Got a couch, dresser, and barstools delivered to my new apartment. The items I found were a great deal and the customer service is unmatched. The delivery guys Jeremy and Terrance were punctual, professional, and personable. Would highly recommend getting your furniture delivered as they know what they are doing and get the job done in a jiff.

The staff was very helpful and took quite a lot of time to help me browse options and to inform me of what some of the choices were. They even called a consignment source to see if shed accept a reduced price (it was about to drop anyway) a few days early. The options in some areas are a bit limited, but for most of the most common pieces (couches, dining room sets, etc), there were loads of choices at good prices. And they will look out for pieces for you if you ask, which is also super helpful. Ill definitely look here in the future for any other needs.

Staff are very friendly and allow you to take your time in the store without hovering. We never manage to find furniture that fits for us but they do have a decent selection. The prices are okay but sometimes a bit more than I would want to spend on used furniture.

Furniture Works inventory is constantly changing and because of this I have a weekly routine of visiting the store. The style varies from modern-traditional-mid century-antique- contemporary. They offer new and used furniture at a reasonable price.

Street parking and a small lot in the alley right behind the building. Friendly staff. Norman is the best, grey mohawk and big schozz, meets you at the door, then quietly following you and demanding your attention. Coolest standard poodle youll ever meet!Oh, and great deals on used and new furniture. Variety really changes, so if you like something, youd better get it. You might not see anything like it when you visit again. Definitely worth stopping by with your truck!

Furniture works is a great place to buy furniture. Wide selection of both new and used furniture, homey atmosphere and Kens deep knowledge of furniture is incredibly useful and reassuring when finding a new-to-us piece for our home.

Ridiculous prices

This shop has recently changed hands. I was disappointed to see either new or consignment furniture at high prices. I used to be able to find hidden gems in quality vintage furniture and art here. I will check back again in the interest of keeping local business alive, however
