Its a nice place, the people are kind and accurate with their orders. There can be a bit of a line, but this is a heavily-trafficked location. Havent had a bad drink here.

Great customer service every time! Came in to get my order at the counter today. The cashier with the short pink hair was so kind to me! Absolutely loved their makeup as well! The person with the green hair was really nice too!

Man I’m pretty sure this is the busiest Starbucks in Omaha! I think them line also looks super long because of the weird location. But the staff is great and never had a bad drink!

Checked in when I got there. Told them online order. Told 2 other females my name. Finally they brought them. Obviously had been made for awhile. Whipped cream was flattened. Also, had snarky comments which were not appreciated here. I realize you are busy. Then you should be too busy to make snarky comments.

We have never been disappointed in the service here - staff is great! However we find that they are frequently out of many of our favorite sandwiches ☹️

We wanted a ice tea and a lemonade on a very hot day. I was pleased with my iced tea. The lemonade was good with a couple of sweeter packs. We went back the next day for another iced tea and lemonade.

Aye idk who this lady was. but she had a Cheetah print mask & very long eyelashes with blonde braided pigtails but YALLL she was the SWEETEST human being ever. 10/10 would come back again!!!!

Came in specifically to get a pour over. Waited 10+ minutes for the drink. That was not started. Then they pushed me out with reg brew.

So I came in on christmas to get coffee for the holiday morning! I knew it was gonna be busy and expected to wait for ever! The team here was very smiley and quick! The manager in charge didnt catch his name was amazing the way he lead his team to success in this busy morning was just something that was a feat in itself. Whoever is in charge of this location should be very proud of the team that rocked Christmas to give all the familys a great start to the day!

I like how this location is in an area highly accesible by many businesses and the college campus. However, it is incredibly small, hardly any parking, and almost always a line wrapping around to the side street and potentially blocking traffic and parking. This location would be a lot better if you moved to where petco is or target parking lot.

I visited the store 3 different times during the week while I was close by for work. Every time helped by a different cashier, but received the same phenomenal service every time. Orders are completed quickly, the baristas are top notch, friendly, and welcoming- one of the best Starbucks I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Keep up the great work!

Close the drive thru window to maintain heat! Clueless staff. High prices. Food display case has bugs in it. Management refuses to maintain a comfortable temperature in the building. Too hot in summer, no heat in fall and winter.

I visit Starbucks every morning I really enjoy the lattes and mochas but the coffee in general is very tasty

Dont order egg white bites. Over priced and taste like rubber. One bite and I spit it out. Service here sucks I asked for a cinnamon shortbread with skim and had stop them 2x to get them to make the correct order.

I love this Starbucks so much I drive out of my way for the customer service and I have a super picky drink and they always get it right!

I really like this Starbucks; the location is convenient since I am a UNO student. Everyone who works here is generally very upbeat and polite, and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The only setback is that the building is not very big, but theres always at least a chair or two open at any time.

I always have great service when I go to this location. Even with long lines, you get through in a timely manner.

I absolutely love Starbucks! Would definitely recommend!! If you are thinking of going there, I recommend on getting the Ultra Carmel Blender! So yum!

Usually very fast in the morning, they know how to make a good cup of coffee, or any drink on the menu, quickly. However, depending on traffic, it can be a pain getting in and out of the area.

Usually pretty good. They are good about making suggestions and taking orders accurately. Still it is corporate coffee, I prefer local coffee houses.

This store is very crowded and always busy so it will obviously take a little bit longer to get your Java. However... that does not excuse the behavior that I have had from the staff both times I was there. They are kurt and rude as you order and had me repeat my order cause somebody else was more important (exact words) and then they decided to have me wait at the window for 8-10 minutes to pay and get my coffee. If you enjoy that kind of thing, then by all means be my guest, but I do not recommend this location unless you are willing to put up with the attitude for the coffee.

Went to drive thru was told to come inside to order because their system was having issue .when I entered..then guy barista decided to have a side conversation with other employees not acknowledging there was a line customers were waiting. He ouldnt get orders right because he rudely disconnected with the customers and continued his side conversations while the customer were asked to place their order. So annoying as they waited patiently...

Slow, but good

Ordered a Frappuccino, I got a hot coffee. I went inside to let them know that I was given them wrong drink, they did replace it with what appeared to be a Frappuccino but once I drank this supposed beverage, it was very obvious it was nothing more than some ice with whip cream and xantham gum. No flavoring for the coffee, just a very sour tasting cup of ice with whipped cream.

