If I could I would give 0 starts... whatever you do, DO NOT go here to get any type of service! My car was great until I brought it here for a transmission oil change and after that my car was nothing but problems! Now I have to get a whole new transmission and they do other stuff to your car so that you can come back to them and spend money!

It was our first car from Mercedes and the professionalism that me and my wife experienced was beyond amazing. I have never been treated with such respect and welcoming vibes from other dealers I’ve encountered. This is our best experience in our entire car buying previous purchases. I have purchased two Mercedes Benz from this dealership and despite calling in advance to schedule services the Service Dept never provides loaner cars. They state that loaners are unavailable. I have called to reserve a loaner and one second they say that loaners are available then within seconds they say My apologies, loaners are no longer available. These type of inconsistencies are infuriating when a person needs transportation for work. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I am in the market for another Benz but I may go elsewhere eventhough I live locally.

Sharing an amazing experience hosted by Tarek (Sales) and Ken (Manager) at MB Ontario. I was specific about returning to Mercedes as soon as my lease with Volvo was close to ending. To ensure I had the best deal possible. They were both very understanding on the situation and the model I was looking for. My goal was not to be too upside down on my old lease and for the new lease to be extremely good. They surprisingly met ALL expectations. They went above and beyond to get me a great deal on the exact car I have been wanting for a while and got me out of my lease early. Most thing I appreciate their generosity on my availability. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Ontario was phenomenal!! My sales person was Ali!!! He wasn’t pushy and didn’t harass me and I feel like he went above and beyond to make me happy. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen!!!
I started servicing and repairing my vehicle here after Penske Mercedes was sold to Envision. I can only say to anyone going there to check your invoice and get quotes prior to taking your vehicle there. On this occasion I needed a B service and to have the drivers door locked repaired or replaced as the pull would not go up or down with the remote or switch.On this occasion, I was assisted by Robert Tabor and told that the person that had previously helped me was vacation. Once the vehicle arrived, I got a call from Robert. Without the vehicle being inspected or verifying any of the records on the vehicle, he told me that he was recommending their service for 10 year old vehicles, which included changing spark plugs, servicing the transmission and a bunch of other stuff. The service would cost $2300. This alone sounded shady. I advised him that I believe Id already had the transmission serviced and would have to check my receipts. I wouldve thought he could view the entire service history of the vehicle since it has been at dealerships since purchased new. He told me that the technician would also do a thorough inspection and check the spark plugs and determine what services were needed.Despite having a 9 am appointment, the vehicle sat on their lot all day and wasnt touched. The following day, I got another call from Robert around noon. He told me that the engine mounts were starting to collapse so it was recommended those be changed. He also tried to sell me a fuel system treatment. I declined both and inquired into the inspection by the tech since Robert hadnt t mentioned anything about the spark plugs, transmission, or any of the other thing that were part of the bunch of other stuff. He told me that the tech didnt check as those items are done at specific mileage intervals and wouldve been due a long time ago. What happened to the 10 year service?I then looked at the inspection report, which listed the B service ($612.43), door lock repair ($686.75), and the services hed recommended. On the report it indicated that the mounts had collapsed. I asked for photos of the mounts to show the damage as I hadnt noticed any extra vibration, sounds, or any reason to suspect the mounts had failed. I didnt receive any photos or proof the vehicle needed the work. I got this idea from a tech at Penske that would take photos to show me what was needed. Ill be getting a second opinion and then updating this review.At the end of the day, I was again called by Robert and advised the car was done. I asked if he would be sending me an invoice to pay for the bill. He said hed send it once he got off the phone. I received the invoice and noticed that the B service was now listed at $678.53 and the door lock repair at $688.05, an increase of $67.40. I was also shorted on the discount from their coupon. I asked Robert about the increase and was told hed get back to me. The next day I received a new invoice with the cost from the inspection report. The discount was not fixed. I did not receive any explanation for how the costs went up, which I think were fudged. Ill be following up with the service manager and corporate.***Response to Kimberley Camargo on 07/13/2021I understand supporting your technicians report despite there being no symptoms (i.e. vibration, noise, other damage) to a part that wears and degrades. However, that was not my major concern. Did you not read the entire review?I wouldve happily gotten the motor mounts replaced if I trusted Robert. The problem is I dont. The fact that he tried to sell me $2300 worth of services without a review of the service history or an inspection by the technician based solely on the age of the vehicle. Its more problematic that when asked about the 10 year service hed recommended after receiving the inspection report, he then told me that the inspection wasnt done and those items are done based on mileage.8/13/21. Took car back in w/o telling the advisor of the motor mounts. Vehicle was inspected and tech DID NOT find any issues with mounts

