Usually takes 15-25 minutes to get a drink or two... Generally I see 3-5 people working at a time. Last two times there - wrong drinks and 10-15 minutes to get it (a wrong drink).. Last time there - 25 minutes to get our drink (saw 4 people working along with person getting orders). Blended drink was no longer blended (all melted.. Might as well got an iced). Our other drink was top 2 worst drinks from any coffee place.Highly recommend going somewhere else for a better drink and experience. 👎

Literally the best customer service I’ve received in a long time from anywhere !! I feel horrible that I didn’t get names. I was greeted by a younger gentleman who was super nice and even complemented my necklace. This was the first time I’ve ever been to the shop so I wasn’t sure what to order and I told him what I normally drink at a competitor. His suggestion was amazing!!! When I got to the checkout to pay a younger woman greeted me with a giant smile and asked me about my day!! Kudos to this team, they clearly love what they do and I felt like family. Super impressed!!!

Ive been to biggby, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Dunkin etc. Im from MI and Ive never seen a Moka. The Carmel mocha I got was a triple shot with hazelnut. This cup was pure perfect in a drink! TY 😋😋 staff was Nice also!

Just like every other moka Ive been to this one is great! I find that often times their rotating specialty drinks all taste pretty similar, but Id highly recommend trying a lavender macha latte, or a peach sport tea. Im not much of a coffee drinker, but what Ive had has been good to my unrefined palette.Beyond their drinks, the baked goods are outstanding. Their breads are a go to for us when we visit, but the vegan banana cookies are what I would recommend most highly.As if good food and drink werent enough, their staff had always been friendly, warm, and just generally awesome! I highly recommend this place!

The staff is always friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs! Im not even a huge coffee drinker, but I go here probably every other week or so and its always great. You might have to wait for a while since its only a drive through, but the line still moves pretty quick.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the area. Their drinks are just better! The lines can get a little long (because they’re fantastic!) but they do a great job if moving people through quickly and they’re always so friendly. If you haven’t tried the Moka bites (or Moka bar), give it a shot! Those are a big hit with everyone in my family.My ONLY criticism is I wish they offered gluten free options.

I enjoy the drinks and the staff are always friendly. The low score is based on the way you are managing the line of cars. Your staff allows large gaps in the line as they hold it up taking orders. This was the second time a person decided to take advantage and cut in line and the staff allowed it. Petty to be upset by it, but the line is long and I have a short break from work. Very disappointing.

First time there, and staff was super duper helpful and friendly. The guy taking drive-thru orders was super attentive and helped my daughter and I figure out what we would like to drink. From two Minnesotans thank you for a great experience and some great drinks!

This place always has great coffees and the folks are super nice. Sometimes theres a little wait, but its always worth it! My mom and I are practically addicted to moka!!

Had a stressful day Thursday 2.13.20. plus needed to drive from Tomah to Onalaska. Thank you to Moka Onalaska, the guy who came to the car to take our order (wish Id gotten your name!), and the barista at the window, who all helped make it better. :) Lemon-Blueberry scone was majorly YUM! And thanks, unknown staff guy, for recommending the Love Potion Number 9... OMG good! And, how can anyone forget to mention the stickers? Love them! :D

I started to going to Moka in Onalaska this year.1st, their coffee is delicious! I love the Almond Miel Maple Latte, and the Chai Tea Latte.2nd, the staff is wonderful. They are all super nice and friendly, and I love that they walk out to the cars in line to take orders.3rd, the pumpkin bread is delicious.I have nothing negative to say, and clearly others love the café since there is nearly always a line. But any wait is worth it to me.

I stopped (Friday, December 4th 2:15pm) at drive-thru to order my favorites (hot carmel macchiato) & blueberry donut. She asked how my day was going... We stopped here during a visit to our family in Wisconsin. One of the baristas was taking orders car-side and brought out a menu for us to keep. Amazing coffee, super-friendly staff, and convenient location. Highly recommend the iced blanco americano!

