Took my two week old new car and noticed until I came back that rim was scratched. Top it off service was not able to be provided as the car is a two year old series so they dont have the design sketch on file and had to refund me. So theyll charge you upfront for a service they dont know if theyll be able to do. Made no sense.Update: I cant believe I didnt notice this the moment I drove off, not only did they scratch my rim, they didnt even bother to place back the panel of my car. Unbelievable, Im so livid right now. They legit destroyed my brand new 2 week old 2021 door panel. A supposed 300 dollar job is now going to cost me a whole lot more. No wonder you guys didnt have it on file you guys popped all my back panels and now left me to fix it because you didnt know how to put it back together. If I could curse online without this being being flagged I would.

Great service! Jesse is very friendly and got me in right away the same day and my windows were tinted in a little over an hour. His prices are great and made me feel comfortable at his shop.

I walked in here because I thought it was a different business (thanks Google). After speaking with the owner, I was blown away by his knowledge. My boyfriend had his car tinted and is very pleased. Once my car is back on the road, I will be having my windows re-tinted here....I cant wait! 😊

I took my car there on friday the owner i dont know his name quoted me at one price then c hanged it up to a higher price before any work was done then 3 hours later i get a call that they have a situation one of their workers wife tested positive for covid. so they never got my car done which was still sitting in the same place i parked it 3 hours later this place is a joke and i will never go back again they wasted my whole day why have an appointment?and charged me before anything was done super unprofessional.

I’ve been wanting to get my windows tinted, as I wear glasses and now that most cars have HID’s and LED headlights, driving on the freeway was a headache, it felt like every car was a cop with their lights on full blast.I did a lot of research into how to tint windows, asked the staff here at Rodz Window Tint how they did their tint & was satisfied with their responses. First of all, dont come here for Jessie because he already moved his business to Fountain Valley. Now there is another guy doing the same business. Well, I totally dont know it and made an appointment one week later. The owner also called me two days before the date to double check the appointment. When I arrived there, the owner told me he totally forgot my appointment. Honestly I dont know how this new shop works. I would leave negative for the customer service because it was very very terrible. I hope they do good jobs so I still give them two star.

They quoted me a price on the phone, without asking any questions first. When i got there they changed the price because i already had tint on my windows. They should have asked me if i had tint first, before driving up there to have the price changed.
