The invoice included an unnecessary charge of $6.00 for the bed cover (I have never asked for it and the mattress was already covered with the plastic wrap in the storage). The insurance ($75.00) covers only the furniture damage, it does not cover the damages to the walls done during the move (they scratched the wall when the movers were caring the furniture upstairs). The company provides overpriced service with not a good quality.

We used Two Men and a Truck this past weekend and were extremely impressed. From the first call to set up the move and the entire day of, the communication was spot on. Our movers were skilled, friendly and they worked really hard! Thank you for your great service!

The movers themselves were wonderful, careful and deserving of a 5 star rating. The issue stemmed from the fact that the movers could only move about half of my house. The office didnt inform them of all of the items I needed moved, and we ended up having to make other arrangements to move the remainder of my house. I needed at least another 2 hours with the exceptional movers. They had a large enough vehicle where they could have moved the entire house all at once.

We did it, but not without the help of these amazingly funny, helpful & hardworking men! 2 trucks & 4 Men! - i felt so bad, it was so hot outside and these guys kept a positive attitude the entire 8 hours it took to transfer our old house to the new one! This company makes the claim to be professional and care about your moving experience. Neither of these statements are accurate. This was a state to state move so we communicated frequently with two men and a truck to ensure a smooth move. They showed up with a smaller truck than what we knew we needed assured us it would work which it did not. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and drive it ourselves to get all of our content to our new home. And they damaged several boxes and refused to pay for the contents claiming that they tell their customers they only ensure the boxes that they pack. This was never stated to us and is a complete lie to get out of their responsibilities. Faults advertising and lack of professionalism completely across-the-board do yourself a favor find a competent company this is not one!!!

Two Men And A Truck really are movers who care, based on my experiences using them as my moving company. I would highly recommend them-- over and above any other moving company. I hired them in Omaha, Nebraska. They loaded my rented moving truck for my recent move. The 3 man crew was absolutely, hands down, the BEST CREW that I have EVER HAD loading my moving truck! I cant compliment, or praise, them enough! They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Donovan makes a GREAT TEAM LEADER. He was helpful, courteous, EXTREMELY hardworking, kept me posted, on the time, as far as billing increments, so I could determine if it was staying within my budget. They worked so FAST that I kind of expected some things to maybe be broken, when I unpacked in my new place. But, NOTHING was BROKEN OR DAMAGED! Not even fragile, delicate, items. I was VERY IMPRESSED! AL and Christian were the other two on my 3-man moving team, and ALL 3 OF THEM were VERY HARD WORKERS! They didnt waste ANY time. They didnt stand around or goof off AT ALL! I hope I never have to move again, because Im a senior citizen, now, and moving takes alot out of me. But, if I ever had to, THIS CREW from Two Men And A Truck was the BEST CREW that I have EVER experienced, and me or anyone moving would do well to HIRE THIS CREW! GREAT JOB, GUYS! BEST. MOVERS. EVER! By far!

The tams that did our move were VERY impressive. The Movers were on time, finished under the estimated time, and even took the time to put together some furniture in the placement we wanted in our new home. They were patient with us and very friendly. The packing team did a great job as well. My only concern and the reason I only gave 4 stars was in efficiency. They went over 30% on the allotted time and it seemed that the team leader had to give a lot of redirection to one of the team members. I think that had to do with a majority of the overage one the packing time. However the team leader was very kind to take back any supplies that we did not use and credit us for them on our bill. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck for these reasons.

