Worse place to buy a car, do not get near this dealer if you don’t want any headaches. Extremely unprofessional, they lie on the condition of their cars, they hide the fact that the cars have previous damage, and lastly, they”ll scam you with the warranty, I purchased a warranty that was never activated and they didn’t want to refund me the money.Again “DO NOT BUY HERE” or you’ll regret it.

The truck i bought there after a month and 8 days of buying it gave me the check angine their warranty only last a month..

Bought a car from here. They lie about the mileage on the cars that they sale. They lie about the accident reports. I’ve had the car for a few months and see more and more problems. They never transferred the registration from the previous car I traded in and they will straight up IGNORE you about it. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM HERE.

Do not buy a car from here!!!!!! Bought a used car. Was told that it was never in an accident. Took it home and wouldn’t turn on!!!! Ever since then they have been ignoring my calls, avoiding me. Still haven’t had a resolution since July!!!! Have an open lawsuit against them. They are a fraudulent business. Would not want anyone to ever go here. I pray someone sees this before coming here!!!

Things were great.... AT FIRST!! I purchased the Cadillac ATS that they still have on the lot. In the same week the check engine light came on. They had the car for 2 weeks. This was after they asked me to bring it in to have it fixed only to call me and say that the bank denied my loan. Bottom line is that the car was never fixed and the fix would have cost around $2000. They have blow and go mechanics. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

First off I would like to say that these people are nice and authentic people with natural strong personalities. Any dealer you go to or major dealer in that sense that you are going to be around sharks and wolves surrounded liars and bad people. Here at this used car dealership I did not feel pressured for any moment coming in. I felt I could be myself at all times and have honest discussions about what I want and my budget going in without changing at all. They approved me with so so credit which to was my surpise! Worst place ever got a dodge nitro from here. keeps giving us the run around on a part for our car, tells us buy part and theyll pay us back. still have yet to receive our plates. the paper one expired all they did was print out a new one. My mom got her car at carmax took her a week to get her plates. im going on almost a month still no plates.

The owner asked for all of my personal info on an application this is now 2 weeks later he hasn’t even responded nor does he answer the company phone number anymore. I believe this is a establishment running identity theft scams and they are fishing for personal information posing as a car dealer. I’ve contacted the FBI, Ontario Police, & Better Business Bureau regarding this establishment and the scam they are running in which they said they have already gotten multiple reports detailing the same kind of experience from multiple people. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER NOR GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO THEY ARE INDENTITY THEIFS AND FRAUD ARTISTS STAY AWAY!!!

This place was trash, went to go look at a car that looked nice in pictures but ended up being beat up in person, when we callled out the dealers for the pictures they had bad attitude and were very rude towards us, i highly don’t recommend it
