Over priced... Went to have a small nail pulled... Waited to talk to manager. He didnt acknowledge me at all after the tire service guy told him i wanted to talk with him.. Only 1 person there had a mask.. Will never give them my business at all.. Wouldnt recommend these morons to anyone..

Guys removed a completely shredded casing that had been sitting for a fee months, props to the employees here for that frustrating task. Flat rate of 35 bucks for the average used vehicle casing so definitely a good deal for a spare tire. Will likely return.

Oh my gosh i love this place. I left work only to realize that i had a flat tire. I put air in it air in the tire then notice that it was 6:43pm. I google tire shops near me DON CORTEZ TIRES was open until 7pm, dang Im not going to make it. It was 6:59pm when i pulled up and they were closing up everyone pack and ready to go standing outside. Their customer service is amazing they reopened the door, got me a top quality use tire, charged me decent price, as well as thanked me for choosing to bring my business to them and threw a few joke in the air. The service was fast and last minutes any other place would have continued to lock up. Two thumbs up I highly recommend this place best service Ive seen in awhile.. Thanks guys

Unprofessional place. I came in to have a nail removed from my tire and they said theyre closed. their gate was wide open and they were standing around in their yard. absolutely no help and Im screwed for the evening. Google other tire ships.

Very reasonable prices on new and used tires

I brought new tires in because my tread was low never had a leak! They mounted them with the point of the hub caps on the valve stems on all tires! Within 1 hour 1 tire was flat and another was leaking! The gentlemen initially blamed it on wear and tear and said he couldnt do Nothing! The gentlemen completely ignored me and went inside! The other gentlemen eventually fixed it but it took a lot of effort to get something corrected that shouldnt have ever happened!

SQUEAKY BRAKE SPECIAL HERE!! I brought My vehicle Here trying to save a few dollars, BIG MISTAKE! When My car came back to the shop the pads were SMOKING Bad & I asked & He said its normal. It did go away BUT Shortly thereafter the brake squeaking began. I took it to a BIG Reputable Tire Co & they said that, Its VERY CLEAR Whoever put these brake pads on DID NOT turn the rotars. The rotars are crystalized Now-INDICATING the problem!!! So I bring My car BACK into Don Cortez Tire & they Argue that the rotars Were turned. Clearly NOT THE CASE OR ELSE MY NEW BRAKES WOULDNT SQUEAK!! They want to Charge Me MORE $$ MONEY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM NOT TURNING THE ROTORS TO BEGIN WITH!!?? WOW!! SAD EXCUSE OF MECHANICS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN!!***COMSUMERS BEWARE-SCAM ARTISTS***

Best place for a good time

Just called this place to get a price estimate for a used tire. I don’t know the size of the tire because well I just don’t know that info. Anyway.. the guy that answered was rude about it. I feel like a company that cares about customers shouldn’t give a dismissive attitude when someone does not know the size of the tire. I’m sure I should know that info and will know it after I go somewhere else to get my tire replaced.

Great service and quality used tires. I had a blowout on the freeway and they were the only place open after 5 pm on a Saturday. They had my car up on the jack within about 10 mins of being dropped off by the tow truck and driving away in less than 20 minutes.

I bought a used tire for my daughter and only 3 weeks later it shredded (I wish I could post a picture to show how horrific it was). I went back to have them replace it and they said for free? No we dont do that, we dont guarantee these then tried to SELL me another tire. The previous tires I bought from them had to be replaced shortly after..this place sells bad inventory to get you to come back and spend more money...DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

There prices were not shown, had to call to get quote and the person who answered the phone did not answer it like a true business and did not know English. Finally got someone who did and she quote prices that were to high, for same tires at another store was less than $45.