I can’t remember their names, but the two young men who helped me and my family move this past weekend (8/7/21, early morning) were AMAZING!! They both were so efficient, kind, and communicated the details of the move well. They were very careful with our items while loading into and out of the truck. I can’t thank them enough! Even the young lady that took my initial call. I literally have nothing but great things to say about this move. I tried calling other companies but they were either trying to sale me something or couldn’t give me the information I needed. I would give 10 stars if I could! The movers showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. They made my moving experience fast and easy and took a lot of the stress off of me. We called and scheduled a move today and we’re quoted for 2 trucks and 4 guys. When they called to confirm they changed it to 1 truck and 3 guys. The truck wasn’t big enough for the load so they would need to make 2 trips… except they never came back leaving the entire basement un moved. We have tried the number they called us on to see what is going on and get no answer. We call the company number no answer and no return call. We have to be completely out of our house by 8AM tomorrow and have an entire floor of a house to figure out last minute. Lack of follow through and ownership from this company!

Absolutely fantastic service. Nick, Ty and Seth were careful, fast and efficient. I was quoted 7-8ish hours but they got the job done in 4. I will Absolutely ask for their services again when I move!

Sky and Dennis were extremely professional, quick and efficient! We moved out of a 4th floor apartment, and they made it seem like a piece or cake. They did an excellent job with wrapping and packing out large (valuable) items so there was no reason to worry about our items being damaged. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your move!

Two LED TVs were damaged in my move. I reserved tv boxes, for an additional fee, but the movers chose not to use them-they did not consult me on this-they wrapped my TVs in blankets and strapped them to the truck, and then deducted the cost of the tv boxes from my total at the end. I thought this was nice of them…until I turned my TVs on and the screens of two of them were completely destroyed. At this point I wasn’t too upset-I opted for the additional protection so I felt confident Two Men and A Truck would set it right.The moving team was great. I say that even with the tv damage. They were courteous, hard working, and efficient.Dealing with the claims manager Christina Arce was another matter all together. When you can get ahold of her-which expect that to take days to weeks-she’s unprofessional, apathetic, and downright rude. It took MANY calls to actually reach her. She doesn’t return calls in a timely manner at all-several business days. When she does return calls she does so and then promptly leaves the office. I returned the one call I got from her in minutes and was told she’d left the office because her daughter had an appointment.When I finally reached her she informed me she’d be sending guys to my address to pick up the TVs to try to repair them. When I asked ok and if you’re not able to repair them then what? “Well I’ll let you know that tomorrow.” “…I purchased the additional protection so if you’re not able to repair them I’m sure you know what your policy is considering that.” Again she doesn’t give an answer-she says “like I said I’ll have to let you know tomorrow.”Did I get a call from her the next day? Of course not! Lol. Smh. But I digress-this was the best part. When I asked for a receipt, work order or something written saying they were taking my property she flatly refused. The guys who showed up at my door to take the TVs didn’t want to show ID, and called her (surprisingly she picked right up for an internal call) and when she was told I wanted ID of some kind she nastily said, “FOR WHAT?!” She was on speaker so I told her “BECAUSE YOU HAVE SENT THESE GUYS HERE TO PICK UP MY PROPERTY THAT YOUR COMPANY DAMAGED WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FOR ME!” She snarked she’d email me something that would be my proof. Why she didn’t do that when I asked over the phone who knows. Perhaps a lack of common sense I’m not sure but for sure zero customer service skills and definitely should not be working with the public. Not if Two Men and a Truck want any return customers who have the poor luck of having to deal with their Claims “manager.” This is the personality that’s representing Two Men and a Truck after someone’s property has been damaged. BAD CHOICE. I’ll never use them again and I was a repeat customer. And the check she told me was mailed has yet to arrive….

