We loved our time at Secure-it storage. Our unit was huge and had easy access. The price was reasonable and the staff were all friendly and helpful (thank you Megan!). Anytime we came, we would see staff driving through the compound checking on things. It was very secure and clean. We highly recommend Secure it if you need a storage unit in the Tumwater/Olympia area.

Megan and Robert at Secure it self storage were a HUGE help to us as we moved to the area. Their responsiveness, on target suggestions and great attitudes made us feel at home and among friends. The facilities are new, clean, well maintained and secure. Could not more highly reccomend this place and these people!

Suggestion would be, go somewhere else for secure storage, because this one is NOT SECURE .Has thieves inside and outside this organization and a very weak management team. This company is only out for one thing, No employee there has a viable olympia residential address... so if there is an emergency aft hours no one comes. They do not abide by the laws of Thurston County, and The head CEOs of this company are not concerned about thier renters issues or concerns eiher. JUST another big box company our County lets do business here $$$$$who hire incompetent people and dont care if your things are stolen...theyll just give you a 10 notice to vacate.. and tell you to suck sand... bad people.

I vacated 12 days prior to my month being up. Due to COVID-19, their office was closed when I went to give my notice and the sign indicated they were only open on Sunday and Monday. Since I was moving prior to the next Sunday, and I had already packed my contract, I called and left a detailed message that I was vacating and asked that I be called back to let me know what I needed to do. No one ever called me back, and I believe that was intentional. With a move and new house and all that entails, just one day prior to my month being up, and on a Sunday, I finally realized I had never heard back from them, so I called and was told I was going to still be billed for another month since I didnt provide a WRITTEN 10 day notice. Though they have a nice facility, go find somewhere else for your storage needs. Hopefully youll find more honest people to deal with.

Great customer service from Robert, he really makes the whole process so easy, very secure with no worries.

Pro: Facility appears clean and is brand new.Con:Stopped in today to see what sizes the storage units were and how much they cost. My partner and I walked in and were immediately met with attitude from the employee at the front counter. We asked if they had a price list and he said “we don’t have those”. We then asked about what layouts they have and were met with a condescending “well what are you looking for? We have 14 different layouts”. At that point we said thank you and left. The impression we left with was that potential customers are an inconvenience and that customer service is of no importance!
