Delicious cookies and tasty ice cream, love the different flavors! Would recommend the fall flavors they have right now. Very clean store too. Best part, however, was the customer service! Two girls helped us and they were super sweet and friendly! They made the atmosphere very welcoming :-) Will definitely stop by again sometime

They have unique ice cream flavors, which is fun. I personally loved the honey cornbread ice cream. Now I want a whole tub of it!

My experience is with the food truck. I guess if you are new, and not quite sure of the menu, you shouldn’t go. Because you will be greeted rudely and made to feel stupid. She will be so annoyed with you, she will slouch down in the truck in disgust! With this attitude, she will be so damn distracted. She won’t even remember you just gave her two tickets and then try to charge you again! Dang, all my little girl wanted was regular cookie dough ice cream! Save your money and time. There are plenty of amazing places in town to get your sugar fix!

Not worth it. Staff seemed miserable. Ice-cream did not have much flavor compared to other shops in the area and you cannot sample. Staff asked for a tip also when she was not friendly or inviting, like I owe her for being there. Will NOT be back!

Had the food truck at a wedding this week. The ice cream was wonderful and the staff were quick and friendly. The double doozie was a big MISS. The cookies were just ok, but the frosting was absolutely disgusting. We received AT LEAST an entire cup of frosting on each sandwich and it smelled and tasted super fake. Paired with the overly sweet cookies, and it was a sugar bomb that even my kids wouldnt finish. Dont order the Double Doozie!

This place was OK. Nothing to write home about. I got the fudge Sunday. It was so so. I figured at 8 bucks, it was a pricey sundae when I ordered, but it actually huge!The other half I saved will serve me well tomorrow. LolDecent place for a treat!

Went in 20 minutes before close, and was made to feel like a complete burden. The girl glared at us the second we walked in, then looked up at the clock.. never said a word the whole entire time. We both chose 2 scoops and just told her the ice cream we wanted as i could tell she had an attitude just by her mannerisms. She then proceeded to give us 2 tiny scoops each. I was too uncomfortable to even ask to add stuff to my ice cream. I will never go back, I’ve never felt that uncomfortable in an establishment before. I understand it can sometimes suck when people come in closer to close, but it happens. Would have left a tip if we weren’t treated like that...

Great people. Their cookies aren’t my favorite in the Omaha metro area but they are a solid choice. You rarely find a frosted cookie but they are more than happy to accommodate you and Frost one individually.

They have THE BEST gelato omg! I love their Lemon Poppyseed Muffin and Blueberry Goat Cheese Gelatos! SO SO good and their ice cream cookies sandwiches are literally to die for. But besides the ice cream, their staff is always so nice and helpful!

This place was okay for ice cream after dinner with all the great restaurants nearby. Service was fine, but not remarkable. The ice cream was okay, but there are certainly better places for ice cream in Omaha.

Cookies + eCreamery is a match made in heaven. I technically got the Double Doozie with two salted caramel cookies, but I am thrilled this new updated combo is just a few minutes from my house.

These are by far the best cookies Ive personally tasted. If you have not tried Carsons your doing yourself a disservice. The caramel chocolate chip are my favorite!

Our son and family sent us basket of cookies today and we loved it. The cookies were in a basket with a bear cookie made into a doctor. I had surgery yesterday and the bear cookie was iced to look like a doctor. It was very nice. There were fourteen cookies in the basket and they were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Kristens to anyone wanting to send something different to someone.

I wanted to let you all know how impressed I am with your facility! I had called today, April 8th, to get a same day delivery. I was unaware that the delivery service was done at 11. They were graciously willing to deliver a tray of cookies with a very minimum order. Not only that, it cheered my fiance up and he loved the cookies! Thank you for going above and beyond of a oh so blue man! :)

The cookies are good but they have the worst hours. They are also always out of chocolate chip cookies when I go.. they close early when it says they are open on the website. I just won’t go back here I guess.

Service was really great and the facility looked great and was clean. As for the cookies, I wasnt too impressed. They werent bad, but they didnt stand out to me.