Good coffee, very slow to help. To get cream, had to aggressively get an employees attention. They would not look at me. I think they were understaffed because everyone was busy.

This location is a favorite. The hours here are the longest and the people here are all friendly. Ive not had many issues with drinks but when I do; I ASK to have it fixed and they assist me as soon as possible. No complaints from me!

Traditional Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be tricky as it is in with a strip mall of stores, but does have a drive through. Very friendly staff, quick service and free Wi-Fi.

Very disappointing service. I had ordered via the mobile app. Guy at the drive up window started to hand me a frappichino. I had ordered a hot drink. Sarah? he asked No, Cindy. Then he asked Are you sure you ordered for this location? I showed him the receipt on my phone. So I had to sit there at the window while they made my drink. I had their tip in my hand. It stayed in my hand. Unbelievable!!!

Horrible experience!Only two barristas working and one did not even know how to make a frappe.I have stopped at this location numerous times before and my drink has always been great, but today the frappe was so watery. Such a disappointment to recover a bad drink after having to wait for about 20 minutes.I am definitely not coming back to this location!

I have always had fast and friendly service at this location, but only go during off-peak times. The whole parking situation in this center is nuts. People in the drive-through here are typically a big part of the problem. I prefer the location one mile south.

Always the best. None of the others compare. Verona pour over with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. Free wifi, good smells and music. Scooters, you lose this time but see you in the spring for your iced tea.

Make you dont have any bills over $20 or else they cant TAKE it EVEN THOUGH THEIR IS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OUTSIDE STATING THAT. We waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes ordered 3 venti size frappes and cake pops total was like $28 all I had was $50 bills the rude barista said he couldnt take anything over 20 even though I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. This was later in the evening. So we left🤷‍♀️

What sparked this rant? Today my check-engine light came on while heading to the gym. Instead of going to the gym, I stopped at the Starbucks (72nd just south of Dodge) to get a cup of coffee and to check the owners manual. Big mistake. A tragic comedy followed.Now, I know Starbucks is an expensive coffee shop, but it was still a shock that a medium coffee, bagel with cream cheese, and a paper cost $8. This meal is less than $2 at home, counting the paper. I bumped a glass container on the counter, shattering it into pieces. Happens all the time, the worker said. Well, if it happens, all the time, then why keep putting it on the counter? There was no cream on the condiment counter, so I had to ask for it. To use their Internet WiFi, required me to register…which I resent. The table had a horrible wobble, nearly spilling my precious coffee. I needed to use the restroom, and the toilet paper virtually dissolved in my hand. They use the cheap stuff, but charge like a restaurant that should used better. Refills were 55 cents and parking was a challenge.But the worst thing was the loud rap music. Now, I know that rap is popular, but at 5:30 am rap grates on the nerves.I will not be back.

I love the coffee and the baristas at this location. The store is always clean. Only downfall is the parking lot is shared with other business and has pot holes.

This place is horrible. Its a terrible location, with only one way into it. Add to that a poor layout that constantly backs up the drive through traffic into the parking lot, and a staff that manages to consistently be among the slowest in Omaha.No joke, you can drive to the location on 114th and Dodge, get your stuff and get back in the time it takes these clowns to get anything done.Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Was just served two incorrect drinks after having to repeat my order literally five times. The shots were dead in the second iced drink that was given to me thirty seconds after I told them the first drink wasnt right. So they gave me old shots to get me out of the drive thru line. Also pretty sure my mocha was a hot cocoa. I choose to spend my money sometimes at franchises over local places because theyre consistent, but the drinks we did receive were terrible.I feel like I just wasted 12 bucks. Also, the barista argued with me when I said I had wanted my drink iced. He said he double checked with me, but he hadnt. After I ordered there was dead silence so I asked if we were good after a minute and he just told me to pull through. Waste of money!

Starbucks is great! Especially their frappuccinos. No complaints about the taste of their coffee. This Starbucks in particular was weird because I went with my friend Maggie and both she and I couldnt seem to find a trash can. We sat outside, and the nearest trashcan was by Noodles & Company.Starbucks in general has a secret menu. I wish that they would display more of their drink items on the menu that they are able to make. For example, I got a coffee mocha cookie Frappuccino. Thats how I had to order it because I have no idea what the correct name is, but they always make to for me perfectly.

This place can get very crowded. Due to location it can be very hard to navigate the parking lot during the lunch hour. Tons of traffic attempting to go in and out. Not the fault of SBs. The business is what you would expect. Standard Starbucks service and coffee.
