First time renting public storage. Ian, the on-site manager, made everything very easy. Called back promptly to answer questions and helped while I was there. Ended up renting two spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Best storage around. They answer phone! Double security in place. You must use code to get in and back out! I have a bottom floor unit and is is clean, dry and no bugs or vermin EVER. It even smells nice. 5 stars for sure!

Needed to find a place to store my stuff for several months and needed quotes. Called in and spoke to Sadie and had a magnificent conversation with her, she helped me soooooo much and was pleasantly surprised at the low inexpensive prices of your storage units. I cannot tell you enough about how professional, courteous, HAPPY, and FRIENDLY Sadie was to me, it was such a pleasure to talk to her on the phone and I cant wait to come in and actually talk to her and meet her in person. Very happy with Sawndra. Got the perfect unit for a temporary move. Storage room was nice and clean and the gate works well. The price was phenomenal, so we might stay longer than anticipated. At the very least we are no longer in a rush.

The staff is very unwelcoming and behave as though they dont want you to visit your storage unit current customers are exempt from current promotions even if they are looking to add additional storage

Instead of e-mail or text, Ian took the initiative to call my phone and explain the issue. I quickly drove over and secured my unit.The facility was always clean and secure. I recommend this location, easy to get in and out of.One criticism, why cant the company allow renters to reserve a location before the end of the month? I would pay extra to lock in my rate and location. Moving sucks, you guys made life easier.

The on-site manager, Ian has been amazing since day 1 of doing business with Public Storage. Ive been having a hard time paying my monthly fees on line. Im not the kind of person who asks for help to often. So long story short, I did it on my own and ended up paying the fee twice. When I called Olympia store Ian was as helpful and courtesy as he could have been. Ian is extremely professional and still makes me feel like Im doing business with a local company. I needed to set up a storage unit last second today. The website made it easy to start the process, and Shy finished everything up on site. Shy was very helpful and friendly when I came in to view the unit, and I was set up with the perfect sized space less than an hour after I applied online. Ive been renting from this place for approximately 1year. I was under the impression that i was welcomed. I was even asked by the staff to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. I recently lost my apartment and fell on some hard times. I had been trying to get things back on track. Ive been watched,monitored,told i couldnt be in my paid for space during business hours at times. I have been kicked while i was down. I was also asked to leave at the end of the month for no good cause. I have never had any occurrences or otherwise. I dont understand the cruelty...
