From the point of my Honda Vehicle being towed there to the point where I received my automobile repaired I have only positive comments to submit.The Owner’s name is John and the Company works as a one Team. Each employee is just as friendly and concerned about your vehicle as the other. John is quite detailed when it comes to answers for any questions you may have and is informative of issues that your automobile has.Quite frankly I have not been this impressed about a service business in a very long time. In addition to my original automobile problem I was shown two additional items of attention concerning my car which I did not know of before. I recently took my car for a Full Maintenance Job at another shop which I used to do my business at 90% of the time. They never told me of either of the flaws that New Era Automotive discovered.I recently moved to another city and chose to look for a shop close to my new residence and this is how I discovered New Era Automotive.The confidence that I felt with this business will make me a lifetime customer and one that will recommend this place to car owners. I truly understand a Business must make a profit to remain there but it’s the Value of Truth that makes a difference of whether a Company will be fraudulent with you or be Up Front Directly WITH YOU. He will tell you everything you want to know and everything you should know about the work being done to your car and also gives advice on suggested actions that you may want to do for your car. After bouncing around to different mechanic shops for service on my car, I came across New Era Automotive on Yelp! I came to John with a laundry list of very expensive things the car dealer told me I NEEDED to get done on my car. John was friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about the True service my car NEEDED. He serviced the breaks on my car and gave me quotes, instructions and suggestions on the other things I needed. He was patient, genuine and most importantly he explained and answered every question I had honestly!His shop and service is refreshing since 99% of other similar businesses treat women differently when it comes to cars/car service.Since my first appointment I have returned for additional service on my car... and his service is consistant! I will be returning and have already recommended NEW ERA AUTOMOTIVE to others!

I have tried many different mechanics, and John at New Era is by far the most honest and reliable mechanic by far. Customer service has taken a steady decline over the years, it was hard for me to trust a mechanic. But Johns professionalism and customer service has far surpassed my expectations. I will only take my cars to his shop from now on.

I stopped by to get my breaks done as pep boys told me that I needed front and back breaks, new tires and a alignment. I dont trust them so I came here for a second opinion. I didnt need breaks or tires. Johnathan said I needed to rotate the tires and that was it. Pep boys tried to screw me out of $1000. I left new era for under $50. They are extremely honest. Customer service is great also

Right now I cant recommend you to a friend. Im not sure what happened to the van, but when we picked it up, the automatic ramp & door wouldnt open & we found out on a the Sat. after we picked it up the night before. This was very distressful to my Mom. My Dads aid said he called you on Sat. & you werent available until Mon. On Sunday, my brother looked at it & something was not connected & he connected it. It may have been just something disconnected, but it should have been checked out before letting us have the van back. They really needed it to work on that Sat. On the up side, I do appreciate you finding the other problems with the van. Other than the door & ramp not working, we havent had any other problems.
