I brought my laptop in last Monday to get it checked out because it was super slow then he told me we needed to change the hard drive and upgrade the RAM. He patiently explained to me why it was slow and what he was going to do. He finished it by the next day, and my laptop is so so so much faster! The price is still pretty reasonable vs buying a new laptop.

I couldnt get my Sims car in my Android phone. First I went to Verizon but soon realize that was going to be a forever wait when I thought of Edison Computers.Instant service when I walked in to Edison and 10 minutes later I walked out of the store.

GO HERE!!! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone with computer issues. They were so helpful getting my computer fixed as soon as possible. My computer screen broke this past Tuesday and they got it back to me by Thursday as I have classes and finals that cant be done without a computer. Thank you so much Edison Computers!!!

Edison computers provided me with one of the worst experiences I have had as a customer seeking expert help. It was a while ago, but I had taken a four week trip abroad, during which time I took a lot of amazing pictures that meant a lot to me. Somehow, the chip got damaged internally and I couldnt get the pictures off. I brought it to Edison computers to have them try to open the files and get the pictures. Well, they failed, but that wasnt the real problem. When I asked for my memory chip back, they told me they had thrown it out! They never asked my permission, and were arrogant enough to think that if they couldnt get the pictures off, no one ever could. If I still had the chip, new technology (or maybe better technicians) would give me hope of recovering the pictures some day. Thanks to Edison Computers, now there is no hope of ever getting them back.

Great customer service and very helpful. I needed a charger for my MacBook, and they had some in store that I was able to buy from. The employee tested the charger they had in store before selling it. Because I bought a used charger, the employee who helped me gave me a discount for tape on the cord. I would highly recommend checking out the shop if you ever need anything, and if they don’t have one they will try and help you find the best place that would have what you need.

I thought I lost all my saved family pictures when my computer died. I took my computer to Edison and they somehow saved all of the pictures on my old hard drive and put them on a new one.

Slow service. Made me wait for hours even though I had an appointment.
