Been here multiple times. It’s always a disappointment. We just tried ordering 4 different ice creams and they were out of every single one.Happened the last two times as well. Out of Oreo ice cream, cookie dough and hot fudge.
It took 30 mins to get one cone. 10 of which took to get my change after I said I didn’t want the drink because the guy wasn’t using gloves to scoop my ice cream. Then he stuck his head all the way in to the cooler to scoop my daughters cone with his mask pulled down off his face. I paid for it and threw it out.
Don’t come here if you want A cappuccino blast! Which is the simplest coffee, ice cream mix to make! The employees at this location have no clue how to make it! They don’t even know what the three ingredients are!! Wow ! A disappointment to even be called a DD & BR ! A Baskin Robbins alone is what Ice cream is for! Unfortunate that staff aren’t properly trained and then tell customers they don’t have the things to make your order??!!
Came in 20 minutes before closed to order hot coffee to be told that they don’t have anymore coffee and they won’t be able to brew anymore; however this has been the 3rd time it has happened even when we showed up 30 minutes before closing and we keep being told the same thing “we can’t brew anymore coffee.” I find this especially disappointing due to the fact I used to be a Dunkin employee at a different Omaha location. The coffee only takes 5 minutes to brew.
Hardly any ice cream was set out and there were no signs with the flavors. The staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on.
Never have cotton candy. Cmon, its summer time. Otherwise, great!
This location has the worst service, by far, of any Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins I have ever been to anywhere. They never get our order right!!! Huge Thumbs Down!!!
Busy, but very efficient & great customer service
So. I ordered a banana split with no chocolate. All vanilla ice cream with strawberry, pineapple, and marshmallow toppings with nuts. It was a drive through order. We get to the window and they bring out an all chocolate banana split with no toppings except whipped cream and cherries. Now I didnt know how it got turned around but it was totally the opposite of what I ordered. Come to find out they were out of strawberry and pineapple toppings. So I decided to order a waffle cone with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream. What I got was a regular cone with one scoop. I gave up after that. At least they got my friends shake right. They were nice enough to give me a refund but the attention to detail and listening skills are non existent at this store. Not happy at all. Had to go to Dairy Queen for me banana split.
Absolutely horrible service. 9:45am on a Sunday morning.... Waited in line 40 minutes (only one person in front of us, so we were second in line). People kept coming in and walking out due to the wait. Finally get to order and ask for a dozen donuts and the case is about empty, ask what about all the donuts over there and she replies “they are for the drive thru”. Just wow!! We obviously walked out and went to Lemars and got the donuts we wanted!!!!
Worth the read: i was in the drive thru this afternoon and the wait was nearly ridiculous and when i finally got to the window they asked me to park in a stall and wait for my order. I was very frustrated until i was parked and saw how many people were inside the store and staff seemed very stressed. Eventually i did get my order and they gave me a complimentary half dozen of donuts for waiting which totally turned my day around. This review isnt for the store/service, its a reminder to their customers: make sure youre always being polite and understanding toward the staff because your inconvenience is not always going to be their fault. I was upset the wait took so long but i had no where to be today and i got free donuts. No harm done!! Its so important to treat your servers with kindness and respect :)
I was the only person in lobby with 3 girls working. I waited 10 minutes to pay for a cake while they kept helping drive thru and ignoring me. Paris was exceptionally rude saying “we are understaffed”. Will not return.
Came in today for ice cream 10 min before it said closed and the doors were locked. So upsetting. Called the lobby and everyone was inside and did not answer my call as well.
Waffle cone was fresh, double scoops were nice sized for $5.
This was like the 15th time where I’ve gone in and asked if they have bubble gum” were out at the moment “ how about cookie dough ? “ we’re out at the moment how about snickers “ we’re out at the moment “ like dude quit being lazy and you want 15 dollars an hour?
A worker samantha at the s 168th at baskin robin has always been kind and helpful. I had bad experience with other reps over there. We decided to stop going. Then Samantha with her good customer service made us change our minds. Whenever she is there you will get good nice scoop of icecream abd donuts. She is always helping and smiling. We appreciate her good service.
