My device have not been working for 8 months now. I called many times to get scheduled for recalibration in a station near me sine I have moved and now 250 miles away from where I bought the car from. Every time I call, I am told that they will call me back. No call back ever. Wasted $2,000 for a defective product and been refused a refund. Should have just went with LoJack for $250.Also, back in October 2019, I traded in a car after just 6 months out of the 3 Years subscription but was told by Star Shield that they do not give refunds. When I check the app to date, I am still able the track my previously owned car. There is clearly some kind of privacy issues when using SkyForce.
The 3 ladies on the phone had the worst customer service! Every one of them hanged up on me and refused to answer my general questions unless I provide them answers to their questions first?? We are the callers inquiring about their business. And if they are already rude to me by phone, why should I even bring them my business or refer them at all??!! The business do not deserve a star at all because of their staff Marissa, Brittney and another (if thats even their real name?). As you know, all starts with customer service! They need to take customer service training 101.
Star Shield Solutions has been my distributor for a few years now and I can’t say enough about them. The customer service is far superior to that of other PPF companies that I have worked with in the past and they provide me with a great product. They are incredibly supportive and help in any way they can to aid in the success of my business. Regardless of how long you have been in the business, I highly recommend using them!
