NO EXAGGERATION! It took 13 calls to get someone on the phone in the pharmacy. The girl puts you on hold and NEVER returns. After id be on hold for 30 min she picked up the phone said thank you and hung up(after Ive waited 30 min 3 TIMES) i had to talk to someone in another part of the store to get them to help me get someone in the pharmacy to FINALLY pick up. Just to tell me they are out of stock! my mom gets the same meds every month for years and they dont have it in stock?? The person who left me on hold was new. I know that much.

This place is in the middle of changing but they do a good job to keep store zoned and employees are always nice. Plus they order my candy bars

This Place Is Always Fully Stocked, It Has Everything You May Need to Do Quick Shopping. On Top Of That There Pharmacy Is Great Service.

They treat you right and help you out

Best drug store Ive ever been to, I remember when it was Thriftys on G an euclidin Ontario, Actually it hasnt changed one bit. Same isles, same ice cream stand an to be totally honest even some of the same workers . As far as Im concerned it is still Thriftys. I wont get my drugs any were else.

This place has never changed since me and my grandmother would come and browse the shelves. All the time she would get me a double scoop and tell me how it had always been here from when she was traveling Ontario with her mother (who was also alive while I was younger). This place holds some good memories. True it could use a face lift but I wouldnt change it for the world.

Ive had no problem with this location. I always get my scripts, and have never had a problem through them. My personal docs a whole different story. My only complaint: Whats with u raising the price of ice cream scoops?

Employee Christian was very nice and helpful, helped me find everything i needed thank you very much hope to be back soon once again great peoples

Update summer 2018 great service has returned to the pharmacy. pharmacy is where service went to die and never came was seen or heard from again

No one could help me get access to my load to card coupons.Including the manager at the Ontario store located on 4th Street.Very rude and un helpful.

My favorite rite-aid store. Been coming here for years.

While I have absolutely no problem with staff, the store itself always seems to have some problem whether it be broken doors, homeless people outside, funky smell, or it’s dated look.

High prices, like youd expect at any pharmacy/small grocery. The two guys who work there, usually the ice cream area, are high as the sky and lazy to boot.

The call said it closes at 8 but the website said its closes at 10. You dont know what to trust. When you want to ask something about the store but its apparently closed . The employees are just lazy, I BET.