Two Men and a Truck have very poor ethical standards for running their business, BEWARE!This is the third and final time we will be using them.First off they damaged three things during the second portion of the move at our new home, sent someone to repair, which he did, but not to the state it was prior to the damage (door damage was so bad, door probably should have been replaced, but they spackled it and painted over it with a clear blemish still visible).Our second leg of the move was quoted for 4 - 5.25 hours.The team took under three hours to complete. The movers and I signed all the paperwork for the hours worked with the additional drive time added at the end, prior to them leaving. They then sent out a repair man 4 days later to semi-fix the damages done.After the repair man came, two days later we get a call stating that they have to charge me for an extra hour because their system wasnt running right and they actually under charged, me, using their Truck GPS as their excuse to why they need to charge me an extra hour. Facts are facts: I have them at my house on my ring doorbell for well under 3 hours, yet they say their truck didnt return to office until x time stating, well, sir, we have truck GPS.On top of all this, I started receiving text messages from their movers to loan them money for a moving deposit they needed at a new apartment; the same mover that asked me for a phone charger and then sat on my fireplace for 20 mins during the first portion of the move because his phone was almost dead.Save your money and use someone else, completely not worth the money or the aggravation of poor business ethics/practices.

I had them pack and move my things to a new place in town. They showed up when they said they were going to. They asked me where I wanted everything in the new place. The move was done much faster than I expected. I would definitely hire them again if I ever move again. I think they helped make the whole moving experience less stressful.

We have used Two Men and a Truck two times in the last few years to move my daughter from one place to another locally (3rd floor to 3rd floor), and recently to load a moving van to leave the state. They are the best, very professional, on time, very polite and load your belongings fast but safe. We were pleasantly surprised the time was under the estimated amount! I highly recommend using them, book early as they are busy!

I have used Two Men three times now. This move involved antique furniture that they padded, shrink wrapped and transported all our items with care. The office lady (Cathy) was wonderfully helpful and the 3 men who came, loaded and wrapped and unpacked, were cheerful, efficient, careful and willing to move a piece again if I changed my mind. I LOVE this company!!!

Through no fault of their own, they were late for pickup (elevator broke at the previous move location). I would give 10 stars if I could. They were fast. They were professional. They were all about getting it done with a can do attitude. The delivery drop off destination changed because of icy roads, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. They gave the kind of service that is hard to find any more. Oliver Jones and Bo were not only professionals, but two of the hardest working people Ive ever seen. They maintained a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while doing work that would challenge anyone...and for a very fair price.

The crew from Two Men, Sky, Davon and Ray worked hard and efficiently and were very professional. The only issue was the office failed to supply them with enough TV boxes but the crew did there best to protect them and will box them before putting them in storage.

They went above and beyond. They make sure my bed was set up, ask my input on where it should go. Did I want that remote plugged in? They were tremendous!

We used this company recently. When reversing into our drive way the driver was way off line and collapsed part of the retaining wall. You can see from the pictures it took him 4 attempts. At the time I wasnt too concerned as I thought the company would deal with it. My mistake. The crew they sent out are saying they didnt do it and the company says thats the end of it. Basically we are lying. Only problem is we dont reverse into the driveway and our tires are not that size. I spoke with Christina who told me they would send someone out. But they havent. It seems their policy is if the crew says they didnt do something then they didnt do it. You can tell the ethics of a company not when things go right but when things go wrong. Do not use them. this is a response to the owners message. Brian you really should decide on what your response is and stick to it. You wrote a response on another site that your trucks all have surveillance and told me to call and you would send a copy of it. When i called to get a copy of the video i was told this was a mistake and your trucks do not have surveillance. i was told the response was posted by your marketing department and they were mistaken.You can see from the pictures your truck made 4 attempts at reversing in. You can see the tyre marks. The picture you are referring to was the fourth attempt. So far you have offered to send your men out to fix it, then you offered to send a contractor out to look at it and now you are back to denying you had anything to do with it. I recommend you decide on a story Brian and stick with itI wanted to add an update to my experience with this company. in October i spoke with Christina and she told me the company had decided to fix the wall through their insurance. This was another lie. They actually decided that they were not at fault at all. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie to you and will come online and lie that they have cameras on their trucks when they do not. There are far more reliable and honest companies to do your move for you.

