Nice spot to get something refreshing yet tasteful. I had the asiago bagel, chicken salad, bacon, lettuce and tomato. It was goooooooood too!!!!

Moved to WA about a year ago so decided to visit the capital. Brought my dog along so couldnt go INTO any restaurants and in passing noticed this little place.......had the salmon bagel with tea and chowder.....absolutely awesome. Will definitely be back!!......salmon bagel was freakin awesome and the chowder was delicious.......

I recommend the beet Ruben of youre vegetarian. Was delicious

Delicious and friendly little cafe!

They smoke their own meat, get the bread from a local bakery, very nice, and quite efficient considering the small space and how many people come during the lunch hour. All of this made for a surprisingly great experience.

After a short time of my favorite sandwich being only a few times every month or so the meatloaf is always on the menu and is well worth trip downtown! The staff is great and has been up to the task always and especially during this time of craziness! Thanks for the great sandwiches guys!

It has been renovated and updated from what it was before and it still taste just as delicious. Food is sooooooo goood. Deserts, sandwiches and salads are fresh. They really put love into their food and you can taste it and see their efforts in the small kitchen they work out of. I’ve never left their unsatisfied and can not wait for y’all to open back up. Just sayin ... these are the best sandwiches in town. East coast deli inspired. Also breakfast bagels, soups and salads too, all excellent, at great prices. The chef-owner is directly involved in the kitchen and the staff is the best! Very clever and delicious combos, daily specials.

Went there today because all the reviews were great & it is a small business. I arrived shortly before 11am and it was closed. Sad to say I didnt get to enjoy the food.

I stumbled across this place and I am so happy I did. I had the Sweet Potato Falafel and clam chowder. Simply awesome! Great quality and tastes like what a chef would make for his family.

My brother and I had sandwiches here last week, and I been here a few times before. My brother said his was the best Reuben sandwich he’d ever had, and I had the same thoughts about my turket sandwich. The menu options and their ingredients are top-quality, the desserts make you not want to stop eating, and Seth and his workers are very friendly and accommodating. This is not mass-produced food-it’s a high-quality informal dining experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Olympia. I’m there 2-3 times a week and try something new every time. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite because it’s all equally delicious! Best cheesecake I’ve ever had! If you haven’t tried this place, I highly recommend it!

Great little spot in downtown Olympia! Really good soups and sandwiches. Very small seating area inside, so if the weather is poor get there early or plan to take your meal to go.

New owners took over this small cafe near the farmers market in 2017. Almost everything is made in-house, and its homey and delicious. Even the half sandwiches are enormous. Soups are perfect. Pie was amazing. And--bonus!--they serve Olympic Mountain Ice Cream. I was even treated to some free biscotti with my coffee for my birthday.

I ordered the club sandwich. Usually Im left still hungry after eating a sandwich, however I could barley finish this one. Plus it came with kettle chips and a pickle. The sandwich also had high quality ingredients in it.

The staff is nice but acts like they would rather be doing anything else in the world. The sandwich was seriously grose lol. Please, dont eat their food.

Great lunch stop thats pretty quick and reasonably priced! Some indoor seating but not a whole lot, plenty outdoors when available. Staff is very friendly! Large selection of sandwiches, salads, as well as bagels+lox and deserts!

Update! New owners have remodeled and expanded the menu options. Food is very good even though its not the same as previous owners. Fewer pies and cookies, no quiche. Salads were less crisp and dressing was bland. More choices and variety. Glad to see it is still one of the less expensive, good lunch spots in town.

I really enjoyed their clam chowder and club sandwich. If youre looking for a cozy joint to relax and have a good meal this one will not disappoint.

QUICHE. This is all you need to know about this place. They have a hash brown crust. There are usually a few to choose from and they are hearty. So tasty!I am sure their other food is good, but all I get is quiche.

Easy to find and access. A popular choice with the local office / business crowd. Can call in order for pick up. Great rotating menu with many items locally sourced. Can only seat about 8-10 with room for 4-6 waiting or placing orders. Not cheap / not expensive.

Had no selection of sandwiches. Staff said that they could not make them fresh. This place was also missing most ingredients for items on the menu. We ended up ordering the almond croissant (which was okay -not buttery or double baked), and grilled cheese (which was okay).

The food here is delicious!!! You can’t find better in Olympia. A must stop for foodies.

We went to the Farmers Market and chose to eat lunch at the Sidewalk Cafe. You have to try the food here as it is superb! We loved the Turkey panini sandwich as it woke our taste buds up. I highly recommend the Sidewalk Cafe.

The sandwiches are much smaller than expected for the price. However, they are very delicious.If the prices were roughly 30% less, I would rate this with 5 stars.
