My husband & I recently purchased my first Mini Cooper Countryman from Mini of Ontario & what a breath of fresh air the whole experience was. Alex, our salesperson, was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly listened to what our car needs were. We never felt pressured or rushed at all, and he made sure to stay with us or check-in on us, until they handed us the keys. His customer service skills are top-notch & I have to say this was the absolute most positive car buying experience we have ever had. We had shopped around at some other dealerships prior to this, and not one of them held a candle to the experience we had at Mini of Ontario. The gentleman who handled our finance paperwork was just as amazing and made the whole paperwork process painless and took the time to thoroughly describe everything we were signing. I never thought of car buying as a joyful process, but Mini of Ontario quickly proved me wrong. Not to mention, the Mini we bought is hands down the most fun little zippy car Ive ever owned. Bought my Mini Cooper SE about a month ago and I had a great experience at Mini of Ontario. The salesman David answered all the questions I had about the car and, along with the manager, helped me through the process of buying a new car(never bought one before). They didnt even have the car in stock when I first went to the dealer but a week later they called me immediately when they got it and I picked it up within a few hours. I would definitely recommend going here if youre buying a Mini or thinking of buying one as they are very nice people and very helpful.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE MINI of Ontario. We both got MINIs and were floored by the easy and pleasant process. Neither of us have ever experienced such a great car buying experience as this one. I can honestly say it was pleasant. We were helped by David who was very attentive and knowledgeable. David really made sure we were taken care of and that we were extremely happy with our purchase. We would 11/10 recommend MINI of Ontario to any looking for a MINI. If you’re looking for five star service, ask for David! You won’t be disappointed.

Great customer service, very understanding, work well with people and made a stressful situation not so stressful. My advisor Marco was awesome I don’t know if he can get a raise a bonus something but he was a godsent.

It was quite disappointing. Communication is a little lacking and the departments don’t seem to talk to each other. They include during visits with a full vehicle check but they didn’t always tell us that is $175 charge. The mechanics video that they send you during that check is very informative and the mechanics definitely seem to know the cars well. They tried to charge me nearly $5000 to change the timing chain guide, but once I researched it and checked with other places they suddenly bought the place down to about $2600. It does appear to me that they will change parts that are not necessarily needed using BMWs criteria’s that seem excessive. We have a 2008 Cooper that has had work Done in Ontario, however you do need to check the paperwork as they have made mistakes over the past three visits And on the last visit Pamela did change them and fix them very quickly once discovered. We just purchased a 2022 Cooper and we will still use Ontario for servicing, however you do need to do your diligence and keep track of what’s going on And I do feel that the mechanics there are very well trained I really do know the cars well and it is the front of the office that needs work.

Loved how the mechanics make videos of what they are seeing with your car AS they work on it. Staff provided friendly service even though they were way understaffed due to varying circumstances.

This was my first routine maintenance service since my warranty expired…the service remains great but the cost is shockingly high. Hope I can continue to afford “mini of Ontario”

I cant believe that throughout all these years, I have not left my review for Mini of Ontario...I bought my Mini F55 Carbon Edition, manual drivetrain back in 2018. Since then, the staff at Mini of Ontario, especially Marcos, have been so instrumental in keeping my F55 like the first day I got it. On top of that, theyre always happy to answer my random questions. I love my manual mini, but I really love the customer service I have recieved throughout the years.Food for thought... dont wait till you see your engine lights before stopping by and when you get there take a look at the new Mini Cooper GP edition 😍. (Wish it was stick though)

My service advisor is Marcos, he is great, always courteous and tries to get you in and out quickly, always lets me know if something I have questions or concerns about is under warranty, explains any services that were done or needs to be done. Service department is always clean, everyone is very nice and courteous.

I’ll have to admit that years ago with my previous Mini Cooper S, I had several bad experiences with the service department. I gave feedback then. I think that they took that feedback to heart and made changes. With my second Cooper S, I’ve had very good experiences when I have brought it in for service or repair.With my latest service, Anthony was great with communication and accommodations. My car was repaired in a very timely manner and I was always kept in the loop. Anthony made sure that I had a great experience. I will definitely bring my car back to Mini of Ontario. They have definitely regained my trust.