This is the fourth time Ive used Two Men and a Truck. They are courteous, professional, and reliable. Their estimates of my moves have ranged higher than the final price which is a welcome surprise. That wont be the same for everyone, but if you estimate the size of your move appropriately it mostly likely will be. Theyre fast, efficient, and careful with your belongings. I highly recommend them for local moves.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They always answered the phone. If the person I needed to speak with wasnt available the person answering the phone helped me. Drew coordinated our move from Nebraska to California. We used the Value Flex Crate option. Everything was explained and Drew was always available for questions. When Drew was out of the office Mike helped me with any questions. Our movers were Brent and Andrew. The were great! They arrived on time, wrapped things in plastic, carefully dismantled some pieces of furniture for shipping, carried out all furniture and boxes to their truck in a foot of snow! Our crates arrived in California as scheduled. I would use this company for local and long distance moves- they know what they are doing!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the 2 gentlemen that moved our elderly parents from a retirement community to an assisted living community. It was a stressful time for all of us and they made it as easy as possible. They were fast, efficient, and so very kind. They treated our parents furniture as if they were priceless antiques (trust me when I say, their items are not). They were not only on time, but early! Mom and Dads new place was left as clean as when we arrived. As a side note, there was an elderly person who was struggling getting into the lobby and Isaac was so helpful assisting this complete stranger. Kudos to the team.

Team arrived 1.5 hours after the latest arrival window time. Driver injured himself at a prior job and apologized for moving slowly. Damaged my new home. Were lazy and slow and unprofessional. They came in and got straight to work, it was 97 degrees that day but they still worked fast. We had a ton of stuff to move. They disassembled, wrapped, and moved all our large furniture and reassembled it in the new house. They actually came in under their quoted time and saved me some money!

Have used two men twice, once for an office move and again for a personal home move. Totally professional both times, good communication and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them next time I need to move, either personally or professionally.

I can not say enough good things about the moving team!! Shane and his trainee FAR exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, both men were curtious, and professional. The men assessed the project and immediately got to work. I grately appreciated their awareness, for example: Shane knelt down to be on the same level as my Gram to go over the paperwork..spoke slowly and clearly and didnt become frustrated with her struggles to use the iPad. 🙂 They worked quickly and efficiently....were super personable and attentive. I am writing on behalf of my cousin who doesnt have a computer - just a phone, and we have a pretty lengthy story to tell. My cousin contracted with Two Men and a Truck for packing services and for loading services into a U-Haul.From day one, things did not go well, at all, to say the least. The packers all said they were new to the job and the person who was supposedly the one in charge said they had been on the job less than a week. It quickly became apparent they didnt know what they were doing, which you will see in some of the photos below. The supervisor didnt check up on the new employees and by the end of the day, they said they were finished even though they forgot to pack numerous items.My cousin called to complain and Two Men and a Truck sent a second crew out the next day, saying they would not charge for it. However, several days after arriving at our destination, my cousins credit card was charged without her authorization. The second day crew also left several items unpacked that were marked with bright post-it notes that said Yes (they were instructed to pack anything labeled with a Yes sticker) and upon arrival, we found items that had been marked No.When the loaders arrived to load the truck, they exclaimed about how poor the packing job was and called for backup to repack several items. Of course my cousin was now paying for time to repack things that should have been packed correctly the first time. While the person in charge of loading had an amazing work ethic, he was a very young man who had only been on the job less than a month. His single helper did not speak English, so we were unable to interact with him.Throughout this entire nightmare, all of the workers seemed to be rushing as much as possible because they had to get to the next job. The final straw was arriving at our destination and finding several items broken or damaged - including items that were expensive and cannot be replaced. Youll see in the photos below that the bottom and top of furniture was not wrapped or protected - only the middle. An expensive decorative screen my cousin bought while living in Japan was not wrapped at all and was just tossed on top of the items in the truck. It was too far back for us to see it after the truck was fully loaded, and it was heavily damaged. Upon arrival, the unloading crew remarked they had never seen such a poor job of packing, and we discovered very few items had been labeled as to their location, making the unloading an excessively long process while we figured out what was in the boxes.Currently, the franchise is saying they want to repair the damaged furniture, but it my cousins opinion that because much of it is Danish teak, which is no longer available, repair is not possible. She overpaid workers to unpack and repack, items were damaged, she is requesting a reasonable refund and so far, the only communication she has had is that they want to somehow manage repairing her items from 1,500 miles away! We would not wish this nightmare on anyone else. If negative stars were possible, we would use those!

