I brought in my 2013 WRX STI due to an engine issue and Clay and his team performed an inspection/diagnosis/teardown. I suspected that the work/parts might possibly be covered under the extended warranty and Clay and his team confirmed this was the case. After confirming the issue Clay and his team quickly got to work and kept me updated the throughout the entire process with the work to be done and any necessary parts I would need that were not covered under the warranty. While doing the teardown it was determined that I needed a replacement clutch and a few other items which were installed as well. I had very many questions and Clay and his team were very patient with me and answered all of them quickly and professionally. On top of the great and quick work they did Clay reassured me that if anything seemed wrong or off to not hesitate to contact him. All in all, I could not be happier that I have my Subie back and in such a timely manner considering the severity of the issue involved.
It was a slow weekend, so service was quick. Great and helpful staff.
