Over the past 3 weeks Im trying to do business with this company, they have been incredibly non-responsive by email or phone. I highly question the validity of this company. Very poor customer service when you get them on the phone and vague responses. Would not buy from this company if I were you.

Ordered touch up paint and they wouldn’t fulfill the order without me giving them my VIN. Sounds scammy I’m not giving out info. I’m taking my business to someone who will give me stuff in exchange for money.

Ordered a grille for my vehicle. It has begun to rust within 8 months. Seems like a bad process to me.

I ordered a wire mesh grille off of Amazon and it came with a bunch of the decorative plastic studs broken and missing. I received it during the Coronapocalypse so I thought it was going to be hard to get hold of APS But the day after the country started opening up a few businesses I was in contact with them. I ordered my grille from Amazon from the used section but it said new with damaged packaging. APS Could have easily told me no but they sent the replacement studs and I received them within 2 days of making my first contract. I saw the other reviews but I personally had no problem getting hold of them both by phone or email. I truly appreciate the service I received

****CAUTION-SCAM-ALERT****** I recommend that no one should even consider doing business with APS autoparts. Dont let them steal your money too!!!! They havent responded to a single email I have sent (about 10), they will NEVER answer their phones, Ive had an absolute horrible experience with this company, chances are their products are trash, just as well as their business tactics.

“Parts specialist” but no window trims

I purchased IBOARD running boards for my truck about a year ago.. The powder coat finish started pealing off after one year. My mistake was I did not save the receipt for the warranty. They definitely have quality issues.