I used Two Men and a Truck Council Bluffs for my move to About 3 hrs away. We packed out $600 TV back in the original box with the foam. I pointed out to the movers that the TV box was the actual TV when they arrived. The TV arrived broken and when I filed a claim with the company they have not responded to the claim or my emails asking about it. I am severely disappointed!

My mom set up the appointment with Two Men And A Truck who never showed up. Call several times and was given the run around. Mom had to pay family and friends to move her. Most of her items were damaged or broken.

TM&T recently moved 2 fridges for us another moving company said it would take 2 hrs to move. So, one had to sit in our garage. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time, performed a quick walk thru and had the 2 fridges moved in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional while they were in the house and ensured they had performed all required tasks before leaving. Customer service was also extremely helpful and emailed all information while we were on the phone. We should have hired them for our initial move.

Two Men and a Truck was amazing from start to finish. Getting the online quote was fast and easy which no other company came close to matching. I sent out 4 quote requests and Two Men and A Truck beat everyone else by several days and their price was better than everyone else. When it came to move day the movers were on time and EXTREMELY FAST. They even beat the quote by an hour or so. Which I though the quoted time was going to be cutting it close at best. The whole process was quick and painless. And the best part was I didnt have to lift a finger to move all my stuff!

The movers were very patient, very careful with my furniture and had great customer service. They also ensemble all of my furniture which helped me out alot! I look forward to using them again in the future.

After a move that I was not really satisfied with They tried to make it up to me by refunding me $64. Awesome right? Until I find out that they withdrew 60 from my account and then deposited 64. After multiple attempts to try and reconcile the situation and many promises that the accountant will get back to me Im just over it. Good Luck.

I used them a year ago (2019) for a small move and down-size. They did a great job, and so I decided to hire them again to help me consolidate multiple storage units into a single one. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. Last, but certainly not least, their estimates have always been accurate (within 10%). I will be hiring them again.

We recently moved to an apartment and had an amazing experience with our two movers from Two Men and A Truck (Rich and Collin). They were very respectful and helpful. We are so thankful for their time and energy to help us move from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment in another building. They even helped dissemble our couch then put it back together after the move which was our heaviest and biggest piece of furniture. Duane, the office staff, was organized and efficient making the reservations and getting the details planned. I would highly recommend this moving company. Worth every penny!

I used their services a long time ago and I was pretty pleased at that time with their pricing. Hence, I called them again to rearrange a few heavy items at my home. They charged me unreasonable amount of money. The net time spent at my home on the job was 40 minutes but they charged me for 1:45 minutes. I needed to pay for their transport time, which apparently was the fine print that I didnt know. Also, my appointment was at 4:45 but they showed up at 4pm without calling. I asked them to wait for 10 minutes to empty my fridge that needs to be moved and I was also charged for that wait time. So, I suggest to avoid them or get a fixed quote ahead of time.Update: I appreciate a response from the owner. I dont know what actions were taken, internally, but I was still charged 30 min more ($64) than a minimum 1 hr charge that we agreed up on for a 40min job.

