Not sure what people are complaining about with Cabinetry by Design. We used this company when building our home and as we remodeled the interior we asked CBD to update a few of our cabinets. Alan and Tyler went above and beyond what is typically within the scope for the company. Theyve worked tirelessly to find out the exact stain through our builder, the stain company used, the finish with the stain, and a quote from a painter to ensure the new cabinet doors would match the rest of the kitchen. Tyler even identified an incorrect styling to the door, something I wouldnt have noticed at first glance. He couldve just installed the doors but he and the rest of the company had the integrity to call out the mistake, like true professionals quickly work on a new set of cabinet doors, and install the correctly style doors to match the rest of the kitchen.True professionals, above and beyond the scope of their mission, and Integrity. The owner and sales dept have been phenomenal in helping us with our home! Highly recommend and encourage customers to contact this company when it comes to cabinetry. They will not disappoint.

I had CBD make some cabinet doors for a project. It was a smaller job for them, but I was treated like I’m sure their bigger clients are treated. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. They were done about a week before I even expected, and their pricing beat their competitors by a decent amount (I sought several estimates). Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Getting them to call back takes forever. You leave a message and wait weeks before your call is returned. I finally received a promise for an estimate in a week or less. Its been two, Ive called back three times to no avail.CBD did our original cabinets and did well, but their customer service is severely lacking.Check that... its abysmal. I was promised an estimate.... received none. Had to call back numerous times just to get them to call back. It was only at that point Alan stated they werent interested in the job.Thanks for WASTING 3 WEEKS of my time. NEVER AGAIN CBD.

Cabinetry By Design has handled three of our remodels over the past few years and each time the outcome has been beautiful. Met with Alan to discuss cabinets for my new upcoming home...He was terrific...so patient and fully knowledgable with answering my questions..

We hired Cabinetry By Design to build custom cabinets for our kitchen. Cory was great to work with--spent a lot of time measuring and making sure we were happy with the design. And we were. What we were less happy with was the quality of the cabinets. We returned 10 cabinet doors over a period of a few weeks because they kept warping. The bar cabinets and unit over the kitchen sink were too short, leaving a gap between the cabinets and the counter top. The company sent out a trim guy to put trim around the bottoms of the cabinets to cover the gaps. Now the cabinet beside the sink is absorbing water and splitting. One of the self-closing drawers will not close on its own. The owner of the company would not come to our house, even though we requested that he come take a look. Cory, on the other hand, responded to every phone call and tried to do what he could. In short, there are some good people working there, but I would not give them a strong recommendation.

Cabinetry by Design is a great place to do business. They really listened to what we wanted and came up with a design that is going to be amazing! I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for custom cabinets in the Omaha area!

This place is a absolute mess .... They are racist and take no time making sure the cabinets are built correctly. They take your money and build you something a third of what you paid for . My advice stay away .

Seems like it will be a good place to work, and the product is beautiful.

Horrible place to do business with. Rip you off if they can. Do your research and stay FAR away from here. Owner IMO is the biggest crook I have ever come across.
