Great store. Not so great employees. Lack of any welcome or eye contact. The only employee even remotely friendly was a lady named Katie with dark hair pulled back. Another lady with very short hair was extremely rude. I felt like I was doing something wrong by being there. ! I value competence more than friendliness but, I mean...come on. Thanks Katie for making 3 out of 5 visits a good experience.
Impressive variety for a local market - meat and produce even! - and they keep the place neat and tidy. Thank you Island Market - you make living on the Steamboat Peninsula so much easier!
Great store and the employees are helpful. Go here to get things I might have missed at the big store. Or times I just dont want to go to the big store. Also come here to get firewood when we run out in between and pet food occasionally as well.
Small little local grocery store. Very friendly service.
Beautiful store, remarkable amount of products offered I was surprised to even find my salad dressing there. I thought Id have to make do with alternate brand. Im a little picky on my Caesars. Thank for having such a clean place to shop and variety to choose from.
I loved this store even more in the 70s when it was Pats Market and Pat ran his butcher shop where the check out counter is. Pat would cut roasts, chops, steaks, etc however you wanted. I loved this store in the 90s when Kevin ran this store and modernized the layout and even added a bathroom. And now, I still love it because it is so handy as I have grown so much older and cant get around as well as I used to. This is the right store in the right place for the right people.
Lots of options great pizza clean and friendly😃
Saw a rat run threw the aisles last night!!! When i brought it to attention of staff on duty they smiled and yes it has been a problem for a while rat poop everywhere! Will be choosing a cleaner business from now on.
PIZZA CHANGED! They had one of the best pizzas around, now they changed it to save room on storage for ingredients, and to save time on preparation. What was once the best pizza in mason or thurston county, is now no better than a frozen pizza. Ive ran over 10 pizza places, I now own multiple businesses in Shelton and Olympia, the fact that someone would decide to do this baffles me. Product consistency should be TOP priority, cutting corners to save labor and efficiency is not the way to run a successful pizza business. If this establishment has any respect for its customers, then it would be wise for them to fix this mistake. Mistakes are made, its about how they are fixed thats valuable. If this mistake gets fixed, I will surely edit this review to the 5 star review their old pizza deserves.
Fantastic little store, great pizza - great selection of items usually only available at the big chain stores
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and the pizza is surprisingly good!
Last chance shopping if you live out Steamboat Island road.
Ok, but prices are too high
Always surprised to find what they have here !
Very Good
Awesome!!!!
