Extremely overpriced if youre not a regular/ local they treat you like an outsider. Ive been a license plumbing contractor for a roughly 40 years and their prices are almost triple that of Home depot and Lowes and about 4 times the price of any supply house Ive been in in the last 20 years. I will never darken their doorstep again

I would say this is the worst ferguson to go to for parts. The customer service is great but they lack inventory. Lots of bins with no fittings or minimal amount. You ask if they have any in the back and their computer shows they have stock but they really don’t. These are basic things like 3” couplings, 3/4 90s, gas fittings and 3” long sweeps. This has happened multiples times. It is almost every time I go there. You are better if going to Express or Todd pipe.

Hey . . . listen up, don’t even think about going to another plumbing supply store. I mean it, save your time, save your gas, and avoid the grief of going elsewhere.I was there yesterday (05/21/2020), and can truthfully say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I am simply a homeowner with limited experience in the field, but both salesmen were EXTREMELY helpful.Kudos to Ferguson Plumbing . . . you guys are top shelf.RG

The homeowner website is difficult to order from. But research what you dont want and want you like and the Ferguson customer service will do the rest for you!

Good plumbing supply house for professional plumbers sometimes service can be slow other than that very good and good Supply most of the time they have what you need certan Supply bins in their supply chain can use some attention certain plumbing fittings and parts go faster than others something that the whole chain could work on it

They never answer the phone, the waiting is too much . They sent me to the warehouse without telling me I couldnt make payments there so I had to go back to a store and pay then go back and pick up my materials. Lame

As a plumber I always choose Fergusons over any other plumbing supply house the service and the materials are top notch I always recommend to friands and family

The guy that waited on me was rude, he answered to me questions but was annoyed 3rd time. He needs to be trained to be nice to customers. your business depends on us the customers.
