Shipped my expensive Toto Neorest 500from Canada for repair. ( at 600 US ) No one can repair it in this country even though it was purchased here.Cant clear customs because no one replies to them for freight charge . I am so frustrated. My TOTO rep in Georgia keeps saying logistics will deal with however it is still not moving from the border... Soon going to by American standard.
