An absolutely wonderful garden center, with the most friendly and welcoming staff! I had multiple people greet me with a good morning and a smile. I can tell that they really care, and it was a great experience. Theres a large variety of plants and trees that look healthy and strong because of the care they put into the greenery. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back!

We were looking for a dorm fridge which the Ontario store was out of. Jaqueline Figueroa was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and contact the stores that had what we needed. She went aboard beyond what you would expect. hD should be proud to have her as an employee

I couldn’t return a switch to this location because it was an “inventory issue”. The Ramona location scanned two led light switches, but one of them was not actually a lighted switch.I went to return the unlighted switch at the Euclid location because it was closer and they told me I had to go back to the Ramona location to get it fixed. I guess Home Depot is losing a lot of money because the LED light switch was 8.49 and the regular switch was 1.98.They wanted to argue over pennies and make their customer drive to another location instead of dealing with it themselves.I’m from Texas and I can see now why everyone is coming to my great state!

First off I was trying to buy something in their hardware department, which apparently they didnt have. Anyway, I didnt feel comfortable shopping because ever bay has a screen flashing beeping at me as if I was some kind of criminal. Made me feel stupid so I left and went to Lowes.

Do not come to this store . I was told I would have a quote and estimate for flooring about 5 days ago ...measurements were done wrong . I was promised a price and immediate work over the phone once I’ve informed them I had someone that could do the job for a much cheaper price for labor and installation of luxury vinyl planks . Then come to show they forgot to include landing steps in the measurement for the stairs and now they are telling me they can’t do the job until at least 2 weeks . Wish I would of just hired the independent contractor who was willing to start work immediately. Sales rep Grace is nice but to be promised things and to not follow through is very disappointing. Now I have to find another contractor and pick out different floors since time is of the essence .

This is a great place to go when you need household items or whatever. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can never get lost if you are good at asking questions. I have been to this particular location on Euclid many times and I have never been let down with their service. I would recommend this Home Depot.

I ordered 2 items online for pickup, received the ready for pickup and thank you for pickup order emails in 4 minutes!! A lady called me a few minutes later saying they dont have one of the item and going to refund me. Few days later I checked my bank and found out they only refund me the item they dont have and charged me the other item. I called them to asking the refund since I didnt even get a chance to pick up,  the same lady who called saying I picked up the order. What the heck how can I pick up the order in 4 minutes? If I really pickup the order then why you called me instead of telling me in the face? She told me she will refund me but she didnt again!! Apparently she doesnt know what she is doing!!  I called again and finally got refund, this whole thing took me 3 weeks. Good luck if you have pickup order with them!!

Clean home depot, service was good. Great checkout experience, since I used self checkout, and the employee did help me with the bulky items.

Review base on Gaby helping in paint today 06/18/2021 around 4:30PM. Very rude!!!. Absolutely no customer service. Tried showing her the previous info on pain we had previously purchased of which we came for more and she completely ignored me. Home Depot please show your employees some customer service. Seems like she doesnt like her job. If thats the case than maybe she shouldnt be there.

Ive always enjoyed the Home Depot, I get most of the supplies I need for my construction remodeling jobs... The only thing now is the skyrocketing costs, although material costs are absorbed by my customer, I still try to save them money, I usually deal only with the Labor.. I usually use The Home Depot or find a Wholesaler for supplies... The problem to me is everyone is bumping prices for profit. Not all consumers can afford the price spikes, the Home Depot will lose those potential customers....

We shop at Home Depot for our Business and our home. We came in today to look at area rugs and ended up buying patio chairs and other items. My wife noticed that the laundry soap is two dollars cheaper a box here. So now we buy our laundry soap here. Amazing prices on everything for the home. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is the coolest home Depot to my house so i naturally always come to this one. The workers here are very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and you can always find what you need with ease.

One of my local places for my home improvements i like this homedepot more then most, curbside pick up is on point.

Very good garden section. The Ontario location has a Large variety of indoor and outdoor plants to choose from.

Our water heater went out on New Year day, my husband and I came to Home Depot right before they were closing to get a new water heater and plumbing supplies. We decided to go with a tankless water heater, which will require more electrical, gas and plumbing connections. Pete from the plumbing department was very helpful. He helped us finding all the supplies, down to every turn....His expertise and kindness were exceptional! Thank you so much! It really made day!

Worst experience ever. I made 7 visits returning, reordering, and just bad management over a simple window blinds order. A major nightmare

Horrible service in the window blind department.I had to come back twice to have blinds cut to length .When I tried to let her know that she had not made the deductions for mounting hardware it was all attitude.👎she obviously was not trained in that department very well and did not taking kindly to a simple observation.Wanted to argue about whether or not she cut the valance ...it was still at factory length 🙄smh ...not the best way to start off the day ...on a better note the cashier and returns ladies were super nice and helpful

Unfortunately, today I have to give a low-star review. I went to pick up something curbside. I followed the instructions to let them know I was there. After several minutes, I called and was informed that their tablet was not working. How was I supposed to guess that? If you use this service, call them. The guy next to me said he had been waiting an hour and half!