This company made my moving experience and the months after a nightmare. They do not handle items with care, they damaged so many items of ours, items went missing, they got lost and charged me for the time even after giving them directions, they lied about breaking our item as they didn’t want to admit they didn’t follow policy, and damaged our brand new home. We couldn’t have been more frustrated after timely calling them the first business day after to report issues and never receiving calls back. Had to try to escalate to corporate just to receive a call from the Omaha office to report issues. Christina who handles complaints is completely horrible to deal with- rude and untimely in responding. The company claims they investigate things but their investigation is only asking their employees if they did something and If they say no the investigation is over. There are other reviews that echoed this problem of mistreatment and lying of the crew members so it clearly wasn’t a one time issue.It’s unfortunate that even in trying to escalate my situation, the company ignored me until a male family member called and demanded someone other than Christina speak to me. It’s incredibly disappointing that my claim wasn’t escalated when I tried yet a male got it escalated.There is a reason for their many complaints on the BBB site and I could never recommend them after how my move was handled and how I was treated.

The weather was awful they day we moved. Blowing snow and below freezing temps. The two men who moved us stayed positive and helpful the entire time.All items arrived at our new home in perfect condition and placement. The staff took the stress out of our move. Thank you.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was awesome! I was moving from Iowa to Nebraska and my movers were amazing. They were able to get my apartment in Iowa packed up within an hour (and I have some big/heavy furniture) and got right on the road to my new apartment to Nebraska. Once they were here they unloaded everything within 45 minutes to an hour. They were extremely efficient and took great care of my furniture and items. I highly recommend them for your next move!

They have very friendly movers, showed up earlier than scheduled. They finished the whole moving process within 2 hours in a professional way, and even offered to help me settle the furniture in my new apartment. There was even a supervisor while they were working, just to make sure everything going well. Im impressed by both their work and their attitude towards work.

If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. They moved us in July. There was confusion on the logistics of the move. The workers on site tried (despite a major language barrier) to rectify the situation. I dont blame 2 men and a truck for the miscommunication, it was more a product of the system. We figured it out, charged a fee and loaded the trucks.At the end of each day, we paid the balance due before the workers left the site.Fast forward cloys to a month later. We get an email asking for an additional $592 dollars. I called 9 times to get someone on the phone (the 9th call I demanded that they get someone on the phone). Christine was not able to tell me WHY I was being billed additional money for a job 30 days earlier! She simply told me that they had a clerical error and offered me a payment plan.After several minutes of being offered a payment plan, still without any type of explanation, I asked to speak to a manager. She refused and finally told me that the manager was gone for the week.I left the manager a message to call.I received ZERO additional communication until a collection agency called me about the debt.I left an additional phone message and email today. No return call or email!!UNPROFESSIONAL DOESNT EVEN START TO EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION!!

After a series of traumatic experiences, Noah and Brandon showed up at my doorstep on-time and with a smile. They were courteous and packed my items with care, and even made me laugh for the first time in a month. Noah and Brandon moved all of my belongings into storage in record time, and my final bill was far less than I had anticipated. These guys were awesome! So nice and so fast! We had about an hour and a half of issues with getting the keys for our apartment and they were so patient with us. They were fantastic! Well worth the price. I will highly recommend them!

This company is phenomenal! Being a home building company we have been through several different moving companies with moving our staging furniture from home to home. Two Men and a Truck is the best moving company we have worked with so far! Both Trey and Jared were polite, respectful, and payed great attention to customer service. They were very efficient in packing the furniture, careful, and wrapped everything so well. When they set the furniture back up in the new home I hardly had to give them directions. They were aware of where things needed to go and did their job well in a timely manner! Highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Garland and his cousin Machia were the greatest team we could have asked for. they we fun, respectful, fast, and professional. Everything part of the move they did was carefully thought out with ensuring nothing was damaged. They worked very well together. I moved June 30th, I had two movers help me around 2:15. I cant remember their names but I wish I could because they did a great job and deserve raises. Helped us move over more things than we had originally planned and didnt get a single scratch on anything. With all the stairs they had to navigate that is amazing. 10/10 would recommend again.

You quoted me 4 men for 3 hours originally and I ended up getting 3 men for 5 hours so I had to pay $350 extra. And I didnt even get my piano moved!The men were great, very friendly and did a wonderful professional job. They get an A. The company gets an F.

