I helped someone move their things there for storage. Staff helpful and very nice. Cons: tons of homeless people around this building. From 6pm until sometime the next morning the homeless camp under the overhang that runs along the length of the sidewalk, which means they are blocking access to the storage entrances. I would suggest only loading and unloading during office hours when homeless dont camp/sleep there. Also no matter the time of day you will need to have someone in your moving team to stay with the truck or trailer while you unload or load. The homeless were hovering around, with the same persons walking past while we worked. Also, there are 2 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor, no elevator.

Amazing people incredibly kind, these guys have great service there depenible and safe for mail and storage I recommend them also they remember peoples faces, voices and names these are good business people and they are very trustworthy and clean

Excellent customer service. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Clay at the front desk helped me when I got a $75 parking ticket from the meter maid because she claimed my boyfriend and I were not loading and unloading my car when we were in the 30 min. loading/unloading zone. But we had witnesses that said we were, including Clay. He went above and beyond for me by calling the City Parking Services Director and told him what happened and my ticket was considered null & void after that!

Clean and safe storage facility. Misty was very kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions regarding storage size/costs, payment process, and cancelation process (she explained in a polite manner).There are a variety of options to store larger items if you need too. Security cameras cover the entire the building entrances. Safe. Secure. Clean. Kind employees/workers.

Excellent service and friendly attitude from staff. Helping, patient, polite, the list could go on. I feel safe using the well lit parking spaces when dropping items off at night. Overall, great storage place if you live in or near downtown.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years now and Lyndsay the property manager has time and again went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! I own a small business and use my storage units daily and I can honestly say that my business wouldn’t be as successful as it is today if Lyndsay hadn’t provided me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE! If you’re looking for a storage place and value customer service and want the peace of mind to know when life happens and obstacles arise that you have a kind and attentive staff member like Lyndsay who has always managed to find creative solutions to overcome the obstacles that come. I’m also going on record to state that Lyndsay is literally the glue that holds this locations logistical functionality running smooth. I hate walking in to the Walmart type of business that doesn’t value customers and staff members cannot care less to help you out with anything that doesn’t benefit them...if you agree with that sentiment than Lyndsay and Olympia Quality Self Storage is the place for you!!!

Increasingly good businesses that offer great customer service seem harder to find. Quality Self Storage fits the bill. And Lyndsay (sp?) is key to why I feel this way. If you’re wise enough to choose Quality, you’ll find affordable rates, a convenient location, and excellent customer service. What more could you ask for? Just do it!

Centralized location, reasonable accessibility hours and parking access.

It is a secure and dry storage facility, but they can and will terminate your contract if they find out you are homeless. I recently lost my job and had paid up my storage for 3 months in advance. Around the beginning of the third month I found that i could not get in my storage, so I went to talk to them and was told they had terminated my contract and that i had until the 3rd of next month to get my belongings out and only during office hours can I get in to my storage. I have heard from several people that this has happened to them as well and yes all of them have been homeless. Theyre contract states that they can terminate at any time with no reason needed. So be careful where you choose to put your belongings when you may be struggling to keep your head above water, cause if by chance you become homeless you might want to rethink on where to put your stuff.

Well, for no apparent reason I was evicted after only being there 2 weeks. I ask what was the reason and they told me there was no reason, then I ask is there some type of lottery that decided who gets evicted and the clerk told me No,there’s no lottery either who decided who get kicked out and then she said they justify what they feel. I don’t do the race card,but as being a black man it kinda make me wonder why I got evicted. This storage company is bad business. Don’t spend your time and money with company’s that are Judge mental,And borderline racist.Thank you

Great customer service!I rented the Uhaul van from them. This is the nicest van I have ever rented from Uhaul! Not the usual base model. They were fast, happy and delightful! I can only imagine renting a storage option would be as nice of a experience.

Discriminatory towards homeless trans women with mental health issues. Terminated our agreement, would not give a reason. Limited hours of entry making our homelessness even harder to deal with, added a second lock so that we would need to go into the office even during the newly limited hours.Do not trust them. They will do whatever they like and give you no reason as to why they have done things.Like why even add a second lock? Which makes it harder for us to remove our stuff and leave?Unreasonable business practices just for the sake of being apathetic and discriminatory.
