me to try one more thing. After final appointment, service center said they would call with resolution...they never did return call.I will find a reputable independent service center form here on out.
We had a horrible experience trying to buy a car at another dealership in Seattle and decided to try Bruce Titus. It was a great experience fast and courteous for sure. Will be going back the next time we need a car.
I took my car in for service and drove it less than 2 miles down the road and it still making the same noise. $700.00 IN parts and labor and the service manager want a to say to me well we are not charging you another diagnostics. Really? I drove my car 2 miles took it back and I already paid for the diagnostics and your solution is Im not you going to charge you another diagnostics, how insultaive the work was under warranty. Go to customer service school service manager. I have bought 4 cars there and wont be back.
The salesman Charlie Newman and Heather were both misleading in providing trade-in value of my car and were passing condescending comments. When the car was delivered it was dirty and had not been through detailing. The general manager of the dealership John (JB) threatened to send police to my work and was accusing me of stealing his car. Very unprofessional employees and poor customer service.
Kieth Valloni was amazing. Easiest purchase I have ever made and I bought the car for less than I was planning on paying.
Dissatisfied customer, I went into the Bruce Titus Nissan dealership and I waited at the salesmans desks by myself for 15 mins while a different car I was interested in was located turns out it was already being sold, ok. They also had another car same make and model at another location and said Ill just drive to the other location, the salesman said they could just have it transfered there but I told him Ill just go to the other location, he convinced me it could be there the next day so I said ok and we setup a appointment for noon the next day, so while on my way there for the appointment I was called and told the car wasnt there so I went back home and waited, so I called the other place at 330 and it hasnt moved but should be sometime soon, so at the soonest I wont see it until around 530. Im so frustrated with this buying experience especially when I could have looked at it yesterday at the other location and probably already had it in my driveway and not have wasted my days off from work
Great people to deal with.
Was a wonderful time getting a new car. Tks Patrick Cook. Have a good Holidays Shannon
If you get a mailer from these folks advertising possibly winning everything from an iPad to a flat-screen TV, you should know this is a scam. My mother in law was led to believe she had won a TV from the mailer, called the number on the ad to verify that this was not a trick and was told by the woman on the phone that she had indeed won a TV. Once she visited the dealership, she was immediately told that while it appeared that we had won, we had actually won points. If these folks have to resort to use such cheap marketing tactics to get people into their showroom, what else might they resort to to get you to purchase a car? Both Jeff Jones and Vic Johnson acted very unprofessionally and should not be trusted.
My wife has been searching for a Volkswagon CC for quite some time, I found the perfect car for her on this sight. I called Raymond who confirmed the listing price and the mileage.Instead of trying to locate the car for me (they have 6 lots) he left early. The car has been sitting on their lot for 98 days! It is still showing on their web sight. The deal was too good to be realistic. Before going to bed I told my wife this is a bait and switch having not hearing from him at 8:30 this morning as promised 4/12/14 I called the used car mgr, and of course I was told the car had been sold. I consider this unethical and bad business practice. Bruce Titus Auto reinforces the bad name that Used Cars have had for yrs.
Wow I have to pick one star just to post. Should be zero stars. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade in December of 2016. We have purchased several other Dodge, Jeep, vehicles still own all of them. 4 in all. When we were signing the paperwork on the 2016 Jeep I wanted a Lifetime Warranty. I was told he would have to work the Lifetime Warranty payment into the monthly payment. Instead he came back with a maintainence service plan. Oil changes and tire rotation. Plus other maintenance oil services as the vehicle gets older. When I signed I remember I was to get free oil change and tire rotation for 2 years or 90 thousand miles. Until today 2 July 2018. I have had no problems getting my oil changed and tire rotation. When I checked in for my oil change. I mentioned my service contract. I said it is on the system if you have any problems please contact me. I was not in the building 5 minutes and the same person I turned vehicle in walked over and informed me that my service contract was done I only get 9 oil changes. He asked me if I still wanted an oil change. I told him yes, he said he would have the tire rotation done for free. After my vehicle was completed I was able to grab my service contract and called the 1-888 number. I was informed 75 thousand miles or 60 months free oil and tires. I took my contract into the service department. I had to explain the whole situation to a different service advisor. She said she would call. I went back out to the showroom floor. I had not been seating in the showroom floor very long. Again the person that I turned my vehicle into told me they are having my service contract faxed over it will say 9 oil changes. I got a little upset. I did curse at any one out but, I just wanted them to Honor the contract I had signed. I had made up my mind I will never come back to Burce Titus company again. I went to the service advisor area to pay and sign. I walked up to the female that was working on my service contract. I over heard part of her conversation on the phone. I wish I would have gotten her name just to thank her. I was right I get 15 service contract or 75 thousand miles. The person that I turned my vehicle into walked up asked her if she got it (you know the paper stating 9 oil change) I showed him the paper that the female handed me. I asked if I need to sign anything. She said I am go to go.The person I turned my vehicle into name is Kevin the supervisor of the service advisor.I am not happy at all.So I have several questions one did Kevin even check my service contract? Why 9 why not a different number? How many other poor customers fell for, you dont have any more oil change due?If I was Kevin boss I would fire him. Then I would give the Female a bonus or a raise. Because she did all the leg work by calling the contract company.Sorry to say I will not be returning to Burce Titus Company. I have always liked the service mechanics they have always done a great job. I can not trust a service supervisor that lies and does not do his job.Bottom line up front.
I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Bruce Titus for any service work ..................................................................................................... unless you like being treated like a P.O.S.Everything was fine and dandy, until we had to deal with the service department. Mark (salesman) was blunt and to the point (which we liked... NO B.S. kind of salesman) JB (sales manager) has worked with us on all of our issues and Dawn (service representative) very nice and seems to legitimately care about the customers. The other ham-bones in the service department (people that schedule services) made us feel like we were f***ing up their day by asking them to do their job. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Bruce Titus for any service work........................................................................................................ unless you like being treated like a P.O.S.
Jamal was one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with (and I have worked with a lot!). No pressure, stress free experience.
Very nice people very professional they helping us improve our credit. 😊
They dont service mitsubishi any more and we didnt get ant communication on it until we went in for an oil change.
Bruce Titus Hyundai is an awful dealer. The sales folks lied to me and general manager Dave is disrespectful. If there is less than a 1 star I would give it to them.
Im on the fence right now. I bought a car four days ago...300 miles later, brake problems and the driver side door doesnt work.I brought it in and the promised to fix it. So I brought it in to be fixed this morning...I will update my review pending the results.
Love good driving vehicles
I dont particularly enjoy having to go to a dealer for any reason but I havent had any issues here.
I have going here for NISSAN service. But if one was looking for a vehicle look up SHAWN F. of KEITH V.
Exellant service
No CAP!! Hands down the worst service Ive EVER had. Bar restrooms are managed far better than this pitful excuse of a business. Fyi spent 5k on Chasing A problem. Then traded in and signed a 35k contract, to find major issues with a 2018 cant even get a loaner while they work on your car you bought from them with problems....... Smgdh
