Great ice cream generous portion service was just average didnt do anything to make you feel special just a typical exits a typical XXX dollars. And then my pet peeve when they hand you the ice cream cone and you say thank you, and they respond with no problem. What happened to thank you, youre welcome.

Zesto is a summer tradition! We love the soft serve and they have the best toppings. Our oldest daughter, who is not an ice cream fan, had the fried mushrooms and enjoyed them.

Very disappointed with this location. We are frequent customers. We went to get ice cream cones. We asked to put them in cups because I was drvand wanted it for later.Later I go to eat my ice cream and there is hair on spoon and coming out ice cream. I message them via Facebook. Thinking they wont care just a customer complaint. Well they responded back and told me they would like to refund my money my name would be added to board. Well I go today to get refund and was told I needed to bring product back 🤔🤔🤔 no one mentioned bringing anything back.i showed the lady that said she was manager the messages but she said its their policy they need product back.I threw it in trash same day if Id known they wanted it back i might have pulled it out the trash and brought back to them. Im very sad and disappointed in way I was treated I will be looking to frequent another ice cream place and move on from zestos sadlyFollow up - spoke with one of the owners about this issue. Lomg story short, He apologized and stated they would like to make thing right. I told him no never mind but I appreciate it.Although I was sad we loved Zestos and if I do go back it will be a different location regardless how far it is.

I had the chicken sandwich value mean. It came out hot, fresh. The fries were crispy and hot. The slushy was great, not overly sweet. Best sandwich ever.

The food here was very good! I give 4 instead of 5 stars because of frustration level. We had asked for ketchup packets and the girl had walked in to pick up & I had to approach the front after 5 minutes to wait another 10 minutes..by then the food was cold. :(

Amazing eatery! Closest thing to homemade food, with burgers, Polish sausage, and even fried shrimp on the menu. Their frozen treats are the best in town. There long lines in the Summertime are a testiment of that. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a chili cheese with onion footlong extra chili. Did not get any cheese or onion. When I called about it the gal said she made it and she did put cheese and onion on it and maybe she put too much chili thats why you couldnt see it. Im sorry there was no cheese for onion. Plus you need to find new chili the stuff is horrible.

Myself and my wife mrs. mufasa have been going to zesto since we were kids started out with the one next to the old Johnny rosenblatt stadium. Miss them both. Zestos in Florence what can I say you had our business for 55 years and will continue. Got to be honest I was very partial to Goodrich malts. When we have the grandkids over we never ever do not ever not go to zestos. Whether its for ice cream or eats you get the best of both worlds.

Omahas finest historical drive-up soft serve ice cream stand. Ive been a customer here since the 1960s. Going to Zesto after a baseball game with the YMCA at Power Park was a team tradition.

I pulled in at 3:30 and went to front window. The girl in the drive thru said something and I stood there thru the window I could see someone sweeping the floor so i waited. 4:58 later still no one. As I stood directly in front of the window they had to see me. I walked away when I did some young girl was staring out the window. Ive been at this Zesto and Fremont for over 30 years. Always been treated like a customer this time not at all. I wont be back .

Awfully long wait time and sloppy service. Seen girl mixing my shake in cup with a spoon. Icecream was all on outside of cup. They didnt even provide napkins.

With so many great ice cream places in the Omaha area, I still find myself returning again & again to Zesto on North 30th Street in Florence. It has that old-fashioned Ice Cream Shop feel, with a friendly & hard-working staff and the soft-serve ice cream is like no other. I highly recommend getting the black raspberry super shake with cheesecake pieces or take home a pint or quart of their delicious vanilla ice cream. Im guessing any negative reviews are from competitors.

Best Ice Cream in town. But I was just as impressed by their food menu. I got a burger and fries. Pretty simple. It was fantastic. Juicy and flavorful. I dont like to much jazz on a burger. It was meant to be simple in my eyes, and they rocked it out. Will be returning soon.
