Literally don’t bother you make an appointment just to wait an hour anyway and they were going to keep my car for a week for basic service.. without saying anything until after I waited in line… and when you just ask for help they’re incredibly rude about it for absolutely no reason. So yeah I wouldn’t go there I had an old dude working there snap for literally no reason. By my face without a mask too..

This is the absolute worst service experience I have ever had. They never pick up the phone. I took my car to get looked at, I doubt they even did. It died on me four miles away from the dealer with the same issue I took it in for. This was a WEEK after I had it it towed there.

We had a wonderful experience at Fiat of Ontario. The customer service was excellent. Gary and Mike were very helpful. I was able to drive multiple cars before deciding upon my purchase. The entire process was easy and painless. Love, love, love my new Fiat. I would recommend that if you are looking for a car you should check this dealer out. They are so helpful and Gary is the best! Service Department: 1) Make appointment online; 2) Arrive on time for appointment; 3) Wait in 10 - 20 car deep line. Lack of proper management. If you cant properly queue appointments Im afraid to trust your service. Ill try a different dealer.

My Daughter and Son-in-Law bought a Fiat from here and a very good friend also bought a Fiat here and recommended them to us. Well, I just had the best experience ever in buying a new car. Our salesman, Nick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The GM Mike treated us great and I feel very good about the deal we got! I love my new Fiat and I love Fiat of Ontario.

Terrible experience. Brought in my car for a check airbag light and a check engine light. It took them over 48 hours just to look at my vehicle, while I was falsely told it would take that amount of time to fix whatever problem there was with my airbag. I was quoted a diagnostic price of $168.00, however they failed to mention that this did not include the separate cost of $337.00 in order to check my airbag light. The best part of this is that it took me calling them over 5 times and leaving multiple messages for them to finally get back to me. I also spoke to the service department manager, and he did not care about the fact that I had to miss multiple days of work for them to have my car sitting in a parking lot! I was prepared to miss work, but there was no point in leaving my car with them if they werent even going to look at it right away. Why couldnt they just tell me that they were so busy that I should just bring my car back another time? So now Im frustrated and down $168.00 plus another $240.00 that I missed out on because I couldnt work for two days. These prices are insane, and I will never come back to this dealership again, and you shouldnt either.

We went into Fiat of Ontario to purchase a 500 pop advertised at a deep discount, and thats the car we drove out with :) Our salesman Riz, was happy to show us other models if we were interested, but we didnt feel pressured out of a decision we had already made about the car we wanted. Our transaction was quick and easy, and no one tried to pressure us into financing that we werent interested in. We love our new Fiat and got a great deal :) Thank you to all the guys that helped us at Fiat of Ontario!

They put U on hold & dont come back. There price changes up to $5,000 in 3 - 4 days. Do they want to sell cars I wonder! Dont deal with this dealer ship. Drove 30 miles 1 way to talk with them. Sales person stated he was the general manager & didnt even have a business card. Stated only had 3 to sell yet had 20 - 40 across the street. What gives! !!!!

Dont buy or lease a car from here. They are not helpful. We leased a fiat 500e and they told us we have road side assistance if we ever ran out of charge. They wont tow you to the closest charger. Theyll leave you stranded in front of the dealership at 1 am until the open at 9 am so that you can charge at 9 when they open. How ridiculous is that? All they said was that I can call the customer relation line. They cant help me. Also try getting a manager in the office at 9 when they open. Good luck! Apparently he doesnt come in till noon! Both of the Tonys!

DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They convinced us to buy a car and promised rentals and tows incase our electric Fiat 500e ran out of electricity. We needed a two at midnight the other night and they told my wife they would not tow it to our house (which was a mile away) but told us they would only tow it to a dealership over 20 miles away. They also told us that we would have to find our own ride home and pick up the car tomorrow after it is charged. When we went to Fiat of Ontario to ask for help with our unsatisfactory experience they were absolutely unhelpful and unapologetic. Trying to pass off the blame on other people. We had to go there in person and even then, they refused to call in a manager to speak with us. It is obvious all hey care about is your money and dont care one bit about the customer. Dont waste your time. If you want a Fiat go to Riverside

This dealership is great. They are not pushy at all and you really feel they’re there to help get you the car you want and nothing extra. We were met by a great salesman, Tommaso Fannelli, an authentic Italian which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s been a week and the 500 is so much fun to drive. I’m switching from a motorcycle, so I wanted something different than the normal driving experience and this car is the next best thing. It’s small and agile with plenty of pick-up. In sport mode and manual shift I feel like I’m driving a rally car. If you’re going to buy a Fiat get it from these guys.

Ive had two experiences with the service on my 2016 FIAT 500C. Both times the service from Carl Crocker has exceeded expectations. My recent one yesterday, was a drive in, without an appointment, and with them being swamped with cars in the service line, Carl was able to get me taken care of within 1 1/2 hours.That included a new key programmed and a battery change.Needless to say, I believe they all work their tails off to take care of their customers.THANX for getting it done!!!

From the moment we stepped on to the lot we were treated with respect. Mike Olari, the sales consultant, was helpful without being pushy. He just waited for me to tell him what I wanted and then his sales manager, Tony Loomis tried to get it for me. I am so happy with my new Fiat! This place is a scam! They charged me $800 to get the fabrics cleaned in my car, and when I went to schedule a service they told me that service doesnt exist! They will lie and cheat you and then claim they have no idea what you are talking about, and that its not their fault because the salesman has already been fired. Please save yourself the hassle and money and buy anywhere else!

My husband and I stopped over at Fiat of Ontario after test driving one at the Inland Empire Auto Show. I was intrigued by the cars and how fun it was to drive and just wanted to see some more color combinations. We were promptly greeted by Tommaso, whose Italian accent made our experience more authentic. :) The dealership (or studio, as they say in Italy) is gorgeous and fun, and they have a great selection. I wasnt intending to buy just yet, but he offered us a test drive and I was in love with the car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and no pressure, and after choosing a car, Ali and Tommaso put together a deal quickly and helped us get all our information together. Since we live 80 miles from the dealership and hadnt left the house prepared to car shop, Tommaso even came back to our house to pick up my trade in and additional paperwork we needed. Less than 3 hours after coming in to browse, I left with a Mocha Latte Fiat Pop, and I love it! Thank you so much Fiat of Ontario, and a BIG thanks to Tommaso for going the extra mile!

I purchased my Abarth purposely on Super Bowl Sunday for 2 reasons: 1) I dont care about non-motorsports sports (especially soccer!); 2)I figured the sales and F&I personnel would wanna speed through the buying process so they could get back to the game. What can I say? Got a great deal on a great car and I give the dealership and its staff an enthusastic ***** rating! Note to future purchasers: you buy the Abarth edition, you get a free track day! I went to Fontana (where I finished 5th overall in the slalom event out of 60 participants), but you can choose from tracks all over the country. I ride a motorcycle (from the same country), and this little Italian 4-wheel hot rod brings as big a smile to my face as does my bike! VROOM-VROOM!
