Super friendly staff, quality merchandise and they do special orders. At this time with the COVID-19, delivery dates for special orders are months. In store purchased items are delivered within a reasonable time. Their displays are very well laid out, which makes it easier to compare the various brands and styles.

From the moment we stepped in the store to the moment our furniture was delivered, we had a perfect experience. The salesmen didn’t pressure us. They were honest about how long it would be before our furniture arrived. Their knowledge of their products is beyond approach. The cost of the furniture is easy on your wallet. Lastly the delivery men were friendly, helpful and so very careful with our furniture. I will continue to purchase furniture from this company as there are no other companies that come close to their service. A fantastic furniture company with a fantastic staff.

My wife and I have been shopping for modern bedroom furniture for almost two years. We have been in most furniture stores from Seattle to Olympia. We finally found a bedroom set that both my wife and I liked. With the help of Craig Willette we put together an Aspenhome Trellis Collection bedroom set that we feel will look good and fit well in our master bedroom. Now that we ordered the set; we are anxious for it’s arrival.

It was my first time visiting Olympia furniture I had a great experience. The sales people were very kind, courteous, and helpful. They helped me find what I needed. Overall it was very nice walking into their establishment and doing business with them. I will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.

Its been 4 months since I ordered my couch. Initially, it was promised at the end of 2 1/2 months, maybe 3. That was fine things are delayed these days. Then, after 3 1/2 months I called for its status. It never made it on the container before the country closed down due to Covid. Hey, things happen. Was given the option to cancel with a deposit refund, chose a couch in stock, or wait. I picked one in stock. It would take a week to get scheduled. I went to the store to pay the balance to get on the schedule. I was told I was on the schedule for Saturday between 11 and 1 & they would call with the delivery time. Were good right? Planned some things for later that afternoon. They called at 11 and said delivery would be between 3 and 6. I complained. Was told they call between 11 and 1 for the 2 hr window of when it would be delivered that day. 3 to 6 is three hours. Further in the conversation I was told people are told to be available between noon and 7 on the delivery day. I was NOT told this. What business thinks a 7 hour delivery window is acceptable? A whole Saturday wasted just waiting. Hope the couch is outstanding because their delivery scheduling is the worse. Wont be doing business with them again. This really needs to be fixed.

I walked into Olympia furniture and Sleep Co. knowing that I needed a new sofa for my new house and that was about it. I wasn’t really sure on the type and style I was greeted right the moment I walked in. I mentioned about how much I wanted to spend and was guided out to their parking lot sale, which had loads of great choices and prices. The sales associate gave me a brief description of the sofas that caught my interest while keeping my budget in mind. I decided on an awesome sectional that came with an ottoman and some decorative throw pillows …Checkout was a very easy and time efficient process as well. I was referred by a family member and I had excellent service. I will also refer my friends and family.

I ordered a couch first week of April and was told it would be delived in 6 weeks at the end of may. I got a great price on it and the couch is beautiful but it is now August and I still have not received my couch. Everytime I call to check on it the date is pushed out another month. The customer service has been great, I just want my couch already! 😢 Ive been waiting over 4 months for a couch that I was told I would receive in 6 weeks. I just called an was now told I wont have my couch until October! That is 6 months from when I ordered it! I dont recommend this place if youd like your furniture anytime soon.

Their prices were far lower than the other 4-5 stores we went to. Got the 12 month with no interest, so that was a huge bonus and unlike other stores which had a 3-4 month wait for furniture, we will get our sleeper sofa and recliner in 7-10 days!! There is a lot to choose from at Olympia Furniture Store and with help from their super friendly staff, I found exactly what I needed to help spruce up our new medical office wait room. We’re also in need of some “grown up” bedroom furniture at home and I’m happy I found a great place to purchase it from when the time comes.
