I bought my truck on June 7th. My husband was looking online for a while and we just went to look he decided based on the great reviews to go to CarTime. We did and found the truck he wanted. From the start before signing anything we told our sales girl Vanessa that the truck had little details needed to be fixed in case we bought it. 1. the interior of the truck was really dirty (needed a deep clean) 2. The truck had the oil change light on (needed an oil change) 3. the roof needed to be repaint as it was already peeling 4. the window regulator was not working properly and can easily be taken out of place. 5. the front tires were completely worn out. So the price we saw online was CASH ONLY and that was never stated in the website. We had to add over 1000 to the price.. That was the first thing i did not like, but we still agreed. They also agreed to fix the issues ASAP. Just the paint job would have to be done in two/three weeks because of COVID. That was fine with me as I knew many places did close down. Long story short. The truck was never deep cleaned. I took it to them the truck and they kept it for a few days because the new guy they brought in to clean the cars didnt have enough time. Well when we finally went to pick up the truck it was completely the same. Not cleaned, the window regulator wasnt fixed, the oil light was still on. (According to them it goes away in a few days). The only thing they did was change the tires and we ended up paying extra in order to get the exact tires as the back ones. They only paid $100 and we had to put $200 out of pocket. Days after when we took the truck to change the tags we told a guy there that the oil was never changed as it was still black and he said to go back another day. We didnt ..it was such a waste of time and them lying to us. We just did it on the side and we also paid for it... Weeks passed and they wouldnt update me on the roof being repainted. I kept asking my sales person and she kept giving me the run around. Finally July 17th I called their office and spoke to Jose. So they pretty much wanted to tell me that the shop they go to was closed and that it wasnt going to be possible at this moment. I did not believe them and asked for the shop number as well as I told them that it had been way past the time they initially told me and it was bought during the whole pandemic and they never said the shop was closed just that it was going to be done in max 3 weeks. IDK who he spoke to and they finally said to bring it in on the 20th. After that they never called me for any update. I had to be calling them and they were just plain rude. the only person that was able to help me at the end was Brian. After a whole week that the shop had the truck they said i would pick it up at the dealer only to get there and be told to go pick it up at the shop. This whole experience was annoying and unsatisfactory. Dont waste your time here.I know its a long post, but hope this helps someone. Pictures are attached of their way of detailing the truck Waste of time and only one of the five things we asked for was fixed.Also, since i do see the owner reads the reviews. As I stated the day i bought the truck. I wouldnt leave a review until my truck was completely fixed, but since that obviously isnt happening heres the review you wanted :)

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE INADEQUATE SELLS REP LACK EXPLANATION IN THERE INTEREST RATES MONEY HUNGRY INDIVIDUALS WITH HOLD NUMBERS AND DO NOT GIVE A SUMMARY BREAK DOWN ON GRAND TOTAL AFTER FINANCES AND INTEREST RATES,As a first time buyer my experience was with 2016 ford f150 w/ 72,150 miles, vehicle was valued at a tad past 26,000$ with a 3000$ down payment and finance rate total 23,000$ with a grand total of 52,000$ none of was mentioned at there facility this was advised by finance company the day after my purchase, so I returned vehicle within 72 hours before contract was approved and they still had the audacity to neglect information on what was going to happen with my down payment and still have not received a proper explanation on whats happening with my money because, I will clearly repeat once more the finance company did not approve contract and hasnt received a dollar so my money is sitting in there facility
