Never write reviews, but was very impressed with my experience here. Large selection of stylish, yet affordable frames and my glasses were ready for pick up later the same day. Service was excellent both times I came in. Even during off hours the store and phones were busy, but the staff were always attentive, patient and polite. Will definitely be back in the future, thanks Maria and team!

Let me begin by saying I usually don’t do reviews, especially ones as long as this one. I stopped in on a whim because I seen a pair of glasses I liked online. Taylor assisted me when I arrived, she was very personable and accommodating. Since I hadn’t brought my prescription with me she held my frames until the next day when I could bring it and a copy of my DD-214 to the store for a discount. When I returned the next day, the store was a little busier, Taylor assisted me in finding another pair of glasses, answered all my questions, and made suggestions without seeming like I was taking up too much of her time. I bought my first pair of prescription sunglasses thanks to her assistance and I have to admit that I’m loving them in the morning when I’m driving home facing the sun. I was so impressed with the same day service, I made sure to tell all my glasses wearing friends and coworkers about them. It’s worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just for the same day turnaround and great customer service just elevates the whole experience. Keep up the great work and I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Eyemart Express was so professional I had Kate who was so amazing,sweet and determined to make me have an excellent experience. Well she hit it out of the Park she helped me select glasses for my faceshape gave me great honest opinions, helping me find 2 pairs of glasses for under $50. I will absolutely be back!

I had broken my only pair of glass and was so in need of a new pair. Since my old glasses were so out of focus. I was impressed by the spend and excellent customer service I received. I received 2 new pair of glasses within 40 minutes. Yes!

I worked with a young lady and she was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had. We got finished in a short amount of time and I was text in 41 minutes that my new glasses were ready. When I went back she explained all my warranty information and made sure my new glasses fit perfectly. Thank you!

Ive never had my eyes examined as well. I had a picture taken of the inside of my eye and then they were able to give me a pair of contacts that corrected my vision better than ever!! Then I bought 2 pairs of glasses that were ready the same day.

Fabulous experience. Dr. Young was very nice and I was SHOCKED at how inexpensive 2 pairs of glasses were. I do not carry vision insurance as I have found I pay more with insurance than without because of the offices that insurance covers. My vision is terrible and I get all the bells and whistles when ordering lenses. Imagine my surprise when my final bill was just over half of what I paid at a different office WITH insurance. I have already passed the great experience to 3 friends since yesterday!

Both sides of this place ROCK! I had excellent service from eye exam to walking out with two pair of glasses . Did I mention I had my glasses in 13 minutes? I have recommended them to friends and family and will definitely be back! I haven’t been this impressed with a company in a LONG time!

Made a phone call hoping that I could get my glasses in an hour because no one else does this in Omaha anymore if you wear bifocals. Spoke with Maria and she said come on in we can do it. We arrive and they were amazing. They went to work and I got two pairs of amazing fitting glasses for the price I would have paid for one at most places. To top it all off they stayed late to finish my glasses so I didn’t have to come back from Columbus and get one of the pairs. Great job!!!

Wonderful service! I was visiting from out of town and unexpectedly needed prescription sunglasses because I was unable to wear my contacts. They were friendly and able to get my glasses done quickly once my regular eye doctor sent the prescription over. They let me set aside the pairs I wanted and pay over the phone after they received the prescription.

Wanted a second pair of glasses so came to Eyemart Express. Left for the winter and during this time wasn’t able to read very well out of the glasses. In returning home I made my yearly eye exam visit. I found out that there was no bifocal in the bottom of the lens. Explains why I couldn’t read very well. You get what you pay for!

Fast and friendly service and so much more affordable I got 2 nice pairs for half the price I pay for one and I have progressive lenses.

This place does racial profiling. Experienced this from Maria who is supposedly the store manager as well. What happened is a person came in later and was ushered right in althought I had been waiting for about 15mins. When I complained to her she told me in her own words that she recommends next time I should be sitted in front where am visible, unbelievable !!!

28 minutes! 28 minutes from the second I paid, my two 2 new pairs of glasses were ready for pickup. This comes in stark contrast to the place I had stopped right before that needed 2 weeks (they recommended I go to Eye Mart for the speed, my glasses were broken).I worked with Ashley and she was not only extremely helpful, her fun attitude made shopping for glasses a great experience.The pricing for one pair seemed maybe a little steep, but with the deal to get two pairs at a reduced rate, everything ended up inline with what I would have expected in the end.I have literally have been telling my family and coworkers about it.Really impressed, despite being a Costco member, which is right next door, and competitively priced, I will be returning to Eye Mart instead.

Its been 2 weeks since I worked with Maria and purchased my glasses. Im still in total shock that I was able to purchase 2 pairs of glasses that I absolutely freaking love for less than the cost of purchasing a single pair! Plus, I chose my frames and lenses at the end of the day and they still had them ready to go first thing Saturday morning before I headed back to New Mexico!!!With my complexed visual deficit and need for prisms to minimize the aquired nystagmus and double vision, a new pair frame and lenses typically runs between $425 and $500. Im frugal and can almost always find a great frame for $100, but never before, in the last 20 years, until going to Eyemart Express have I been able to get 2 pairs of glasses that Im totally in love with for $289!Admittedly, Im a complete pain in the butt and we played with lense types to get the best prices. Maria was amazing and never got frustrated with me! She was real, down to earth, professional and completely put up with my no filtered having self. She is amazing and I strongly recommend that everyone work with her when in need of a new pair of glasses! ❤️

I was able to get one pair of my prescription glasses the same day I went in! The lady who helped me with my purchase (Maria?) was extremely helpful and friendly. I am grateful for the safety measures taken due to Covid. Great experience!

I’m so upset with this company. They advertise you would have your glasses in an hour. But if you have any coating on your glasses they send them out. They tell you it will take up to 2 weeks to get them. But it will take a week unless they have to remake them for some reason. It’s been 2 weeks and still not in. Not happy sense it cost me $400.00 for 1 pair and I still don’t have them. They are no different then any other company. For the price and wait time I could have gotten glasses from anywhere else in town and have them by now.