BEWARE. I wrote a positive review the day of because I was asked too by the sales people, which now I wished that I would of waited. They will juice you up and have great talk game like most sales mans do... Ibrahaim is one who LIED about our conversation pertaining to running my credit. I asked him and his BOSS not to run it through many banks, my bank in particular... Instead they waited the next day and ran my credit through 6 different banks without my permission. My score dropped 30 points. I complained and asked for a letter of removal and the manager Yogi, states that he doesnt do he say she say yet instead he goes with what the incompetent sales co worker of his said which was NOT the truth. I will NOT ever do business at this dealership and make sure to record the conversation if you ask them not to do something because they will stand together and lie about they did. They also after running my credit never told me I was approved until a week later when I called about what they did. One guy said give $7000 down, Yogi said it was $2000 down, the inconsistency is common there.

I think buying a car is one of most frustrating things to do. I stopped by to take a look a 2021 GT 53 amg, just to see it. See if my 2 boys car seats would fit. I was just looking. Ed was brought out to me by a young salesman. Why ? Don’t know. But Ed, your the man. I got no pressure, I asked to see the cars interior . Ed went, got the keys opened her up. I told Ed I was just looking, and wanted to see the interior size of the rear seating for my kids. Ed, said, ” let’s go get the car seats out of truck and put them in instead”. Shoot, hell yeah, don’t ask me twice. So we did drove the car, bought it. I told him what I wanted to put down, payment, and done. No hassle. No haggle. New owner of a 2021 GT 53amg. Love it. Thanks.

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were met with smiling people, none of which pounced upon us or acted with any degree of pressure. It was a nice touch when the smiling receptionist offered us a bottle of cold water (it was 102 outside). We had no problem finding the vehicle we wanted and no pressure from the salesman. Even the finance guy clearly explained everything and was very courteous and professional. We know what we experienced was typical of Fletcher Jones but also know that service flows from the top. Your sales manager, Addi was easy to deal with and very professional. Obviously he set a perfect example for those he supervises. And of course he and his team have a lot to do with why we are and will continue to be repeat customers.

I sent in an online inquire and minutes later I received a phone call from a man that was so nice and so helpful and really made me feel like I was in good hands. That phone call made me drive down there shortly after and take the next steps to getting a new car. The phone call brought me there, but the service and professionalism kept me there. Mercedes of Ontario had the nicest service center! I called one closer to home and they were kind of rude. I decided to call Mercedes of Ontario which is 40 minutes away and they treated me so well. They got me an appointment right away. I will be back!

I have leased a Mercedes from Fletcher Jones Ontario twice and I have to report that my experience has been wonderful. Last month, I tried to go to Walters MB dealership in Riverside to get my new lease because it was closer to my house. Upon entering and waiting to speak to a salesperson for nearly 30 minutes, I was told since I wasn’t purchasing that day, they would not take someone off the sales floor to answer my questions. I then decided to go back to Ontario and I’m so glad I did. Not online did they answer my questions, but my Salesperson, Ali, was so wonderfully thorough, he insisted to go over everything with me even after I told him that I was still thinking things though. He assured me every step of the way and was never pushy! He found a car for me and held it for me for several days so I can get my affairs in order. On the day I completed the lease transaction, Ali had the car ready, washed, and the lease process was super fast and simple. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.
