Customer service was horrible..They were lazy and do not want to help..

One of the ladies seemed like she didn’t want to help out when I was asking questions, came off kind of rude.

They have great customer service and not packed like sardines like in other stores.

I went with my daughter to shop at the true religion store in the Ontario Mills mall. I was appalled at the dirty music they had playing. It was repulsive with profanity and totally inappropriate for a retail store. There were small children in that store listening to that trash. For the amount of money your apparel costs I find it left me with a bad taste in my mouth with your personnel working there and their choice of music. Do you have any type of protocol for appropriate music and training for your staff. I sure hope you put your stores in order and I will have to think twice about spending my hard earned money there. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Such great jeans, but really trashy music and lazy workers. I shop at other True Religions now. For the amount of money you spend on jeans, customer service should be up to par. Sadly it isnt. Where do they find these people to work at their stores?
