I have been delighted with the work John and Vince have done for us. They’ve managed to retrieve info from old computers and make it accessible again, helped us with child proofing, and we have bought new devices from them at very reasonable prices. This is my one stop shop to save time and money!

Connected Tech went over and beyond my expectations. Their knowledge is greater than I expected, the service was expedient and I was given information I would not thought of asking which is great for someone who is not computer savvy at all. They were able to upgrade an older computer tower from a Windows-7 to the newer version of Windows-10. I also purchased a new phone cord which was explained as to why it took hours to charge my Galaxy phone and a charger for my car. I have complete confidence with the work they have done and I do intend to bring in my husbands Apple for either an upgrade or a trade in on one of their many refurbished Apple computers. After going to the Apple store and other computer repair outlets, I will now only have my products serviced here.
