Poor service i will never go there again, they rip people off, with there nonsense about doing this or that when its time to price something, best place for cheap price yea right. i seen better and furniture wasnt flimsy and looked like it was going to break apart. helen has a anger issue, heard alot about her and her racist remarks she made to a person a few times. if your looking for furniture go to a well established place not a mom and pop store. they tend to keep them selves as how they really are.

Horrible customer service. Wrote delivery after 2 pm on recipient and now 4pm no calls. Called them and got run around on phone about delivery time . How rude, no common sense to notify customer of late delays in delivering product to customer.

Recently, I purchased a Glideaway adjustable bed frame withmessage options from Catalog Outlet. Being able to adjust the head and foot area to my own comfort, along with the different levels of massage, gives me a relaxing and enjoyable night of rest.Helen, who works at Catalog Outlet, was very helpful, patient, and attentive. She demostrated all the different settings that my new bed was capable of.The Catalog Outlet delivery guys were very friendly and meticulous in the set-up of my bed. I am extremely pleased with my Glideaway bed frameand the customer serivce that I received.

Ive walked in there twice now, ready to spend $750 on dinning room furniture, and theyve let me walk out both times with nothing. I walked around for about 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help, and after leaving my phone number another time about a piece they said they would order, I never got a call back. At least I cant complain they have desperate or overbearing salespeople! 😄
