The store staff was pleasant. I ordered online for an in-store pickup all items were said to be in stock at the store. One of the items was not on the pick up list when I arrived, but it was in stock on the shelf. The clerk who was there gave me the phone number to call for customer service I called. They said they were shipping the item to the store because that item was cheaper. I asked them to ship it to my home as I would not be back for two weeks. He said hed have to get ahold of corporate I said no problem I will wait. He changed his mind on asking corporate. I ended up canceling my $80 order because the phone customer service person could/would not help me. I like this store, I have purchase from this location before. In store staff is always very helpful. His hands were tied in this matter.

Great selection of supplements. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars it is because they didnt have any protein shake without milk that I liked. Anything without milk was all plant based.

I love this store. This store has an incredible selection of herbal extracts, essential oils and some very nice tea. Its almost a guarantee that you can find some very difficult to get supplements here. Always decent priced and well stocked and the staff is very helpful and know what they are talking about.

Used to shop here all the time, but when they were bought out by The Vitamin Shoppe they got rid of most of the products we used to buy here. They still carry a few items we use and their online order/curbside pickup is quick and convenient.

A nearly overwhelming selection of all the edible health items you could imagine. Vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and even some food and hygiene products.This isnt a store dedicated to the hardcore though, due to the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. As of yet, theres been nothing that they couldnt answer for me.I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for anything more complicated than a daily multivitamin, heck, theyve got you covered there too.

GNC has much nicer ppl and prices.. cahiers here are rude and not helpful at all. Throwing items to you like you are a dog.. . I am gong back there to day just to throw my money on the counter instead of handing it to him.

Great store / Selection but customer service was kind of lacking the day I went.Didnt acknowledge me and ask if needed help or greet me when walked in. Was my first time checking it out and had a few questions about some products. I will continue to shop there though. I work with people everyday and I am personable and acknowledge them so I guess I just expected the same.

I always go to the Vitamin Shop on Martin Way, closest to my home. I have always had good, friendly, helpful advice from the staff. Once in July of this year I went in to purchase some needed supplements. The young man that was ringing me up...I complimented him on his beard. I could swear that I had seen him driving earlier that day because I was struck by his auburn, unusually shaped beard. So I told him that. The next thing I know...Im receiving a 10 minute diatribe on...where did you see me, are you the one that almost hit my car today, what do you drive, why would you notice my beard,. I told him because it was an unusual shape, squared off on the bottom and was striking. He just kept interrogating me to the point of embarrassment. I had mentioned earlier that I was just discharged from the hospital after two weeks. Still not feeling well. He made me feel so regretable for just complimenting his beard, I felt almost in tears. Im a 63 year old woman just paying a nice compliment. I went in twice since, he ignores me and I just dont feel comfortable when he is there now, which is every time I go in. I will make a longer trip to go the other store on Cooper point now just because of this arrogant employee. What a shame because Brandon there is a sweetheart and very helpful and nice to work with. I believe I should receive an apology from the other one, name unknown. I would go back if he would be held accountable. Such a terrible way to treat a customer upon receiving a compliment.

Love getting some of my supplements here, also good selection of non fluoride toothpaste. I did try some of their brand (vitamin shoppe) supplement but they did not seem as potent as other brands so I stick with brands I like.

I tried calling this person 4 times and the lady named Shanna, something like that kept hanging up on me. Every time I called back she was so rude.

Theyve got pretty much everything. Theyll try to sign you up with an auto-ship to get more of whatever it is youre buying, so you might want to think about if thats something you want before you get to the counter.

After visiting a few other nutrional suppliment store in the area I was getting fustrated..And was thinking about just ordering everything online, until I walked into the Holy Grail of nutriton stores!!! Not only was I impressed with the selection, I was shocked and surprised with thier low prices. Yesterday was my first time in this store and Ill be back today..Having a store with a great selection of product was the corner stone of me winning 3 NPC national muscle physique competition title out San Diego in the last 3 years...I plan on competing in a few months so Im excited that I finally found a place that has everything I need and alot of it!!!

It Has Forskolli, as advertised on Dr. Oz, and CNN. Its A fat burning plant based capsule. I bought it here for $22.00. Online its $45.00& 60.0on Amazon. Super Supplements has it All.I’m back after trying the Forskolii and it doesn’t work.... oh well, that’s ok.
