Just got my Subaru from Tru Auto Center and experience was great. They are very customer centric, they even took care of a few nitpicking issues with the used car. Unlike other dealership, they don’t waste your time and just get straight to the point. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. If you cant find the car on their inventory, he will even offered to source it for you. The salesperson, Jesse is great even stayed late and followed up promptly on the items needed to be taken care of.

Joe at Tru Auto Center was extremely helpful when I needed to sell the current car that I owned and helped me get into another car. Everything was done over the phone and he was honest and upfront through the whole process. I was dreading what I needed to do but he made sure I was getting a good, safe and reliable car and worked tirelessly to make sure I was approved for a fair auto loan.About a week and a half after I purchased my car the ac went out and it began to overheat. I immediately called Joe to vent my frustrations. I’m certain I wasn’t the most pleasant person on the phone, but Joe was patient, listened to my complaints and then had his officer manager, Inez, bring me a loaner car and had my car towed back to the dealership. He then had it repaired and delivered back to me a couple days later. His attention to details in all areas is amazing. The next time I’m in the market for a car I’ll be returning to Tru Auto Center. I’m very thankful to Joe.

Here at Tru they definitely take care of you!I purchased my 2012 toyota camry here in July, and my car is still running smooth. When I first walked into Tru Auto I was immediately greeted my the receptionist in a very professional manner, and purchased my car with the help of Joe and Enrique. The price listed on my car was very good, it was actually listed lower than it was worth. The vehicle I purchased was also cleaned and detailed thoroughly inside out, and they filled my gas tank before I left the lot. I WALKED into the lot at 11:00 a.m and DROVE off at 12:30 p.m., it took them less than two hours to get approved and out on the road in my new car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I bought my car 1 month ago. THEY SAID YOU HAVE 1 MONTH IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG TO BRING BACK. THEY LIED The heater didnt work.When I called back they said only the power train and transmission was covered. When I got home I noticed, There was missing screw in a few places (under car by oil pan,under passage feet plastic was completely off. By the passenger tire screws were off and the plastic was broken around!!!!!
