I love this place! Sam is such a great help! The father and son Big Rick and Little Rick as I call them lol are always so funny and so helpful. I recently got into a car accident and they were really concerned about me and my kids. Most dealerships don’t care. It’s more than just a car and money here. IF THERES OTHER PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM LETS GET TOGETHER AND DO SUEThe worst place to To buy a vehicle when I first purchased my vehicle it overheated they said they fixed it didn’t even really fix it I’m having problems with my vehicle my engine doesn’t work for my vehicle it’s been sitting I still owe money on it I can’t even take my kids to school due to this problem and they don’t even want to help Fix my problem with my vehicle and they know that it something that happened when I first bought it and they don’t even care.. Every time I call to speak to the owner they always give me a different time that he will be there the owner is never there

Wonderful dealership. Paul the manager was and still is a great help! Helped me get a car without and credit history and got me into a very nice vehicle for first time buyer. I really reccomend this dealership for anyone with challenged credit and first time buyers. Have a great selection of cars as well as friendly staff.

This company goes to show, giving the benefit of the doubt is risky. My girl bought a car within the last two weeks, drove it once with a bad gas leak and they said they would fix it. We call them and they say they will call back. Not a call back until we call them. The mechanic never calls either and is never there, and Paul, the tall guy that works there is completely useless and amazingly unhelpful. It seems like he has 0 experience working with people and selling cars. I’m in utter disbelief with this company and how they can run this place like this. Augustine is more helpful. If you go here, ask for Augustine. Again, Paul will not help you, and their mechanic Junior is equally as useless. So disappointed, would not recommend to my worst enemy, honestly.

I was a bit skeptical of coming in because of some reviews however I decided to test my luck and actually the service here is not bad at all, I came in undecided of what car I was really interested in, one of the salesman Alberto assisted me and after about 30 minutes I found the car I would like to take home, I negotiated a bit and got the price where I felt most comfortable and drove the car home, its been a couple months and still no issues with the vehicle, I recommend this place, excuse the other reviews.

The dealership is what you expect from a place that offers high interest rate loans to buyers with less than stellar credit. They obviously want a large down payment to secure the loan, which is not unheard of. Their cars are what you typically see in these small format dealerships, vehicles more than likely purchased from auctions and sold. We lucked out and purchased a newer vehicle with low mileage. They worked with our credit and we drove off the same day. The salesmen were, well salesmen, they tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, but once they saw we werent about the bs, they were straight shooting. Would recommend.

Best place to get an affordable car in Ontario.

Learn from my mistake go else where.I have had nothing but car problems since I bought my car from variety auto sales.3 months after I bought this car it’s back in the shop being repaired by someone else. I gave up on this dealership and their mechanic Junior.I drove the vehicle off the lot on August 9th. On August 13th the engine light came on. The mechanic said it’s nothing and reset the light.On August 23rd the car was leaking oil and was unable to be fixed because they were waiting for the part. On August 30th the dealership was still asking for me to send over more paperwork. They told us to bring the car in on Sept 7th to repair the oil leak because they had been waiting for a part. When I got there at a quarter to six the part wasn’t there. They didn’t even call to tell me not to come, I got there and it was like oh we don’t have the part yet. On Sept 12th they “repaired” the leak. On sept 14th the car wouldn’t start the cables were loose on the battery, I was told to tighten them. On Sept. 30th we were left stranded in Altadena, had to call AAA, to have the car towed, again leaking oil like a waterfall. On October 1st towed the car to the dealership. I received a call saying it was “fixed”. I picked up the car and a block away the engine was sounding funny and smoking. Took it back to the dealership and the belt they had “fixed” wasn’t on right. On Oct 5th the check engine light came on again, and the car was still leaking oil. Oct 30th the car died in reverse. On Halloween we decided to take it to jiffy lube and guess what the car was still leaking oil and other things. We took the car back to the dealership on nov. 5th they kept it until the 7th ( I rented a car) they promised a rental had to get my own was told I’d be reimbursement never got it. They supposedly “fixed” the leak. When we picked up the car on the way home the brake light, vdc off light and slip light came on. I called the mechanic and he said “ ya they came on when I test drove it” so they came on and they didn’t check anything regarding a new issue that occurred while at the dealership . Now I have my car and the brakes are very loose. I know something isn’t right. I put 3 dot brake fluid in and the lights on the dash turn off. Nov. 16th lights are still on brakes are still loose. I take the car to have the breaks checked. Now they can’t be fixed because the dealership has the wheel lock, they never gave it to us. So my husband goes to the dealership to get the lock on Nov. 16th, and the mechanic Junior says you don’t need breaks they are thick 70%. Monday Nov. 19th. I take the car to have the breaks done. I watch this mechanic put new brakes on my car. Only the front brakes. They finish and my brakes are still loose something isn’t right. They put brake fluid and notice it takes the whole bottle and we notice a leak on the rear passenger side. The brake line is detached. Now mind you this mechanic never went near my rear tires or breaks. Variety Auto Sales and the mechanic they employ had me driving around in and unsafe vehicle knowing the brake light was on. Letting me drive off the lot in a death trap with a detached brake line. Talk about gross negligence letting me drive off the lot knowing the car wasn’t 100% repaired. Regardless of warranty the problem started at their dealership. While repairing another problem they caused a problem that could have harmed me,my family and innocent drivers on the rode with me. On Nov. 19th I spoke with Junior in person at the dealership and while filming he stated he told the Owner Sam that the brake light was on and Sam instructed Junior to only fix the leak. However it was something Junior had caused.Lastly, I’ve known the family that owns this dealership for 12 years. If this is the vehicle they put me a “family friend” in, I’m afraid to see what type of vehicle they’d put you a random stranger in. For your families safety do not purchase any vehicle from variety Auto Sales.

Horrible service. They dont know how to keep in contact with you when you are trying to work with them. They scam you and charge you double the amount the car is worth. Barely had my car for 2 months and the transmission went out. And when I called trying to figure out whats going on with my car they hung up on me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! Watch out for these crooks they will say anything to make it seem like youre getting a good deal.

Even with my credit not so good they put me in an affordable and reliable car and I havent had any problems with it, so far so good, coming back to buy another car soon!

False advertisement these people state they help anybody yeah right! Only if you have 30% or more down you would think they would want to get rid of their cars but I guess they want to stay with them so sad!

The worst place to buy a car .. Verbally they tell you one thing and in the contract they put other prices .. Do not trust them and read their contracts .. Also for 5 days they made me come and go from fontana to ontario to pick up my own money, the one that had given them for down payment and after accusing them with putting charges in court they gave me the money in check which they charged me to change in their same banks ...
