Not sure they really did anything when I brought my laptop in to get checked out. Still has problems with performance, usb driver ports dont seem to work properly, disk drive doesnt appear to be working (they claimed to have checked out the PC but, didnt mention anything about disk drive error). Anyways, theres other places to go. So, I will.

I highly recommend Quick Connect Computer Services for a replacement PC. They did an excellent job transferring our Windows Live Mail data to the new PC preserving the file structure along with all the emails. They were very professional keeping us apprised of their progress with this complex process.

The tech person, Im sorry I missed his name, was extremely helpful. He checked my computer to find out what video cards I need and explain to me a lot of things I did not know about computers and about video card and CPU. Whenever computer goes down, Ill take it to them for repairs. Thank you.

I have been using Quick Connect for almost eight years and I have been consistently pleased with the quality of their work. They have made my last two machines and I have purchased their yearly warranty several years in a row but so far there has been no reason for bring them in for repair. This year there was a small snag in the cloning process when I asked them to upgrade my hard drive and the two employees I worked with, Chris and Tanner, went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with the service I received. They never talked down to me and communicated very clearly what needed to be done. I really appreciate being treated like a valued customer.

Christopher has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of our residents. He made sure all of our cameras were clear and now we are able to see the details needed to keep our ladies feeling safer. He is very personable and fun to talk to. He was very courteous with the residents and staff. Thank You, you have no idea how long we have been in the dark. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 139$ to move all data from a hard drive to a solid state drive? That’s absolute robbery. This is the second and last red flag I’ll be receiving from this awful company. I came in for a single stick of 8gb memory and was asked to pay over $80 for it, and had a good laugh. Don’t get your money stolen here.Never again.

The Owner called back and apologized for his attitude, he was having some personal problems with are to be expected at times, we are all human.He explained what was going on and was very sincere, I have worked in customer service and know what it is like to have a bad day.I will revise this review when they have finished with my computer. I went through a terribly frustrating experience attempting to build my own computer. I put the machine together at home for my wife. At the end of three days, I was tired of calling places that couldnt help me, irritated at myself for making the mistake, and furious that I had spent so much time doing the research and ended up with a machine that was so close to working, but would absolutely not. I felt as if I had been running around in circles. At the root of the problem was incompatible hardware, which I found out after taking it to Quick Connect. Tanner was an immense help in giving me some friendly consultation for video cards, power supplies, video cards, and motherboard-CPU compatibility. Thanks to his advice and his patience, I was able to get my machine put together and running full steam. During the entire experience he was kind and understanding of my frustrations. Next time, Im asking Tanner at Quick Connect to build me a PC.

Evan at Quick Connect saved my computer and at a great price. He was able to repair my laptop when I thought I might have to purchase a new one. Honest and fast service - I definitely recommend them.

Took my fresh build in because I couldn’t get it to run POST. They were able to get it up and running within 15 minutes of me being there. They even installed an SSD for me!Very fast and great service.

I took my computer in to have the charging port repaired after it got knocked loose. I paid somewhere around 100 to $200 for them to hot glue the piece in a place and later had to take it into another a different repair shop to have it fixed completely. Not worth the money.

Christopher was very knowledgeable about our situation and efficient. He was here when he said he would be and delivered a very good product to us. we were glad he was the service person who helped us.

I called about a problem with my computer.the person from quickconnect gave me suggestions about what it might be and what the approximate cost would be.he also suggested that i might be having trouble with my mouse.i went out and bought a mouse and connected to my computer.to my surprise the problem was solved.thanks to the person from quickconnect i was able to fix the problem with just a few dollars. thanks quick connect.

This is the 2nd time I have used Quick Connect Computers, they have always been upfront from the beginning what was needed to begin checking what my computer problems are. As a Small business cost and time means alot. They also kept in contact with me during the fix. This time was a big fix, needed new hard drive they then had to manually enter my programs. They worked extra hard to save the things that were very important to my business.
