I paid $30.00 for a presidential wash, HORRIBLE WORK. First off when I walked in to pay the cashier (who might be an owner or manager) knows nothing about customer service. She was on a video chat, both her and the other party on the call were very loud. My car had several spots through out, my cupholder was not cleaned, air freshener was not sprayed, my air condition was set to full blast and at very low temperature (which I would never use it this way) my trunk was not cleaned. #VERYDISAPPOINTED #HORRIBLESERVICE #HORRIBLEJOB

Its a hit a miss with this place always have to ask for the rag to clean certain spots that are visibly not clean. And this time my trunk wasnt even vacuum, it was empty so they didnt even have to touch anything but they just didnt do it.

Agree with other reviews regarding stolen items and the interior job was pretty sad. At one point there were 5 people working on my car, but I think they were looking for items to take, as my car hardly looked any better. I would not recommend going here.

Got a mini detailed. Got home I saw a chip on my hood passenger side . Also expensive sun glasses missing . Been trying to call, getting nothing but a stupid a.. recording.☹️😡

Pretty amazing service - I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes with a spotless car and stains and countless goldfish crackers removed at such reasonable prices - one of the staff even showed me a cheaper option to the already cheap option that I had chosen. And pleasant and friendly staff to boot.

I actually heard good things about this car wash until I took my car in for a wash and cleaning, paid for the $35 dollar wash and they ended up scratching my window, on top of not even vacuuming my car or doing SOME of the interior which ended up looking exactly how I brought it in. I personally would not come back here and would suggest you take all your personal items since I overheard the workers under the small detailing tent talking about the contents in the two cars being worked on.

If I didn’t have to give them a star I wouldn’t . If your thinking about taking your car here please make sure not to leave any type of money or valuables. I took my car in for a luxury car wash and wasn’t satisfied with the interior . On top of that I had left Money inside drivers door not thinking they would steal it since I believed they were honest workers, but unfortunately someone stole the money. Please just be careful with your belongings and don’t trust them.

The best car wash spot in the inland empire. I live about 30 miles away but I prefer to drive here for a great car wash experience.

Great price for gas. The only problem is the Mathis brothers delivery truck that coming in there for gas. In the morning there are about four or five trucks in there at on time. Taking up all the room. Checking there oil and cleaning there windshield. They should go across the freeway the the T&A truck stop.

Got the luxury wash on my truck here Very unsatisfied, dirt spots that easly could of been wiped/rubbed off, the floor matts inside still dirty/not cleaned dash not cleaned still dust an dirt on it windshield still dirty, I am suggesting you inspect your vehicle before accepting it. Now when my wife and I took her car there they did a great job so I ask what happened.Pictures arent so great but spots are still discernible zoom in you should see.

Been going here for years. Lately Ive noticed the service take a turn for the worst. Ive always gone with a package better then the basic, mainly because Ive always felt they did a better job when you paid more. Over the last year tho, Ive had to many times where i see my vehicle being left to dry in the sun. In my last experience, I sat and watched my vehicle sit in the sun for over 30 min. When a employee finally made it to my vehicle they just whipped the windows and inside of my vehicles. In the past when this happened they were very quick to say can we rewash it. At this point I was already done with waiting and I sure as hell was mad at that the fact I payed over $40. In the end all I can say is dont go here if youre expecting a good wash these days.
