Best boba place I have been to! The staff is super friendly and they use the Five Star reward sign up. I have a dairy allergy, and this place offers most of their drinks as non-dairy. Its also budget friendly. My two kids and I get our boba drinks for less than $15. This is a must try!

Whatever weve ordered so far, has been delicious. Were a family of 4 from Hesperia California and we always make our way here when were passing by Ontario. Whether its their thai tea or oolong tea or one of their featured drinks youll enjoy what you drink from this place.

Very good taste of bubble tea. My boyfriend and I are on vaction and have been tasting bubble tea in Marthas Vineyard, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Houston and Dallas, but this Ding Tea in Ontario is the best. (Only this store though since I tasted some other Ding Tea in other locations but it is not the same. I guess the person who makes it at this store is very good) Plus, the cashier man is very friendly, and always asked us somethings nice.

Very nicely decorated located conveniently next to the Edwards cinemas in Ontario. It has free wifi. The taro is very creamy. The boba is the perfect consistency. The house tea is very tasty. They have games. It is a good way to blow some time before a movie. I recommended it to all boba lovers.

I love the drinks, atmosphere, and customer service! The Ding Tea Ontario sits perfectly next to the movie theater. It is great to get a drink before or after the show. They have a sign up list that you can add your phone number to receive coupons and deals.

It was an amazing place, their drinks are awesome. I got a strawberry one I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s in the top ten. It’s was so good and I will definitely be going back to get that again. The staff is wildly nice, Idk the name of the man but he was very nice!

As a chain store, this is by far the best ding tea Ive been to as well as the best Boba shop within 50 miles. Its cocaine to the veins, its amazing. Staff is always friendly as well. 10/10 recommend

The butterfly with winter melon was delish. This is such a cozy spot to enjoy your drink and socialize. The service is friendly too. Place gets crowded and it is really popular but definitely worth the wait.

I’ve tried to go to this spot 3 times because I love boba and every time I go they always open late and finally when tried for a 4th time they said I still have to wait 15 minutes to order a drink because they don’t have any boba ready. Just some feedback to the management please schedule your staff to open on time and get everything ready accordingly so people can actually become a costumer and give you there money. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that it’s been so hard to be a customer here.

The staff are always friendly and efficient in getting my drink order. The drinks taste great with the golden bobba.Since the store is a smaller branch they dont always some of the newer flavors. But still delicious.

The tea flavors are amazing and love the environment.

Been here a few times and its good for IE. Plenty of space for big groups. Teas are okay and not that expensive. Theyre also okay about customizing your order.

The service was really fast, which was nice. We got a Monster Bobo, honey green tea, signature milk tea, wintermelon milk tea. All the drinks were fantastic as well as the toppings. Would definitely come back here ☺️

They were out of stock of the items for the flavors my wife and I wanted and we had to choose different drinks. The tea was decent but the boba wasnt as good as other places Ive been to. A wide selection of combinations but at the time of this review they couldnt provide what we wanted at first.

But over all, Ding Tea always hits the spot. Others choose coffee, but for me, aint nothing like a bubble tea from DING TEA. My GO-TO beverage would be the Signature Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. It’s a hidden gem. The place is so cute and nicely decorated with such huge space. The staff was very helpful picking out my drink. I love their monster drink of you like milk drink and I’m Asian so like kumquat lemon ice tea w crystal boba. And the milk tea is awesome, it does taste like tea. Definitely coming back. The restroom is clean which is the first thing I check out when I go to any store, Scored !!!!

Ive been here a couple times. Today I got a peach milk tea, lets say I will not order it again. The people behind the counter are cool, the place is always clean and they even have table games if you want to hang around with friends. Really nice, non teen crowded place.

I regularly visit this location and other Ding Teas in addition to other boba shops and this one is one of my all time favorites. They have a wide menu of teas & flavors and can customize the sugar all the way to 125% down to 0% added. They can also adjust the ice level, which makes saving drinks for later easy without watering it down.Lastly, the service is great. The staff is great and quick at preparing drinks. This place doesnt charge credit card fees as well.

I highly recommend Ding Tea in Ontario! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and it has been outstanding! The environment is so cute and friendly with the various amount of games. Also, it’s a clean place which is a plus! Overall, it’s great to hang out or get some work done, too.

I absolutely love ding tea Ontario! The staff is very friendly. The first time I came here, my mom was having a difficult time ordering because she only speaks Vietnamese. Surprisingly enough the gentlemen who helped us spoke Vietnamese too and was so friendly and patient to her! Since then I have always gone back to ding tea Ontario. The ambiance is calming and nice and the decor is so cute inside! Thank you ding tea for always giving great service all the time!

My experience with Ding Tea never fails. Their drinks have a good tea flavor and compared to other Ding Teas that I have been to, the taste is as expected which is always good. This is a good place to study with their multiple tables, chairs, and couches. They have a few board games which usually means they are okay with groups staying for longer periods of time. The reason why I like this Ding Tea is because it is located right next to the theater so you can get your boba fix before or after you catch your movie!

Good music, good vibe, & great thai tea with boba. The staff is really friendly and did not rush me and my friend despite staying a few minutes near closing time. I recommend studying here the environment lets you decompress after a long day.

Hands down one of the best Boba teas in Ontario, Upland area. Clean and laid back atmosphere with plenty of seating and board games.Although their payment system ask for tips BEFORE the customer receives the product. How does that make sense?? Big fail. Also I think its about time we Americans abolish tipping. Include employee wages in the price.

Good tea good flavor, but you guys need to becareful about the orders because yesterday I ordered 2 drinks to go and I didnt check again if its correct, after I got home I got all the orders messed up. My house is far from Ontario area. So please focus when you guys taking the orders and becareful next time.

I love to stop by Ding Tea after work or before a movie. They have a great variety of teas and toppings! The staff is very friendly and its a great place to stop with friends and play a quick table top game. Highly recommend the Monster or Chocolate Milk Tea with golden boba.

Best boba tea

I always come here when I’m in the area and craving a good honey milk tea. Their milk teas are so good and boba is also perfectly sweetened and chewy. They now have Thai tea as well which not all locations have. This location is also just off the 10 freeway so it’s really convenient for me when traveling out west.

The best tea ever they’ve never disappointed me the tea is real tea and the flavors are amazing.

This place is great!!!! The staff is friendly and easygoing, the lobby is comfortable and cozy offering various board games. All in all a quite the hangout spot. Drinks are also reasonably priced.

I was a little disappointed because ding tea is usually very consistent with their quality. My drink was watery and the tea flavor was not very strong. I usually don’t get a large but I decided to splurge today and regret it. The one time I get a large they mess up 🤦🏽‍♀️ Every other time I regret not getting a large.

Great honey boba and the tea quality is excellent. Also the atmosphere is pretty to look at. Like the decor. Right next to movie theaters and ice cream. Would recommend for a date night, chilling with friends, or just great boba. It gets a little loud at times as the have jenga and games to play, but I would still study here with headphones.