Dirty floors, dirty tables, burnt food, and cant seem to understand how to make a ham and cheese roll up, instead got tortillas folded over he and cheese....will not go back and will actively steer people from it.
Not a good experience today. When we walked in there were 3 visible workers. Two busy making orders for the drive thru. One obvious high school male. He was leaning on the counter over the ice cream having a personal conversation with 3 of his buddies. We stood there over 5 minutes before they broke it up and he reluctantly offered to help us. None of the best ice cream flavors were available. He said.... we are out. Had to settle for other flavors. He barely said anything as he handed me my very watered down shake. Not thick at all. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.
First time weve been to Baskin Robbins at Tiburon. We were greeted when we first entered and waited on promptly. Hubby had peanut butter cup ice cream and I had frozen yogurt with marshmallow cream as a topping. This was OK, but I really wanted cookie dough topping but they were out of that. Price was OK for what we got.
Great icecream and desserts and coffee at the same drive thru. Awesome concept
I wanted this to be good experience, but some of the ice cream was mushy, a few flavors were so low there was barely a scoop and a few missing, waffle cone choices low, the proportions are very small compared to competitors, a room full of guests, 2 people working, but only one serving at a counter with 15 people waiting, tables were dirty, spoons were out. Just a regretful choice all around
Service was very good. But personally for the price paid, the ice cream wasnt very good. Plus it was so hot inside we were sweating while eating the icecream in the restaurant.
Generous scoops of ice cream. Love Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts! Friendly service.
I adore that there is Baskin Robbins in the Omaha metro again. Having it cohabitating with Dunkin Doughnuts is just unfair... but amazing. The staff is always friendly and the product is always above average. The only thing that kept this from a perfect score is seating area cleanliness. All the times we have been there its was not clean so we always get ours to go.
Ice cream was too soft (very berry strawberry), asked for additional flavors which they have in the back but she was unwilling to get them - even though there was nobody behind us waiting. Btw, the other girl was chatting with a guy while we waited and a family in front of us waited. Not good customer service.
Best peanut butter chocolate ice cream ever!
The last couple of times we have been to Baskin Robbins, they have been out of many flavors of ice cream. In fact, they only had like 10-12 flavors. Just disappointed. Will still go back!
Expensive, small scoops. Doesnt seem very organized when theyre really busy. Ice cream is good though!
As always great ice cream and doughnuts, but staff has no leadership. A handful of young girls, never washing their hands. Every table in the place was dirty and never bothered to clean them, sweep, etc. All of them playing with their hair, and touching food, cones, etc. Best we could tell the store needed a leader. Just like the sign on the front door said, now hiring immediately, entire staff and manager.
We live in Lincoln - we ordered two birthday cakes over the phone to pick up on a certain date. We confirmed the day prior. We arrived and the cakes hadnt been done.Today I stopped by to get hand-packed quarts. I have bought hand-packed quarts from BR for years. When the employee handed them to me they felt really light. It told her and she weighted one and said it was exactly right - 8 pounds. I asked if she meant ounces and she said yes. When I got home I pressed the ice cream down as she had not packed it al all - neither container was half full. The website says these should weigh 700 grams which is 24 ounces.I tried to call and no answer.UPDATE:I emailed BR national and they had local franchise manager contact me. She was very apologetic, had confirmed the error on video, and offered me a full refund. Most importantly, she is training her crew on the correct weights for hand-packed ice cream. Mine were exactly half full. I have changed my star rating above from one star to four in response.
Love breakfast anytime of the day, with a chocolate malt to boot
I have stopped going here, the place is always a mess and in disarray. My last 3 trips through drive through, nobody was answering, had to park and go in. The coffee is the only reason I have gone through here, and it is usually cold and not fresh. With a Scooters opened up just down the street, I dont imagine this place will last long if there arent drastic changes.
Place was dirty. Counter help unmotivated. Portions small and pricey.