I have now purchased two Minis from Mini of Ontario. First time our Sales Person was Roy, second time it was Daniel, and for both our Finance Manager was Matthew. All I can say is this place is above and beyond what one would expect from any car dealership. The no pressure sales people and the up front and honest finance manager are amazing. They worked with me to get me the cars I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I highly recommend Mini of Ontario. We are now have his and hers Minis and we couldnt be happier. I had to leave my car over the weekend but communication about the services my car needed were clear and concise. Also, thank you for the thorough complimentary car wash. Unbelievable unhelpful, parts man would not go across street to pick up lug lock kit to see if they had a replacement for my broken lug lock. This mini dealer, bmw is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Never again. Doesnt deserve even 1 star. I have 3 other incidents with this dealer.

So I’ve been trying to get a hold of these people for over two hours and I kept calling and they kept saying that they were busy at the time so I figure OK maybe they are super busy so I decided to go in there walked in there it’s just theWorst customer service ever they don’t answer their phones they pick up the phone and they put you on hold again I prove it I called them while I was in their parts counter and the guy wasn’t doing anything and he picked up the phone and put it back on hold.

Took great care of my car... Surprised me by the attention to detail finding and replacing defects covered by warranty...

My service at Ontario Center was a very pleasant experience,Even though I encountered a slight dissatisfaction with a portion of the service, the staff prove to be willing and respectful able to rectify the issue and I am happy to have mini Ontario as my homebase for auto service. I found the staff to be very nice and most of all and formative concerning their product. I was able to interact with several of the staff members and was pleased to say that my experience with each one was worth the while, thank you and Minnie Ontario for your care and support.

I have always had my mini serviced here ( I have the maintenance pkg). The guys are always really nice and give you good advice on your car maintenance. I took my mini in for regular service today and it was done in 2 hrs.

Great, no hassle dealership. Patrick was amazing to work with. From the test drive, to making the deal, to going over the car when we took it home, and when we came back a few days later to go over some extra features. He is so easy to work with. MINI is a luxury brand (part of BMW) and it shows. This dealership doesnt play games. You dont sit for hours until you give in. They do what they promise. Highly recommended!

Miguel was amazing! He gives great customer service and truly cares about the owner. I went in to change my keys and locks on the car due to someone stealing my original keys- he made this terrible experience not seem so bad. I would definitely recommend Miguel for any service and advice.

Miguel was very helpful and communicated well. They took good care of my car. Only complaint is they kept my car for a week with no courtesy cars available also had to keep it an extra day because they received the wrong part for my car. Overall I would take my mini back to be serviced here.

I I’m having trouble with this dealer . I took in car for a electrical short that was draining my battery and next thing I’m buying the main cumputer board keep in mind it was there recommendation.paid them to do the job.that was not the problem.Gave the car back same problem tech I guess charged the battery called it good called my wife to pick it up. Nope two days later same problem. Ok let’s try for the 3 rd time to fix it they told me for sure it was the starter lol. I gave the ok I paid for the starter some more money keep in mind I’m about 2700-2900 in already. I get a call from Manager that they need 4 more hours but wants to take it out of the money I already paid .They still have my car for over a month and can’t figure a dam short in a car are they just part changers or real techs

Have never worked with a dealership before and had an seamless experience. My wife had her eyes set on a particular mini convertible and I flew out to get it here. Patrick was exceptional, he followed our wishes rather than lead us in another direction. He was very responsive and simplified the process.

Went in for an oil change and they hooked it up with even more. I had an appointment so it was fast service and they even did a quick car wash. Definitely coming here again to keep my car finely tuned. 👍🏻

As always, I found Mini of Ontario to be an excellent source of service for either of my two Mini Coopers. Miguel Becerra is an outstanding service representative. Hes honest, very customer oriented, and offers common sense solutions to questions. I have a new Porsche Turbo 911 and I can only hope the Porsche dealership follows Mini of Ontarios example.

People were very nice, I was not informed that reconditioned parts were used to replace our original and was told by service manager Colin that new parts were not available. I was charged new part prices for o/h part, approximately $300-400 over cost. BS response from Colin (we have not control over the parts they get) . Im sure they are trained in deception.

Every time my Mini needs an oil change I am always taken care of. I live in Palm Springs and work Mon-Fri so I am not able to drive out to the dealership unless I take the day off. Oscar always takes care of me and sends a driver out to pick my vehicle up and give me a loaner for the day. I would definitely recommend Mini of Ontario as I have been very happy with their customer service! 👏🏻🙌🏻

While purchasing our Mini here was smooth, the service department hours are beyond inconvenient. No Saturday service, no service after 2pm and no loaner for maintenance! Hard to believe MiniUSA would allow this.We love our Mini and will absolutely be buying another, but not here. Maintenance should not be a struggle.