Movers were great but the office staff not so much. A desk was broken and the claim took forever. They said a voicemail we left wasnt received, thats fine, it happens. We agreed to a dollar amount but after hanging up I received an email saying I had to respond stating that I would refer them before they would pay it out. I sent three emails trying to confirm this weird policy and never received a response. Starting to think the first voicemail was also ignored. They can keep my $150 but I certainly would never refer them. There are much better companies available. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.Note: youll see the response from ownership below. But, it doesnt make any sense. It has been well over a month since my move and I still havent heard back. I dont think that has anything to do with a week out of the office.

Excellent service from office staff to movers. We had some pretty fragile pieces that were perfectly transported. This move was to an Assisted Living facility so was not an easy one during these trying times. The two movers totally complied with all rules for senior facilities.

Never used them after I called for a price. The competition was a third of what they wanted.

I use Two Men and a Truck for every move. The men who moved me this past week were one of the hardest working most humbled people I have ever met. They were efficient and very careful with my belongings. I will defiantly come back for my next move. Make sure you tip your movers!!!

The Omaha crew that moved me was not only very efficient but polite and friendly. I would say they actually went above and beyond what other companies might have done. Once they started (on time) they didnt take a break until loaded. When they got to my storage unit 60 miles away they off load in the same manner. They also assisted getting everything packed into my unit to make sure it would all fit. Those were 6 very hard working individuals. I wont hesitate to use 2 Men & A Truck again and would love to have the same excellent crew. I saw some unsatisfactory reviews on the Omaha 2 Men & A truck; but those unfortunate folks must not of had the crew I did.

These folks are prompt, polite & get the job done in a timely manner. Great care is taken with your items & every opportunity is used to keep from damaging anything. Great folks to work with!!

I did not realize until after they left that they broke my standing lamp, but I had already signed off that everything was okay. The base is broken.

I have used Two Men and a Truck on my last three moves. The 1st and 2nd moves, Omaha to North Platte and North Platte to Omaha, were very positive experiences. The moving team was very attentive and treated my furniture like it was their own. The 3rd move out of state was a big disappointment. The move team after several requests to be more attentive continued to demonstrate their lack of care for my furniture. I had to request floor matts and blankets to cover the from door and sides. The team was not prepared and reluctantly complied with my request.

I was satisfied with the quality of the movers. They were fast and efficient. I only rated Two Men and a Truck at three stars because they have a $20 fuel surcharge ( I did not use their truck, only had them unload my PODS). They also charge for drive time. The movers called me and said they were driving from 25 min away. Then they charge to drive to next site. I think I easily paid for an hour of drive time. For over $100 an hour that is not money well spent. Really is unfortunate they do this because they offered quality moving service just at a VERY hefty price

Horrible service. They do not honor there insurance offers . Would never use this company.

Two Men & A Truck did such a great job moving our items with care. They were super patient as I was deciding where things went in our new home.

Our movers showed up on wrong side of storage facility so I asked the coordinator while I was on the phone with her if she’d call and tell them to drive up to other side but she didn’t call them so they say there for 20-30 minutes, for which we were charged. The two movers we had were both new and took almost 2-4 hours longer to move our stuff from shed to new house. The stuff in shed was neatly organized and shrink wrapped better than it was when it was put in there and it took the first movers we had half the time to do the same work/usage. Then they left a piece of one of our bookcase footings in shed, then didn’t tell us until we asked, and then the storage folks threw it away so now our bookcase is ruined. Very disappointing experience this time.

By far this was the best experience we have ever had. Ellis and his crew helped my mom move. They were on time, fast, so kind and went the extra mile for my mom. This was a sad time for my mom leaving her home after dad passed away. They helped her so much and relieved her stress. Thank you so very much you guys!!

It was a long interstate move. The two guys arrived on time and did not stop working until the move out and move in processes were done 12 hours later.