Love the ice cream, but they are always out of mint chocolate chip flavor, however the ladies behind the counter provided great customer service with smiles on their faces, and that helps when you are disappointed when you drive a good distance to get there.I wish the Duncan donuts location they are building in Bellevue had a baskin robins in there, I would visit them regularly.Update: they now have mint chip regularly due to new manager ordering it now…very happy…
Nice location...a little busy, but didnt have to wait long. Ordered an icecream cake and was in and out pretty quick.
Nice Place. Excellent ice cream. Girls work hard. Tables could be cleaner...
Main reason for visiting was for the Baskin Robbins Limited Edition Stranger Things Steve Funko Pop. Kenneth working there was very friendly and I was able to purchase the item in perfect mint condition. Also appreciated that the item wasnt marked up in price like many other locations did. Bought two doughnuts on the way out and they were delicious. I definitely will be back! Thanks!
Review from a 8 and 6 year old: we like the free samples, we like all your ice cream, they have cool chargers, they have yummy birthday cakes, and they have cool clown face creations with yummy cookies on the bottom!
I rarely leave reviews, but just repeatedly have off-putting experiences at Dunkin Donuts. The problems at this location are typically that they are understaffed for the amount of customers. Cars end up waiting in the drive through for a very long time. The employees are rushing around and confused, asking me at the window what I ordered and if I have already paid, and then more waiting while they figure out where the order is. Today, I ordered a large latte and thought it felt like the cup was nearly empty. Finally took the lid off to look and the coffee was filled 1.5-2 inches below the rim of the cup. Very disappointing and frustrating. Dunkin is my favorite, but seems like every location in Omaha is a mess.
A bit bummed....ordered turtle pie for my birthday and it was made wrong. We order these quite often for birthdays in our family as it is our favorite. But this on had a graham cracker crust. It ALWAYS comes with a chocolate crust. Just didn’t taste the same. I worked at Baskin Robbins(my first job in the olden days lol) and know it is made with the Oreo type cookie crust as I have made quite a few. So excited to not have to make my own anymore, but may have to.
Weve gone here several times and never had an issue. Staff is friendly and always courteous. Out of all the DDs Ive been to, this location always makes my coffee the best.
We went on a Wednesday before closing and workers were very polite, ice cream was delicious and service was prompt. No complaints here!
I have the app I keep trying to put my birthday as the 19th of dec but everytime I click save it goes to the 18th???
Helpful staff and great atmosphere.. and as always great ice cream!!
Nice staff and the dairy free ice cream is rediculously good. I would say worth going to for the price. Wish they had more add one for the icecream though. Also they need to stock more mint chip icecream.
Drive-thru: No prompt. No greeting. Young woman taking payment asked questions that didn’t match my order. Seemed clueless about coffee. Older dude opens window and asks for payment. *Hello—I’ve already paid and waiting on my order!* He walks off and seems visibly irritated. Finally get my order after 5-8 min. Not worth my time to come back. Never had problem with other Dunkin’s in past—usually friendly. This location needs LOTS of training.
Second time going in under a month and second time being disappointed that they do not have a majority of flavors. Out of at least 10 flavors each time will not go back.
There was so much hype about this place that I decided to give it a try. We had good service but product itself isnt out of this world delicious. You are better off getting a pint of talenti icecream or even haagen dazs.
Went in on a Monday, 2/11/19 had a prior receipt with free donut and $1off coupon, mentioned it when ordering; got the free donut, noticed when I got home, the $1off wasnt applied. Figured Id bring it up next time I was in. Returned 3 days later, 2/14/19, ordered 20 munchkins and a cinnamon sticky bun latte, and talked with the same girl who took my Monday order and mentioned that she didnt apply the $1off, manager was listening, both shrugged it off with no apology or recourse. They were out of munchkin boxes - so they put 20 munchkins in two small donut bags and put those in a brown sack. Got home and my latte had no flavoring in it, was just a coffee latte. Tastes the way a cigar smells. Not happy to have to return to discuss yet another issue! Returned in the afternoon to discuss my coffee having no flavoring, female shift manager offered to remake my coffee, other staff gal offered a small 6 ice cream cake (made for Valentines day) which had cake on the bottom that may have expired as it didnt particularly taste like chocolate cake.