This is a good HD. Im a contractor and work all over the country and this HD has great customer service. The personnel actually engaged you instead of avoiding you. They also had a good selection of product in stock and a rental yard. I called the rental yard numerous times and though they didnt have what i required at times everyone i spoke too was kind and helpful. I did rent from them. Its nice to see people who work with customers act like they know the customer is who they are there for instead of just there to work for a big corporate giant for a paycheck. But then again, maybe theyre just all truly pleasant people! 😊

This location is great for getting in and getting out for common items you want. I can’t speak on this locations selection over other locations due to its size. (I don’t know it sqft-age) but it’s easy to navigate and they provide WiFi inside the store so you can use the homedepot app in-store - the app also will navigate you around to items you are looking for.

Easily found the moving boxes I was looking for. Good selection of sizes. Quinkly out the door.

Just moved into the neighborhood this is the neighborhood home depot always busy but everyone is always helpful, tons of stock on various items pricing is competitive love it being 1.5 miles from my residence

I spend money at Home Depot often, Im always in there. Went for paint 3 times today for different projects that came up. Had great help until the 3rd time. Greg from paint!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was not busy, and extremely rude. Gregs attitude ruins the customer service Home Depot has. I am very disappointed.

Today about 9am I was taking same plywood return to the home depot was posible the cashier she was starting rise the voice not having any self control.Manager my respect he solved the problem.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I was given today. I purchased a delta shower faucet set and received a defective handle that is unable to attach properly. I was told that they no longer carry that specific item in store and can only be ordered online. I was given no option for replacement aside from, you can order another $200 dollar set and when it arrives switch the handle and return the set. While this would give me a replacement, I would expect more from a giant chain. I requested they have one sent to the store to exchange and they declined stating that I would need to buy a new one and return it.They let me leave the store with no other solution and clearly an unhappy customer after being given no real solution. Dissapointing.

I usually never write reviews but Home Depot is absolutely no help. No one asks if you need help. I have to chase down employees for questions. No one greets you or welcome you. If Home Depot increased their efforts in providing exceptional customer service I honestly think they would make more money including mine!

I went in there around nine in the morning this Friday morning and I thought it was nice not being crowded. I was able to find what I was looking for and a breeze to get through there registers. I think I spent maybe ten, fifteen minutes inside until I was moving along on my way again which was pretty cool.

Employees on their phones and the self checkout machines loudly and embarrassingly announce to everyone in earshot that youre not scanning things right and need help. Not a deal breaker but Lowes is just up the road...

The employee that works in the paint department yelled at me I was saying Mr Mr Mr to try to get his attention and he said what what so loud and scared me and then I didnt want to shop there anymore that day so I came back the next day to pick up my online order and the customer service say you did not need a receipt you have that yellow sticker thats on each item with your last name but as Im walking out the door I will stop and see if I was stealing maybe Im shopping at home Depot too much

The paint department is completely unhelpful. I hneed just a simple small can of paint to cover some patches. They only had one employee working the department and he was too busy to answer a simple question about the paint... Spend 40 minutes trying to compare colors on there wall and then unable to find the color I needed

I was just at the home depot today at 1pm. and i was helped by a older gentleman named Raymond. hands down the best customer service i have ever had! at any store! hardware store or otherwise. i was looking for a bathroom faucet stem for my bathroom sink. he looked online and told me other things I can do to resolve the problem. he took his time to help me more than any customer service rep i have encounter in my whole life. he actually looked like he cared. most of the younger customer service reps act like your bothering them when you ask them a question. Raymond is the reason I will be back and continue coming back. that man deserves a award or raise or something. the home depot is lucky to have him on there team.

Ordered online, parked in a designated curbside pickup spot. Parked in a numbered slot called the phone number & merchandise was brought out to my car within 5 minutes. Very organized.

The entire home Depot customer service team is excellent. I was especially impressed with Frances and her ability to go above and beyond.

Specifically came to shop for new dishwasher,service associate not around to answer questions in the dept. sadly no one stepped up to assist.I took pictures of product and called in but,to no avail..smh!

I have constantly had problems here with the employees they take it personal when someone makes a mistake or when someone needs some help they tend to blow it out on a big proportion like its no big deal it like the other persons in the wrong what is their job to help people and again same thing here these people are so worried about people stealing that theyre not really focused on helping people and they need to be better at that I have actually been swindled by the manager of the pro desk or one of the people at the pro desk so be careful his name is Mauricio
