We had a number of questions about touching up exterior of house and decks and railings. Staff answered our questions to our satisfaction. Store inventory was low so we need to return to get some of the paint we needed. We will see soon if the paint is worth the higher price we paid.

I have good experiences with Sherwin-Williams always but this is my home-town neighborhood store and they are great. I always have prompt, friendly and professional service and get products that I trust and rely on. S-W is my go-to brand and I am never disappointed.

Our original painting service was many years ago. Our color was not even in the computer and needed to be looked up in a hard copy. The Sherwin-Williams technician located our house color and made up our paint!

No fuss, no problems. I told the guy the name of the color and started to tell him the code number and he finished it for me....they know their stuff. They were quick and as always carried the paint out for me. Ive needed nitrile gloves forever, Ive been getting by with the last little bit I had, he found some crazy thick gloves in the back. Thatll work!

Friendly and helpful staff.

Theyre more helpful than the paint desk at Home Depot Ill give them that. But they dont stand behind their products. I painted my house last year (brand new house) in August and before the end of winter it was growing mildew really bad, come spring time it was pretty well covered in mildew. The rep told me I need to wash my house and that its common. All areas of the house have mildew, even areas that have never seen water like all the eves. I get constant comments about it, my only reply is buy Sherwin Williams paint, its supposed to look like that! They also changed the formula of the color part way through, so sections of the house dont match.

Knowledgeable staff helped us with our projects. We needed paint for the garage floor and deck paint. Lots of good information and help. This is why we use Sherwin Williams.

EXCELLENT customer service. Great selection of paint types (matte/flat/gloss) and huge and terrific selection of cutting-edge and traditional colors/tones/tints. Nearby. Easy to get in and out because theyre mid-size to small stores. NOT overwhelming (like warehouse retailers).

Ask about a sprayer tip and after talking to the help was finally blessed to deal with the manager. Well he finally ran of things to talk about on his phone I was given the privilege to find out her knew less than his help.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered touch up paint. When I got there it was a 5 gallon bucket for $120! i got some long story about contractor grade paint and this is the smallest quantity available. After being completely intimidated by the two men working, i gave in to their threats and paid and left. I now have paint that is too heavy to even lift, not to mention pour and use. i felt scared and intimindated and WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. I EMAILED THE MANAGER AND DID NOT GET A RESPONSE.

This store has been supplying me quality paint for over a year now (4 years before I was an owner I also used Sherwin paint), but this review is going to be about the people working here. The people that you meet when you go in. Regardless of their intense sales training; these guys are the most helpful and enjoyable human beings Ive ever experienced in a store. They feel like family now and Ive YET to feel this way about other stores, restaurants or service-providers. I was clueless when I walked in the door and thanks to a very kind, patient and knowledgeable employee I was able to do a fantastic job of painting the interior of my fireplace dark charcoal and I didnt even ruin a thing in the process!

I bought a can of paint from this location and they couldnt correctly match the same color I had bought from them before. I needed the paint for touch up and this time, it came out lighter than before. $20 was wasted!!!