Love Baskin ice cream. Love Dunkin coffee. This is a great and super friendly place to go.
I’ve been here a handful of times. Mostly to get ice cream. The first time we went there they had several options for ice cream flavors. The next time we went there they had only 4-5 all flavors that were not common. The positive is the donuts are always fresh and delicious. The ice cream is delicious. The Breakfast sandwich’s are decent and filling but if you order the potatoes don’t expect a lot. They are good but very small portions. The reason why I rated the establishment at a 3 is for cleanliness and service. There is not a lot of cleaning going on. Floors are disgusting and behind the counter is the worst. Nothing has been wiped down, trash was on the floor and the employee used the same gloves for the ice cream and to handle money. The manager seems miserable. He is not friendly at all. Very rude. The last time I went there he took my order on the drive thru. I started to order a dozen donuts and he was quick to cut me off and asked if there was anything else I wanted on my order. I just sat there completely shocked and just said “ugh!” He then said donuts will be done last. I didn’t know there was a order method. When I’ve been inside he doesn’t greet customers and a few times he speaks to his employees rudely.
Didnt have what flavor we went for plus had 5 empty spaces with no icecream. When it was time to eat the cone it was stale. The cone cut the roof of my mouth, when I told the manager she said sorry you got a bad one. Thats it! Nothing like are you ok? or anything.. just ok!
First time there and they didnt get my order right 🙄
Great ice cream and service! Abby is great!
Early summer ending a very hot Friday, decided to treat the kids to some ice cream around 8pm. This location was out of half of the flavors and took forever with what looked like a good staff on hand.
Good selection, they were short staffed so they were a little slow, not the biggest deal. The manager on duty did complain outloud that she had to make ice cream cakes. Should just keep that to yourself or only your workers and not the customer.
Great quantity for the price. The atmosphere is nice as well.
Ice cream is always amazing, the service is young and afraid. Perhaps a manager at all times would work.
Loved the ice cream and also had an egg white veggie omelette breakfast sandwich ..... it was great too!
Ken and his staff are incredible. Ill drive by other DD just to go to this specific location.
Good but how do you run out of chocolate ice cream
Service was a little slow and they didn’t have my favorite flavor chocolate almond! Store was clean and well-kept.
My favorite ice cream. I know you guys have a hard time since youre the only one. Youre doing great.
Quick stop by to get some ice cream. Delicous and great, genuine service.
They dont wear gloves when handling icecream... i dont know where your hands have been!!!! I dont want to eat snot booger icecream...even after i pointed it out to an employee who said something to her coworkers. They ignored her. One boy was very rude to customers. The product is mediocre at best. Not worth the price, the poor customer service and definitely not worth getting sick from no gloves being worn. I will not be back. I will stick to coldstone.
Havent had it in 40 years its just like I remember
Great staff. Was a lil disappointed that there were only 24 flavors.
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and then found out they had no ice cream left. Never going back to this location.
They are always out of ice cream! Slow customer service. Very disappointed.
The last 4 times Ive driven all the way out to Gretna, they have been out of peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Once In a while I get it, but 4 times in a row?? This rests solely on management/ownerships shoulders. Get it together. Guess Ill call ahead to this clown show next time.
Two scoops Daiquiri Ice tonight; Jamocha Almond Fudge two days ago. So, so, so pleased to have a local Baskin Robbins again!!
Great ice cream, even better with a coupon.
Great service and friendly staff.
Best ice cream in town. Glad it finally came back.
The service here always leaves a lot to be desired. I visit then wait a long time to visit again and each time unfortunately Im disappointed.
Clean friendly ...
Slow really slow.
Great service very fast
Got my ice cream wrong for the 2nd time we waited 20 minutes
Its Baskin Robbins! That says it all.
No one knows what they are doing and stand around a lot
Donuts, coffee, and ice cream. What more could anyone want.
Yum
This Baskin robins kinda sucks. Even though the ice cream is good. The one by dunkin hat half of the stuff on the menu. Kinda sucks but its a four star because the staff are nice.
The snows are rich
