We went there for Covid-19 vaccination. It was a pretty smooth process. This store is very clean and has many great products to offer. Nice staff, good fresh produce, flowers and other stuff. It has starbucks too.

BEST. RESTROOMS. IN. OMAHA.Ive been using these restrooms rent free for years now. Not saying they are always clean or anything like that. But, these restrooms are like your own little private motel room. Each bathroom is about 10x10 with its own toilet, urinal, sink, and deadlock.I am hoping staff doesnt catch onto my regular 10am visit without making a purchase. Ive accidentally made eye contact with a cashier from time to time, but so far, I dont think anyone has recognized me as a regular.

I still love that store but the restrooms are stinks.

Have been eating the bread from hyvee for a while. just this recently the bread has tasted watery and it tastes almost as if they forgot to add something or did something wrong. it happened two weeks ago and addressed it with a baker. it was fine until when i bought bread today. the problem has come back.

Great place to shop if you dont mind prices a bit higher than WalmartReally like their meat selection. Nice fresh variety of produce.Can get decent sized meal in restaurant or from large deli and salad bar.Grocery app and pick up run smoothly. Liquor store has the popular and the unique.Check weekly ads for great sales. You wont be disappointed but may not be best place if on tight budget.Give them an A overall.

Apparently Annette at customer service has issues reading the current weekly ad/promos. She seems to enjoy making customers feel comfortable when there is an inquiry. Maybe its because today was a holiday and she wanted to be elsewhere? No excuse for less than stellar behavior and service.

Friendly staff, love their deli food options. The most amazing selection of bath bombs Ive seen in a grocery store. Always clean and they have a Starbucks.

Enjoy the variety, but the staff can be rude at times. Multiple times they have almost hit my wife and/or me with carts in the store because they werent paying attention. They dont acknowledge it either, just give an upset look.

My husband needs really good workboots for his job in construction. Cabela boots seem to have declined in quality, so we went to Haneys for help. The shoe salesman was knowledgeable, very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

Hy-Vee usually has everything I need at a reasonable price, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Hy Vee is so busy all.the.time...the main reason I go here is for meds but really you can go there and do your entire list of things. One stop shopping.

This place is very expensive compared to Wal-Mart but their fruits and vegetables, produce is worth it because its always fresh and fairly priced. Their customer service is alway very nice, polite and professional

Clean store with a great selection of food that I cant find anywhere else. I love that they offer Great Girl Scout programs even if they are a bit pricey. The produce section, cheese counter, and got food selections are awesome. The floral department is nice too and they even have a good supply of cute t-shirts.

Good shopping experience. Great selections, although a few items are still not on shelves. Find the same items not in stock at most stores, so cant hold that against them. Always clean and well stocked. Nice staff, usually friendly and helpful. Giant cupcakes are fabulous!

I would love to pass along a detail about my experience. I was distraught, my caterer cancelled on me at the last minute. I rushed in just to see what I could do then as if the heavens opened. His name was Ti ( pronounced Thai) we calmed my worries then proceeded to cook me up 50 pieces of fried chicken FRESH then prepped and packaged all the sides and even silverware!! I used to think that nothing was ever made that fresh any more. All in all he saved my party with hot fresh food and everything I needed. I know he was just doing his job, but he was a godsend to me wish there was higher then 5 stars he needs to be able to pass this along to every hy vee. Thank God and thank Ti.

I went to the bakery and I got a last minute birthday cake for my one year old granddaughter. Baker designer was gone so one of the other gals wrote Happy Birthday on there and suggested I get a rose from the floral department to add and I did and the floral gal was very nice also it gave me a white rose to put on it.. 😁

They have popular items on sale at bottom line prices, the rest of their food is usually just a little bit higher not a lot, but it evens out buying sales items The quality is good and very fresh quantity of meats and vegetables . The store has a great organic section to choose from. Their organic food is actually priced about the same as the non-organic food. The people that work there are very friendly and eager to help you out. I shop there at least once a week.

This one star is for their restaurant. Host/server acted as though I was inconveniencing her when I came in for breakfast this morning. I was told to seat myself,when she came up to my table she said, are you going to order something or are you just sitting there? I left and will not return. Their new breakfast menu looks just like the old one.

We like Hy-Vee for our neighborhood grocery store. The produce and meat are pretty good most of the time and employees are nice and helpful. My only complaint is that prices can be high, especially on frozen food.

I dont know why anyone shops here, its so expensive. I could shop at Whole Foods, get vastly superior food, and spend about the same.

The place was great, except the mens bathroom was awful. It looked like an employee hadnt checked in on it all day. Tissue everywhere, pee on the seat.

This photo really says it all. Didn’t look at the name of this tray until I got home. You sold a “Messicano” food tray? Is that a take on the word “Mexicano” to say that Hispanic people are messy? It sounds very ignorant either way. But what can I expect from a grocery store that sells a dozen salsas and chips in their produce section, almost all of which have anglo names?

Overall, I have had a positive experience at this HyVee. There has only been one manager that is not friendly nor helpful. And he always seems to avoid eye contact as if he does not want to be bothered. I find that unprofessional. If you don’t want to do every aspect of your job, and if customers annoy you, leave and let someone else come in who will enjoy helping customers.I like the restaurant in the store, good experience and atmosphere. I wish the pharmacy drive-up would be just as fast as it is convenient. Their drive-up system could be better.

Great place to shop! My 3 year old daughter spilled blackberries at tge check out and the lady tending the self check out got me a new package of blackberries. Very helpful!

Hyvee advertised tenderloin sandwich and a side in their ad. That area of the deli is closed between 1 and 4. This was not noted in the weekly adThis is at 90th & Q.No hot meals available.

Food in food court poor quality.

This Hyvee location was very well stocked. They allow you to breath FRESH AIR. I would stop there again

Home depot unfortunately did not have the black & decker 60 V electric battery pack that my 78 yr old relative needs to have me mow her 9000 sq ft yard

Smaller Hy-Vee location. Hard to find things sometimes that are on their app and also just doesn’t have a lot of things because of the size.

We love the Chinese here. However, we love lo mein but the last 3 times we went they didnt have it. We ended up going to the Shadow Lake location where they make it if they dont have any ready. Probably will visit this location less because of this consistent lack of lo mein.

I never had a good opinion of Hy-Vee until I went to this one. I used to go to another one that was awful, but this one really changed my outlook.I usually go in to get a coffee before work at Starbucks, and all of the staff who work there are friendly and kind. My drink is always well made. I have shopped in the store too for lunch or other items and its easy to find what you need. There is always someone available to ask for help if you need it and they are more than willing to walk you to it rather than just point it out.

Always willing to help. I love that they have free store pick up now. I love that they happily substitute a larger item when they are out. I actually switched to their inexpensive toilet paper bc it is decent quality. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is that some items are way over priced. Most prices are comparable.

It has more product there that we like .. We wish they can give more discount on meat though..
