Patrick, Ashley, and Sam are amazing! We wanted to adopt all 3 of them. We love our new mattress ❤️ The selection of different mattresses was very nice as well as the prices. The only problem with the new mattress is my husband doesn’t want to get up in the morning!!! He says he sleeps so comfortably.

I dont think I can really express how happy I was about the great service that I received from this store. The store owners were exceptional, special mention to my girl Ashley who took great care of me. Even though I couldnt buy a bed at their store, she organized for me to buy the bed in their sister store in a different state because I am moving. Like I said, amazing customer service and they went the extra mile. Come get your bed here...and at a fraction of the price than what those other guys will charge you for. Great Job guys!!!

I had the best time at BoxDrop! Ashley was so helpful and we were in and out of the store in literally 15 minutes! They have great discounts for teachers and veterans!! Ashley provided a great experience and the delivery/set up is very affordable. Totally recommend for anyone!!!

We’ve had our mattress about a month now and are 100% satisfied, sleeping comfortably through the night for the first time in forever. Pat and Ashley could be trainers for customer service. Staff was beyond helpful, the day I went to look the store was closed and one of the owners was present and opened the store and helped me. He also offered to drive my purchase to my home and carries all items inside. I would highly recommend this store and know that customer service like this has not been offered to me in a very long time.

I had a great experience at BoxDrop of Omaha! I spoke to Pat on the phone, and he even texted me pictures of the products I was interested in. I went in later that day and was taken care of by Ashley. She takes customer service to a new level! When I forgot to bring my wallet to the store, she was happy to let me call in my card number from home later that evening. Despite several hours passing before my call, she remembered exactly who I was, and had my account pulled up and was ready for my info before she even answered the phone! I picked up my (twin) mattress the next day and Pat loaded it onto my car and strapped it down for me. He even taught me the correct way to use my own ratchet straps! (Facepalm). After returning three damp mattresses to the Mart before canceling my order there and switching to BoxDrop, I was delighted with my experience.

Very polite and helpful. They were very flexible with delivery times. Also very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Definitely will recommend to friends and will absolutely come back in the future when its time for a new bed.

Seriously love the place! :) The beds are fantastic and a great price! My boyfriend and I got a queen size set for less than $700. If we went to Nebraska furniture mart our price would probably be in the thousands. The customer service was great as well. I dont have anything bad to say!

The staff was super helpful, Facetimed me to demo the product he was describing on the phone. They even stayed open after hours to be sure we could pick up our mattress platform. Easy assembly literally took 5 minutes to set up.
