Im having a horrible experience with this dealership, I bought my car about 6 months ago and still havent received my registration. Had multiple conversations with them back and forth as they told me they are handling it. They have been ignoring me, manager never available. They tell you they will call you back and never do. I payed them to take care of my registration and still got a letter from the dmv that I need to pay.Currently discussing the case with my lawyer and going to let him handle it.Very disappointed, coming from a person who doesnt really leave negative reviews.

I love this dealership, very nice and honest really good deals on cars, I cant wait to shop for my grandsons first car, Im going right back.

It’s has been almost a year since I have purchased my vehicle from this place and still did not receive my Plates, I understand they are working with the DMV but in the mean time the two temporary plates have already expired and I have been trying to reach out just to see what is going on and have not received any update or the 3rd temporary plates as promised to me. I have called multiple times and sent multiple messages and they keep Ignoring me.

Advisory: Do not purchase a vehicle from Eagle First Auto Dealer, or whatever name that Laura Tavira/De La Torre and Rodrigo De La Torre are selling under. Vehicles on their lot are poor quality auction-bought vehicles that have little to no work done, and some of which have been in accidents and never been repaired. They will make promises to you and write you due bills, like they did with me, but then sneak an arbitration clause into your sales contract. They will not communicate. They will actively avoid you. They will ignore the BBB. They will not show up to their court dates. An absolute disaster from start to end. Do not buy unless you want an endless headache for months.

My experience was quite pleasant at this dealer.
