I want to begin by saying the manager Gigi is awesome. I wrote a review before allowing her the opportunity to help rectify the situation. I was disappointed in a service and never returned. Fast forward 6 months Gigi remembered me and tried to reach out more than once. She helped me with my situation and also gave me awesome care tips, as this was my first pair of glasses. Excellent customer service and shes very knowledge. Gigi is a Jewel.

I am so happy I went there for my exam and my glasses. The eye exam was the most thorough Id ever had. The doctor was patient and gentle and kind.Gigi really makes this place. I was the last customer of the day and going through a break up. She made my day! Gigi took the time to help me find something funky and different. We searched the store for the perfect pair. She popped out lenses, went through their storage cabinets and took my out of my comfort zone. Once we found the perfect pair - cat eye glasses - she was just as excited as I was. She even took the time to encourage me through my break up.I adore her! Shes wonderful. The staff is all wonderful here.Thank you!

What great service I received here. I had a screw fall out of my frames. I was in from out of town and needed them repaired as I needed to drive and cant without my glasses. I had gone to the LensCrafters at Ontario Mills Mall and was told 2-4 hours. Plus, they were rude.As I walked up to the Target Optical, Daniel greeted me like a long lost friend. I think he could tell I was frustrated and was so friendly and asked what he could do for me.I showed him my frames and he said, I got you with a big smile. 5 minutes later, my frames were good as new. I asked what I owed and he said a nice smile was all he needed from me. Believe me, he got a great smile. He really saved the day. In addition, he turned my bad mood around. He literally, made my day! I highly recommend you stop by and check them out if you need anything optical related.Thanks, Daniel!

This is the only place I go for my vision and frames. Jennifer is hands down the best and only person I trust she is down to earth and has a huge heart. Daniel also is awesome and the staff in general is just great as always. Highly recommended

I went to target today to Receive service on my glasses. The employee seemed as if she didn’t want to help, but Eventually put my lens in. I try to explain to her that my screw was stripped and she seemed to brush my comments off.After replacing the lens it was left blurry and she never adjusted the frame. immediately I returned and asked her to adjust my frames. While doing so she scratched my lens, which is an automatic $25 co pay. Only after mentioning the worry free protection plan was she willing to help. Be careful with lenses and frames because the worry free protection plan leaves you worrying. I never received a copy of the details $25 for lens or frame replacement. Start to finish Target optical has been a horrible experience. That’s including the Rancho location as well. 12-10-17 total negligence.

Dr Catherine Tuong is AMAZING! Ive always felt as if I was a difficult patient to other Optometrists, but not with her! She has such patience and is extremely smart. She even helped me get my insurance to cover contact lenses at NO COST to me because my eyes have very different prescriptions. I paid nothing, NOTHING, for the contact lens fitting because my Eyemed insurance covered it in full! Turns out, I was able to get my daily contacts COVERED IN FULL!I wish Id gone to see her WAY before this week!I will let EVERYONE I know that THIS location is THE place!The optical next door has a great selection and Michele helped me find the cutest pair of glasses Ive ever had. And THEN...I was able to get half off another pair!!!Im still in awe about how well I was treated. Its like Im family. And my entire family WILL be only going there from now on!!,