Love your teas but I’m confused about the drive through. There was about 4 cars ahead of me waiting but the person behind me go their drinks before everyone else. Is there a preorder that makes it faster or something? It’s just frustrating to me that I waited 20 minutes for my order but the person in back of me gets theirs faster then anyone else’s order.

I have never had a worker at Moka who wasnt friendly and kind. They are quick despite the often long lines and sometimes even bring the drink out to you ahead of time so you can be on your way faster which is greatly appreciated.

Maybe the best service ever had at a drive-through coffee place. The staff there is ridiculously helpful and caring.There was a line of cars but it moved very fast. Totally worth the small wait.The espresso tastes great. The milk and foamy parts equally so.

Drive through or stop in for the best mocha, coffee or tea you can find. They also have some great muffins.

I go here frequently and have been lucky to build relationships with the staff. They are always friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. I had one of the worst days and was pretty emotional getting my daily coffee that day. The manager is always great when Im there but this day in particular is something Ill always remember it made my whole week so much better. I tell everyone about how amazing their staff is and compassionate about what they do. Mokas coffee is delicious! I go back for the customer service but also because they make my regular order perfect everytime. They are a busy location but the staff comes out to get my order when theres a line every time and offer fast service even during their crazy rushes. They build relationships with their customers which isnt something you see very often anymore I reccomend this location to everyone I know! I also have restrictions of what I can drink as far as sugar content and the manager went above and beyond to help me figure out what I can get thats a healthy option specifically for me on another occasion. If I could give more then a 5 star rating I definitely would!

The baristas were friendly; the coffee itself was fine, maybe on the watery side of the spectrum. The lower rating comes from two elements: the process for getting a receipt, and the wait time that seems to be a result of poor communication/order tracking. A receipt was never offered, and when it was eventually printed for us after specifically asking for one, it didnt have an itemized breakdown typical of receipts. When we pulled up close to the window we heard the baristas trying to keep orders straight, and there didnt seem to be any apparent method of keeping orders straight (e.g. writing the order directly on the cup).

I love this place! While you wait for your coffee, the workers will always make small talk, offer the little ones a small treat. They are great!

People are so friendly, and prices are reasonable. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I order the same drink every time with an extra shot of expresso(which I pay extra for) and I can tell when they forget it. It often happens when they are busy and I understand that, but it has happened more than once.

Definitely will be back. The coffee smells escaping the window at the drive thru are phenomenal.When you pull up, you immediately anticipate that delicious cup of awesomeness. The workers are friendly.Plus, this place ain’t Starbucks, so that’s nice for a change. (I still like Starbucks though.) I just like MOKA because, well, it’s an all around wondrous place.

EDIT: Mocha staff sent me a gift card to give their business another go. So I did. I was able to get scones this time!!!! They were excellent and well worth the wait. Fresh and very flavorful. The employees were very polite and courteous, same as last time. Like I said in my previous review, I dont normally go to specialty coffee shops but will from now on, but only Mocha!I dont normally go to specialty coffee places but someone I work with raved about the scones at Mocha. I decided to visit the store in Onalaska and get some scones for my husband and father for Valentines day. I was the 14th car in line. No problem, I understand having to wait. After all, this is drive thru only. What I did have a problem with was when I got to the 4th car in line a woman came out to take my order. I ordered 4 scones. She said she would be back to tell me the total. Never came back. I finally get to the window and the man told me they were out of scones but had donuts and cookies. NO. Just NO. Both he and the woman that took my order were pleasant and professional but having to wait all that time for nothing was unacceptable. If you are out of something please put a sign up. Or have the person taking the order in the line let us know instead of making us wait until the very end. I will not be back because I do not want to take a chance of wasting my time again.

Ive been coming here for years, and the last six months have always been a disappointment. Making my drinks wrong, rude baristas, and waiting forever to recieve bad business makes me extremely sad to have given up on my favorite coffee shop.

Super friendly staff. They know me by my drink. Most times dont even have to tell the staff what I want. Hours are convenient. With they were open a little later. Location is purfect, right by all shopping.

Slightly bitter and not nearly as smooth. Disappointed as they also raised their prices when they switched.
