Always tasty but you wont get through the drive through in under 20 minutes. Other local areas that dont have automated machines do it faster.

Was in Onalaska for a bike trip, first morning was 40 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. The next day,, thought wed be smart by using the app and ordering 30 minutes ahead. in line right now and still waiting at 10:30 for a 10:10 PERORDER via the app. They need an overhaul to their efficiency process. Im not sure whats wrong here but corporate might want to get someone here asap to straighten this out.

This place is awesome. The menu and service is excellentand you sit and relax.Very impressed.

Don’t recommend going here. I love their drinks and food, but to have the only option to wait in line in the drive thru for over 45 minutes to get a mobile order is not right. Sadly, this location has lost my business.

Person taking the drive thru order kept lapsing into long silences and not saying anything. Had to keep asking if she was still there.Then they made a Ginger Turmeric Tea Latte with COFFEE AND A TEA BAG. It was a latte and they added a tea bag. It was one of the more disgusting things I’ve ever tried. We were on the road and couldn’t go back to get it re-made. I love Caribou and will never go to this one again.If you ever get anything at the drive thru here, try it before you drive away.This was 10/9/21 at about 7pm.

Im very not happy with my experience at 9am on October 17th 2021. I sat in line for a hour to be told that there online orders was more important then the inside/drive thru orders to pay 6 dollars for my order to get a coffee that tasted like creamer and water blended. The rep at the door mad it seem like the inside/drive Thru orders where not important this is not expectable customer service 😑 😒

Superior to Starbucks imo in terms of coffee quality and flavor. Employees are great. My fav is a blended mint condition mocha with dark chocolate.

Drinks are usually pretty good, but the drive thru line took over an hour to get 2 drinks. I won’t ever come back to this location. If they can’t accommodate a drive thru they shouldn’t have one.

Waited 46 minutes for our 2 lattes. Drive thru didnt budge so went inside and it was packed. This is not acceptable for this type of establishment. Im not sure this location can handle all the business. Employees sure seemed to be trying to keep up but just couldnt keep up. Im afraid Im done with caribou after this and one other bad experience with a rude employee at another location.

The drinks here are always delicious and well made. Please note this locations drive thru and inside of the store get very busy and you may have to wait 10-20 min for a drink. I would suggest setting up rewards through their app and ordering ahead that way you can skip the line, walk in, and grab your drink!

The only reason Caribou deserves 5 stars is because of Janice that works there. Some of the employees are snotty and not very friendly but Janice makes every experience personalized. She knows I like toppings on my coffee. I dont put it in my order. She just remembers. She always is very pleasant and is always working SO HARD. She is awesome!

Standing here at 35 minutes and counting for an iced Americano. So ridiculous. Lots of activity behind the counter and maybe a drink every 5 minutes is emerging.

Ordered a cold brew coffee with cream and sugar and they forgot the cream and sugar.

Unfortunately i wont be coming back here. Throughout the week i use walk in pickup orders to save time, and multiple people are standing in the lobby without masks. Today i am told i cannot get my drinks and must go through the drive-thru for my walk-in pick up order. The older lady who informed me of this was very condescending and unprofessional. My drinks were RIGHT behind her and she straight up i cannot receive them because i dont have a mask on ( as i watch someone else get handed their drink and take their mask off )

Friendly staff willing to help you get the best deal with your rewards. The drinks were great!

Coffee was just average and very pricey. Service was OK, but very slow.

The customer service has gone down hill the past year!I placed a order ahead, went and waited for about 15 minutes. I had an appointment that I was now late for so I asked them to cancel it. I saw it on the screen & the employee said Oh someone must have taken it. The whole time I waited I watched 5 employees move like they didnt care it was busy.Today I thought I would try again. Ordered ahead so I could grab and go. Nope, lobby was locked up. I had to go to the drive through to wait for 10 minutes. No sense of hustle at all.

Love coffee from here and am willing to wait 20 minutes in line for it but when I get the wrong order and I call and call and no answer it’s a little bit frustrating. I tried talking to the guy in the window but it not sure if he didn’t hear me or what. He just shut the window! If I wasn’t on my way to work I would of turned around. I went to caribou today on my break.. worst customer service experience ever. First off I had to wait 30+ mins for 2 drinks, which it happens sometimes but also I was charged for a free beverage and on top of that I didn’t get my order how I wanted it & was charged for extra expresso that I didn’t receive...high disappointed

Ive been coming to this location for the past couple of months now. I am always greeted by the employees, even if they are swamped with orders. Coffee is really good, and the rewards program is awesome for a frequent buyer. The customer service alone will keep me coming back. Keep up the good work!

