On top of having the most comfortable and unique shoes, this particular Cole Haan store has Lance. Lance is the type of person that makes going in person, opposed to online, worth the experience. Not only does he know the product he’s selling, but he also takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for without feeling that obnoxious salesman presence. Very cool dude, helpful and just easy to talk to. As for the store, always clean and organized and I swear this is the only outlet store that has variety. There were easily 7-10 styles and shoes that were calling my name. In a time where everyone is going online, this store is worth going in and seeing if you really want those shoes that keep popping up in your Twitter feed.