We were there 15 minutes before the 1st indoor order was served while 5+ drive throughs were served. 10 people packed into a 10x10 lobby space. Janice! You werent doing a good job! Not coming back. My friend wrote this about this establishment:This evening, I went into Caribou with my husband as we often do on his day off. We usually go through the drive-thru but today we decided to go inside to order. My husband put on his mask, but I went in without one. Right away, a young man of whom I am assuming a manager told me that I cannot be inside without a mask. I told him I have an exemption. He started to say something, but stopped himself and said ok. We ordered our coffee, paid for it and while we were waiting for our coffe to be made, one of the other workers spoke loudly of how another customer had gotten really irate with her when she told them that they had to wear a mask and was afraid that they would spit in her face. After we got our coffee, the first young man said that I would not be allowed back into the shop without a mask and pointed to a camera that was recording people to make sure everyone wore a mask. Outside where the tables were if you wanted to sit, they had plastic covered papers “suggesting” that you go inside to give them all your contact information in the event there is an outbreak of corona to “contact trace” you.I told my husband that was the last time we would ever patronize Caribou Coffee. I have gone into many businesses without a mask and when told I had to wear a mask, I told them I have an exemption. They said ok, no questions asked. I will not give my business to the likes of Caribou Coffee in Onalaska who are stooping to gestapo like measures on their customers. I know the young man is not to be blamed. He is only following orders of upper management. But they have lost me as a customer after years of giving them my business as well as buying 100’s of gift cards for friends and family. I will go to other stores that are not following unlawful measures put out by our weak governor who is bowing down to DHS Andrea Palm and giving her unlawful powers to do this to our wonderful state. I am saddened and grieved what this has come to. 😢😢😢

I love going to Caribou! Atmosphere is great for either studying by yourself or with a group, or just hanging with some friends. Its cozy and inviting, and the coffee is wonderful. The only thing is that its not a place that offers a great variety of food. So if you just plan to get something to satisfy you for a couple hours, the sandwiches are small but pretty good. Overall, its a good place to chill.

My favorite coffee place in town. I love my cold press and souffles. And adding a drive thru has been a game changer. Only issue is it can take a while to get my food and drink (inside and drive thru). I feel like theres often not enough workers on shift for how busy they are.

The coffee is okay, I had a sub par dark roast the other day-it was a little bit bitter- and a mocha later on which was much too sweet despite being dark chocolate. Nice study space or conversation environment.

We got blended ice Mocha drinks... My wife had regular mocha...I had a turtle flavored one. They were delicious and full of flavor. Plus we were able to pick up 2lbs of our favorite coffee in whole bean! Awesome place!

Caribou continues to be one of the best coffee shops around. Well trained and friendly staff seems to be one of their distinctives. I just wish there were more of them!

I have been going to Caribou for The last 5 years, I wont be going for several months now, my raspberry latte was horrible. I went inside the restaurant and picked it up and left I couldnt even taste the raspberries in it, it tasted like water with foam it was disgusting they have too many new people working it will be a while before I go back.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Caribou Coffee and on more than one occassion. The drive-thru line appeared long so I expected to wait a little longer than usual, however after sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes when I finally approached the window I was not helped and not acknowledged for 5 minutes. The drive-thru attendant was not at the window, and there were four employees behind the main register. After trying to wave my arms around and make myself known from outside the window to try and get the attention of at least one of the four employees standing behind the counter to come to the drive-thru window, I was ignored by all of them. The drive-thru attendant then returned to the window from the kitchen and proceeded to do other tasks as I was still waving my arms around and saying “hello” to try to get his attention, rather than assist me and the long line of customers behind me. It also appeared that the young man working the drive-thru had no additional help taking drive-thru orders or restocking the drive-thru station so he was forced to take time away from customers and not get through the drive-thru line quickly. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this Caribou Coffee and it’s staff while going through the drive-thru. I would not recommend this Caribou Coffee location to anyone.

I always order an ice chai tea latte with a shot less of chai, and they give me a disgusting coffee drink so Im out 4$ every time. Whenever Im at the drive thru they are never able to understand me, and when I get my order in they repeat it back like how i said it, but still give me the wrong thing. Not happy with this location.

I would like to start by saying I would go here 2 to 3 times a week and recently have had terrible experiences and will not return! First I was left sitting at the window after ordering for 15 mins and was forgotten. Finally they handed me my drink for free cause they were goofing around. Today I placed a mobile order, the lady confirmed she had it in the drive through. Waited in line for 20 mins to get to the front to be told they did not get the order and we would have to go back and reorder with 5 people in line. We went to Moka which had double the people and we were out within 10 mins. New management suggested as you should never have to wait that long for a coffee period!

I usually love Caribou but this one had employee issues. Ordering was difficult, lady couldnt get it right several times. Order completed - and was wrong. Quality just not the same as other caribous.

Mmmmm! If you like mocha (and peppermint), try the mint condition. They have really good coffee and pastries.

Great tasting coffee and warm, relaxing environment as we have come to expect from Caribou Coffee shops. Unfortunately, this Caribou is in a terrible location - the parking lot is small and difficult to find a spot or turn around to leave. It is also smashed between a couple of other businesses. Staff was good and friendly and served us quickly even if they were super busy.

Its simply good coffee. When ever Im by one I stop to get a cup. The Brew and cold brew are better than than Starbucks in my opinion. Where Starbucks has better made drinks (mochas, macchiatos, etc). Again I love the place.
